Mixed feelings with our stay. Hotel did a good service recovery by putting us at their sister hotel- exe suite room as they sold our room on the first night and gave us complimentary abf and sight seeing tour bus tickets.
Though given a suite, we do not like the room as much as hotel luc (modern) and a hassle to wake early to check in to hotel luc on the next day. Morning shift staff seems unaware of our complimentary taxi ride back and other complimentary which we have to spend more time waiting

We had a wonderful time here - the location is extremely convenient to walk to some of the top historical sites and museums. The hotel is very modern and high quality. Service was great.

Our stay at Hotel Luc was fantastic. The room is very modern, clean, and smartly furnished.
It's in a good location for walking and short rides to Berlin landmarks.
The staff are absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful!!!

Gorgeous hotel with modern takes on gilded age opulence. Rooms were beautiful, generously sized, and comfortable. Super soft robes and embroidered bath slippers were a lovely touch! The room service schnitzel was to die for!

This is such a funky modern hotel in a fantastic area. Convenience, clean, beautiful designed, excellent service. Loved it and would definitely recommend.
