You better drive there because the hotel does not close to the bus station. It's not close to other sightseeing spots. The hotel is traditional. Nice onsen.

A cozy onsen hotel! Round trip taxi between hotel and Beppu station cost ¥4,300. The room is very spacious and and tatami is very comfy. A pleasant surprise by the two delicious meals included and like very much the arrangement of a private room for meal. The staff are super friendly.

Good location

I went with my daughter and it was great. If you take the bus from Fukuoka Airport and get off at the Self-Defense Force, you can walk to the accommodation for about 15 minutes. There is a large supermarket on the way, so I stopped by and went shopping. The large public bath was nice and the private hot spring was also nice. And the breakfast was really delicious. We don't eat seafood much, so we only had pork shabu-shabu for dinner, but the breakfast was really delicious. The grilled fish is the best. I had a good time😊

The hotel has a free parking lot, which is easy to find next to the main road. The staff is very polite and patiently explains how to use the hot spring facilities. Dinner and breakfast are traditional Japanese cuisine set meals, which are enjoyed in a separate room in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff are also very polite and patiently answer our questions. They also took photos for us and gave them to us when we checked out. The food quality is very good. . There are public baths and 4 private baths in Shadian, all of which are free of charge. Free beer and coffee are provided, which is great! Will stay again next time!

This is a place you can never afford for its cost-effectiveness. When checking in, I asked if I could add dinner on the same day, and they said it was not possible. I think you should take note of this. Additionally, the bedding has been changed so that you can lay it yourself.

The hot springs are divided into private and public pools. There are five private pools. Dinner and breakfast are very rich. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing that is more convenient for me is that the room has a toilet but no bathroom.

Because I changed into another coat the next day, I forgot the down jacket and left it in the closet of the room. , but they didn’t save it for the customer. After calling and emailing to inquire, they said they couldn’t find it. In the end, they didn’t even reply to the email. It’s strange! It’s so bad!

Accommodation with no complaints at all. Pros: Everything. Needless to say, everything is good. The meals, service, accommodations, baths, and even the price were so good that I have nothing to say. Late check-out is also an advantage. Cons: If I had to pick one, it would be a bit far from the station if you came by train. However, if you take the bus, it drops you off in front of the ryokan, so there are no downsides.

We were really overjoyed at the hot spring hotel we booked this time. In addition to the large bathhouse, there are also 4 private family baths. We chose the one-stay, two-meal plan. The shabu shabu for dinner was very delicious, and the breakfast was traditional Japanese style. You are full, and they also provide all-you-can-drink beer and coffee. The hotel is very considerate and will help you. I will take an A4 photo of you before the meal and give it to you when you check-out. The lovely lady at the front desk is also very helpful and explains everything to you. If you encounter someone you don’t know, The phone translator who knows how to do it himself feels very good. Although the entire hotel is not new and clean, it is highly cost-effective and worth recommending. 

The waiters are very polite and enthusiastic when greeting guests, and the food for breakfast and dinner is delicious. It is very nice to have a private hot spring in the room.

From Fukuoka, I used the one-day bus tour product to see Dazaifu and Yufuin, and got off at Beppu Kamado Hell, the last course, and walked to the accommodation. There was a Lawson convenience store on the way on foot, so it was good to buy snacks. When I arrived at the accommodation, I checked in, got the key, and entered the room. It was nice because it felt like a Japanese ryokan. There were five family baths, each with a different feel, and after soaking in the hot springs, my skin felt smooth. There is also a draft beer machine on the 1st floor of the ryokan, as well as a machine for drinking green tea and coffee. Both dinner and breakfast the next day were delicious, so I ate them all. If you come to the room in a hot spring and tired state and cover yourself with a futon, you can sleep well because the futon is cozy. The staff are kind, and most of all, they don't think it's just work, they work with a happy heart, and they seem to have good teamwork. So I've been getting a lot of positive energy. This is an accommodation I would like to use again the next time I go to Fukuoka.
