The room size was decent, with modern decor. The bed was a typical small Norwegian size (not the hotel's fault, all beds I've encountered in Norway have been this size). The hotel is very close to the train station. I parked my car in the multi-story car park next to the station, gave my license plate to the front desk, and they said there was a discount, but I'm not sure how much. I parked for less than 24 hours, about 18 hours, and it cost me over 220 [currency]. Breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel was quite busy, with tour groups staying there. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The hotel is located in the city center, and all city attractions are within walking distance.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the train station and light rail station for the airport. The breakfast is good.
We came back after away for the 3-day Norway in a Nutshell tour. We left our suitcases in the hotel storage room while we were away and travelled relatively hand-free.

Sound proofing of the rooms are real bad. If you are to leave the windows open for ventilation as there is no air condition unit, you will not be able to have a restful night as those rooms facing the street can hear the noise of the people talking and laughing, vehicles noise, garbage truck till very late into the night and early in the morning. Even if you are to close the windows and bear with the poor ventilated room, you can still hear the noises from the street.
Otherwise a decent hotel in a good location. Service is lukewarm and just average.

Scandic Torget in Bergen has its pros and cons. The staff were friendly and the location is great right by the fish market and close to attractions. The view is nice too.
Breakfast was busy and the food was just okay with limited options. The door lock was frustrating because it didn’t always lock right away. One of the elevators felt a bit unsafe and almost got stuck. Overall, it’s a decent hotel but needs some improvements.

Lovely hotel at the heart of the city. Just beside most tourist spots! Though the place is going through a renovation, it’s still maintained well and doesn’t give any trouble to the guests! Breakfast spread is good too
Now, personally they kept some dinner aside for us as we were arriving late - Special thanks to that
We were checking out early - they packed breakfast for us which was nice of them. Those fresh croissants and lemon muffins were too good
They have an in house sauna which is a great place to relax after a tiring day.
Special mention to ‘Mia’ at the front desk for taking good care of us and making the stay from pleasant to overwhelming

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to most attractions from the door. It is a bit far from the train station. It is inconvenient to walk with luggage. It is about a 20-minute walk. However, it is quite far from the airport. Taking a taxi is quite expensive. Four people per car Calculated, the fare is about 800 yuan. There is an airport bus that can take you out of the city center. The fare is 220 yuan per person, which is surprisingly expensive. The breakfast is rich and the food is of good quality. In this super expensive city, the price of this hotel is reasonable. Reasonable!

The location is quite good, close to the station, and very convenient for getting to the airport. You can just take the FB50 bus. It's a bit pricey, but if you're willing to walk a little further, you could consider taking tram line 1, which I believe also goes to the airport. It's also quite close to the fish market, within walking distance. The room is a bit small, but European hotel rooms generally aren't very big, so it's acceptable.

The room is clean and well decorated. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant has local characteristics. The taxi service is very good. The service for people who don't have time to eat breakfast needs to be improved.

Located on the edge of the fjord, the room is very spacious, the kitchenette can be used for cooking, and there is a supermarket 15 minutes' drive away. There are charging piles in the parking lot to charge electric vehicles for free.
There is a restaurant in the hotel, but I haven’t used it, so I don’t know how it works.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right next to a Nio car dealership and just outside the fish market. Bryggen is only a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. We even had a direct view of the landmark Bryggen from our room window. Parking is available in a large lot just a couple of blocks away, offering plenty of spaces, including many for electric vehicle charging. I'd recommend using the EasyPark app, which allows you to set and adjust your parking duration conveniently from anywhere. Our room size was decent, though the amenities were quite basic. I also noticed a higher proportion of female staff. On our check-in day, a weekend, we found the sliding window in our room wouldn't close. The lovely lady at the front desk explained that maintenance staff were off on weekends but kindly offered to try and fix it. She couldn't, but fortunately, I managed to tinker with it and get it working myself. Breakfast was relatively generous. They were quite punctual about clearing everything away at closing time – perhaps a bit eager to finish their shift. We had booked for two nights. However, on our first night, we were on a road trip and unfortunately missed the last ferry due to misjudging our time. The hotel refused to refund the cost of the first night, so we ended up checking in only on the second morning. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the room, but remember to bring your own slippers and toothpaste. The shower enclosure is quite simple, so be mindful when showering (as water might splash out).

