The location is extremely advantageous. It is located in Potsdamer Platz in the center of Berlin, so the safety factor is very high (unlike East Berlin and other places where it is very chaotic). It is a one-person trip! Highly recommend this place; you can walk to the Berlin Philharmonic Hall and Brandenburg after saving. Famous attractions include the Gate and the Berlin Film Museum. The room area is very large, starting at 40m². We recommend the king bed room with a view. The window faces the main street and the scenery and lighting are very good. Breakfast quality is very good!

Great hotel in a fantastic location, walking distance to most of the sites of amazing Berlin. Loads of restaurants nearby as well as the train station just across the road and if you travel light access to the airport too. As a light sleeper, I requested a room facing the inner courtyard, and yes it was perfectly quiet :) Just remember, any request is subject to availability, lots of light sleepers out there! Our bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was spacious with loads of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful, again, really appreciated our earlier check-in after an extremely early flight from Oslo. They have a great system in place, no housekeeping= free drink from the bar :) Breakfast was delicious but as we stayed 5 nights, some changes in the foods would have been appreciated. Only downside....there was a problem with our safe....staff member wasn't able to fix it....so let's play hide our valuables!!! Air conditioner similarly had a problem that kept the temperature too cool....solution.....portable heater!!

We stayed at 2 hotels during our recent holiday to Berlin, both 4 star, both junior suites and both similar prices - this one was head and shoulders above the other in every possible aspect! I can honestly say if we visit Berlin again we will definitely come back here as it had everything. We stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite on the 7th floor with a balcony with city view (room 744) and it was spacious, very clean, modern and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend getting a balcony room, it really added to the experience sitting outside in the warm evenings watching night fall on Berlin. The Eco scheme the hotel runs where you can get tokens for a free drink at the hotel bar when opting not to have towels/bedding changed was a great idea and we found the bar had a nice feel to it. The breakfast was AMAZING, such a large and fantastic choice of food and drink. Our 10 year old was completely obsessed with the pancake machine and he couldn't believe his luck when staff came round the tables every morning with trays of mini brownies (and iced coffee). The breakfast staff were also great, particularly the guy with the aforementioned tray who was always smiling. Actually all the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful - it honestly makes such a difference. The location is also perfect, safe and so central to many attractions with plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance, along with a chemist and supermarket. The U-bahn station is a minute's walk away and is on the U2 and U6 line which made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit without having to change tubes.

The accommodation boasts convenient proximity to the metro station, ensuring easy access to transportation infrastructure. Moreover, its cleanliness adds to the overall appeal, enhancing the quality of the living environment.

Very nice hotel, good check in experience. Julia at reception was excellent, very friendly and professional. Hotel room is spotless and clean and a nice fragrance throughout the hotel. Light and airy with a nice bar . I would recommend this to solo female business travellers

I went to this hotel for a mid-week vacation with my lovely daughter. With an UBER it was about 10 Euro to get to the hotel. Check-in was smooth, the older man behind the desk wasnt overly friendly but rather efficient and that was fine. We paid the tourist-tax and got one room-key for our room. We paid online about 80 Euro a night and we got a room with three beds at the back. The room was clean and simple. A desk with a big-screen TV, a shower-room with a toilet and a wash-basin. The shower was ok but we didnt like the shower-curtains. Also the water would be warm for about five minutes but it didnt bother us. Everyday cleaning with new linen and towels. In the morning you can have breakfast but you have to pay for it. We didnt use it. The hotel is set conveniently in the middle of Berlin near Kurfurstenstrasse and Dam. Near the U-Bahn and busses.

Located in central of Berlin, this is probably the tallest hotel in town. They have a really nice view over the city. Very convenient with metro and all the restaurants and shops around. Rooms are clean but if you live high up, it’s hard to get mobile signal. Wifi doesn’t work so well when a lot of people are using it. One of the biggest issue if you live higher than 20th floor, the elevator won’t stop at your floor for so long. Not sure how the elevators work, you may have to wait 10 mins for getting down to lobby at busy hours (etc lunch/ dinner hour) Check in was easy and quick, and staff is friendly also.

Nice hotel with high price performance ratio. The location is a little embracing that not so close to main landmarks in city centre, aber the public traffic around is convenient (bus142 and U-Bahn5/8). The staffs are friendly with good services, i have spent two days with my friend here comfortably. Do recommend it to everyone.

POSITIVES - Availability of a small kitchenette - Kitchen utensils, microwave, and crockery - Washroom was very clean. - Bed was decently comfortable to sleep on. - Cozy workplace and common areas near the lobby - Availability of ping-pong table and gym - Situated in a great neighborhood in Ku’damm NEGATIVES - Room can be a little more spacious - Temperatures can only be controlled by +/- 5C. - Lack of room service - Walls have become old and worn-out with lots of dents, scratches, and marks on them; needs renovation.

The Hotel is excellent and the Rooms are great, but they serve the worst Breakfast I ever had in Germany. Poor selection of everything, no fruits at all (for the price....), pastry like from wax, ”sunny-side up eggs” like from wax, scrabled eggs like from plastic, sausages burned from one side, undercooked from the other. Bacon had the same diagnose.. I have complained @ main Breakfast Chef, he sincerely had no idea what was wrong with the food = no cooking skills at all. Similar was the dinner.. undercooked meat, mushy overgrilled vegetables not edible at all. We complained, but again no response so we had to eat at McDonalds .. Terrible Food
