The toilet would not work and had begun to overflow onto the floor. We spoke with front desk and she told us that she couldn’t leave the desk to come and check the matter out. We then asked for a plunger at least, the young lady left a plunger in a bag filled with feces for us to use at the front desk. We made the decision to leave at that point, in which was a full inconvenience at 12:00am. I called the next morning to speak with a manager and I spoke with Megan. Currently we are awaiting and update from Megan, I’ve emailed to inquire about the progress to see if she’d spoken to ******* and there was no reply. While I do understand that people get busy, as a paying customer who couldn’t even enjoy a nights rest, I expect more urgency around this matter. A refund is fully deserved at this point and I will continue to call until I get that.