AAToiI recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel No.13 in Bergen. While my room lacked windows, it was comfortable and cleaned daily, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of travel. The absence of a window didn't bother me much, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The check-in and check-out staff were notably friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The daily breakfast included in my rate was basic.
What truly stands out is the hotel's convenient location which is near Byparken Station and walkable distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. It is a historic wharf with colorful wooden houses dating back to the 14th century.

SSW2333Service: The service here is absolutely perfect, all the staff are super good and very caring. People want to stay for a few more days and will come back again! In addition, breakfast is ordered, very delicious, reaching the level of the brunch store, not the boring and unpalatable buffet. There are a lot of foreigners, I feel that many people come here, and I heard that some people have stayed for the second time. The location is in the city center but quiet in the middle of noisy. There are many small restaurants in the small streets. Because in summer, many locals eat in the open air, which is very comfortable.

KK. SamuraiThe location is so close to Bryggen, the UNESCO world heritage site, and there are many food options around in this area. Their breakfast was so delicious (especially salmon) and the room was clean and warm. I can highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserJust near by the Bergen station is so convenient to us to catch the light train. And the room is so big and comfortable that can open two big size suitcases and still have enough room for walking. There are free coffee and tea in the first floor and that help to fill up hot water. The reception are all friendly.

RryetravelsComfort hotel is easy to locate. It’s in the city centre. Walking distance from the port, old town, malls, pubs, restaurants and many more. The staff were helpful and always in smile and help to meet the needs of the clients. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. I have no complaints in overall. My room was clean, in a quiet area and far from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely comeback here when in visit again Bergen!

EEd999Self check in using machine. No 24hours reception. Small compact room but sufficient. Bathroom is much larger than expected. Location is good, shopping mall and bus/train station is just 5-7 minutes walk and there is supermarket nearby. Staff at office is helpful with the printing of luggage tag required for my luggage porting from Bergen to Oslo. However, the room temperature stays at 19/20 degC despite adjusting to 24degC, too cold for me. No foot towel provided. You may need to climb small flight of stairs for some rooms so take note if you have heavy luggage. No kettle in the room but you can use the kettle in kitchen, there are also disposable cutleries provided in kitchen. You can do laundry (subject to payment).

FFEIFEII don't understand where the four stars come from, no toothbrushes, no slippers, no hair dryers. . . Parking 180 krona a day, breakfast is self-service, the location is very good, you can see the Bergen Wharf, the ancient city directly after going out for about 100 meters. . . If you drive by yourself, remember that the parking lot is not next to the hotel, a little further, called city park

GGuest UserIt was the most interesting hotel in my itinerary. Haha, it looks like it's been years.
The location is easy to find. It is just two intersections from Bergen train station. The houses on the side of the road have house numbers on the walls. You can see where you are at a glance. The wall on the right hand side of the door is a full-length password box. The hotel will send an email to Ctrip in advance to inform the room of the corresponding password box password. Turn on the password to get the key card. Like playing the decryption card, this card is used to open the door and the door of the room. When checking out, just put the card back in the box and close it, and you can scramble the password.
I booked a double room by myself and went in to find three single beds. However, this hotel also has an induction cooker, a microwave oven, a kettle and a bunch of kitchen utensils. You can make your own meals, but you must remember to turn on the range hood. Other facilities are quite complete.
The hotel elevator is also very interesting. If you want to take the elevator, you must press and hold the elevator for a long time. Otherwise, the elevator will not respond if you only release it by pressing it.
Basically located in the city center, the main attractions of Bergen are a few minutes walk, the surroundings of the hotel are also very good, the streets and alleys are quite sensational. Bergen is a small city, but it is well worth a visit. It is very convenient to stay here and it is recommended.
