Best Business Hotels in Berlin

The location and physical aspects of the hotel were good. However, the service, especially from the night manager, was HORRIBLE. We booked 3 twin rooms. Note that the price is different between twin and double rooms. We arrived late at night due to flight delays and were very tired. During check in we were told that there were no more twin rooms because the hotel was full. What's the point of paying more for twin rooms if the hotel does not reserve them for us? When we asked for an extra bed to be added, we were told that there isn't enough space for it. This is not true as we had already been inside the rooms and they were big with lots of space. After much haggling and after the night manager put on a show by going in to the hotel's office for a few minutes, he came back to say that he can change one of the rooms and put in an extra bed. We were still not satisfied and so we insisted that the hotel can do something to rectify the matter. After doing another round of putting on a show, the night manager came back and said that he can now add and extra bed to another room and would also give us a 50% discount for 2 of the rooms. In addition, he said that we could take the 2 bottles of mineral bottles (these are chargeable) for free. The fridges in the rooms have sensors to detect if the drinks there are taken. The next day we checked with the reception to make sure that we would not be charged. The lady who assisted us checked and said that there was a note saying that we would not be charged. When I got my credit card statement, I found a charge for the 2 bottles of mineral water. 16 euros. Ridiculous. Throughout this ordeal, I must say that the night manager's attitude and manner were really bad. For example, I don't remember seeing him smile at all even when he first came to talk to us about the rooms. Our holiday was marred by this. Hilton is a high class brand of hotels but the service leaves a very bitter taste in our mouths.

The toilet is particularly worthy of praise, very beautiful. The environment is very quiet, it is an ideal hotel, and the price/performance ratio is very satisfactory. The transportation is very convenient, there is Tram not far from the hotel entrance👍🏻

The parking street staff at the hotel entrance said that there was a line on one side and he was confident that it was fine, but he was not sure about the other side, so friends who need to park can pay attention. We were assigned to the end room, a knife handle room with a long corridor, the layout is warm and there is a small balcony, but I just don't like this type of room... There is a smell of food when you open the door, so you open the windows for ventilation at night. Other hygiene conditions are good. The staff are all young and look very chill

Friendly service, nice staff. After power problems in the room, the problem was quickly solved. Sufficient breakfast buffet Rooms neat and clean. Centrally located, good connection to public transport.

Only one flat pillow per person is provided. Room is very small. However, the location is excellent. The hotel offers a city transport card with unlimited rides during your stay, which is very convenient for travelers. Early check-in is available at a very reasonable price.

This hotel is 5/5 , definitely will book again if I have to chance to come to Berlin. We booked a junior suite for 4 person, it comes with super fancy lounge access, the food was delicious and unlimited drinks is provided, we’ve enjoy watching few nights of eurocup in the lounge. The hotel location is super convenient as well. It is just about 5 minute walk to the train station and there was direct train to the airport from there. It was also close to other tourist attraction all reachable under 5minute by taking metro ! I would say this hotel is 10/10 super worth what I’ve paid for

The Ritz-Carlton never disappoints me every time. The hotel is located at the entrance to Potsdamer Platz, with convenient transportation. There is an Oriental Chinese supermarket under the station, which is very convenient for shopping. It is a few minutes' walk to the Jewish Memorial and the Brandenburg Gate. The hotel facilities gym and fitness equipment are great. The hotel breakfast is very worthwhile, the quality and variety of fruits are excellent, and everything else is also very good. The room facilities are first-class, but the toilet and shower room are together. Be sure to wipe the floor dry after taking a shower, otherwise you may fall down.

Good room and the location is good. Breakfast was very good but super busy. The front staff are not very understanding of customers. I put a note that I would arrive later and my friend would check in first with his name but the lady didn’t have a clue what to do. It was very basic instructions I gave so maybe they need staff with a better IQ.

It's small and adequate, very good hospitality but location wise not that convenient. Room is a bit small though 😅😅 There's almost no amenities but their breakfast buffet is adequate and worth it's price. They refill it whenever it's empty. But seriously, the hospitality is wonderful, great receptionist, patient and understanding, solving almost any problems related to tourism.
