Great place. But parking is only 6 or 7 only . Cannot guarantee you can park in hostel or nearby. It is good luck for me to get in almost every time. Hwoever overall is good.

This type room is big & very comfortable for 2 persons with big luggages, the room is very clean but we need to made bed by ourselves. Staff is very nice and can suggest the good recommendations for nearby onsen and good restaurants around there. The common space and kitchen room is also good, they are provide many type of drinking with ice for us. This hotel is located very close to beach, Beppu tower and ‘Don Quijote’. Love it. If you have plan to go to Beppu, it is very good choice ! Recommended!!

It was nice that it was large for a Japanese hotel and the rooms were separated. However, there is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of luggage. But my mom said she really liked it^^ Ah~ I love the free drinks too~

The room is big and the location is good. There are many restaurants around. I recommend Shengyang, a Northeastern cuisine restaurant. You can also watch Netflix in the public area.

It's not a hostel, in some ways better than a hotel, it's a bit like an airbnb. We had a great time, beyond expectations. To be recommended

I stayed here with my 4-year-old and 7-year-old children. The room was spacious and clean, and we had to take our shoes off before entering, so it was relaxing. They seemed to enjoy the games in the lobby. The towels and sheets were clean. I sometimes get sick from the smell of fabric softener and antibacterial agents, but this didn't bother me and we had a comfortable stay. The location is good, with many restaurants within walking distance, and a small park. I would like to stay here again.

The room is more spacious than expected. There is a separate bathroom and shower room. Compared to Kumamoto and HAKATA, this place is considered a great value. If I come again Will come back and stay here again. The staff tries their best to speak English for us to understand and pay attention to details. Calmly informed the accommodation rules. I was woken up early in the morning by a false alarm, but the room, facilities and location were excellent.

The room was clean and easy to use. However, my check-in was going to be delayed, so I called them in advance to let them know that I was going to be late, as I had explained, but they didn't speak in a very pleasant way, and I didn't get a good impression from the way they talked about their own convenience. When I checked in, I didn't even smile and explained things in a matter-of-fact manner, just like answering the phone. I'm not saying that the customer is God, but if you work in the customer service industry, you should expect a little more customer service. The final blow was that some ill-mannered guests were laughing stupidly in the common area before 6 a.m. and could be heard all the way to the rooms. The facilities are nice and clean, but there are a lot of things I'm dissatisfied with.

We were staying with two girls, and we were grateful for the spaciousness and the low price, but I thought it would have been helpful if there were a few mirrors provided. But I will stay again! thank you!

The things in the public area are very rich and generous, and it is really warm to use them for free. It's just that a family of five with a young child paid extra for a six-person room, which only has more space. They spent extra money to buy an empty bed without sheets. Next time, they will know that they can just rent a four-person room. The spring mattress of one of the beds was broken, so I didn't sleep very well.
