Hotels in Bergen City Center, Bergen

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the train station and light rail station for the airport. The breakfast is good. We came back after away for the 3-day Norway in a Nutshell tour. We left our suitcases in the hotel storage room while we were away and travelled relatively hand-free.

Location of the hotel is close to the central bus and train station. The tram from the airport also stops nearby too. Breakfast spread is nice. Our room was along the corridor but we were unaware of any noises. The room we had could use a bit more lighting though, because it was quite dark. Otherwise, it was perfect.

The room is bigger than expected, the breakfast is really good, the breakfast room is also very beautiful, how can I describe the service, Nordic speed, it took 40 minutes to send a bath towel, I called twice to urge, but it is still beautiful, the flaws do not outweigh the merits

Simple style and clean. But I prefer to have a folded table and a chair. The room is a little bit small and the window cannot close. I have told the staff but no action has done. The single bed is also small. I prefer to change it to a sofa bed and can change to a semi-bed when necessary. Very nice breakfast. Good security. Staff are nice and helpful (except the window case). Enjoy have a bottle of beer in the hotel pub. Frankly to speak, the price is too expensive. It is the truth that Norway has high living rate but I really don't think a small room worth around US$250 per night. Prefer to have a small open space in the hotel for smoking.

It's about 10 minutes from the train station. The location is pretty good. It's in the city center and close to the cable car. There is a flybus at the door of the hotel, which can go directly to the airport. It's very convenient. It costs 169 Norwegian kroner per person. In this way, you don't have to drag your suitcase to the train station. After all, it's all cobblestone roads, which are very troublesome to walk.

I don't understand where the four stars come from, no toothbrushes, no slippers, no hair dryers. . . Parking 180 krona a day, breakfast is self-service, the location is very good, you can see the Bergen Wharf, the ancient city directly after going out for about 100 meters. . . If you drive by yourself, remember that the parking lot is not next to the hotel, a little further, called city park

The rooms are small and dated. There are no sockets by the bedside and are placed at unusual locations in the room making charging phones quite bothersome. Breakfast is very good with a large variety of breads and pastries. Staff are friendly. Location wise the hotel is perfect between Bergen main station and Bryggen, with supermarkets and eateries nearby.

Comfortable stylish hotel in a great location within minutes’ walk to the wharf! It was also a short 5-7 min walk from the light rail station, which brings you easily to/ from the airport.  Seagulls were surprisingly loud at night, but thankfully they didn’t seem to gather in the morning!

The location is very wonderful, the breakfast and the high-class treatment of the staff and services. The cleanliness is lacking, it needs a simple touch, and the bed and pillows need to be reviewed, otherwise everything is wonderful. The staff and restaurant crew are very wonderful.

The location is very convenient, you can get there as soon as you get out of the station. Breakfast has many choices and is delicious Guests have direct access to the coffee machine Reception staff were friendly. I will choose this hotel again.
