Berne Hotels with Wi-Fi

The front desk attitude is very good, the hotel facade is small, but the rooms are large and well-equipped and spacious, highly recommended! Bern is the most beautiful city we have ever visited in Switzerland and is worth visiting

We did last min booking of this hotel. We arrived Bern train station, took tram #9 and arrived in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Front desk was very efficiency to let us check in before their regular check-in time and gave us an upgrade room with beautiful old city view from balcony. The room is about the right size with natural and tasteful modern appearance. The coffee maker and hot water kettle are available in the room. The free city transportation ticket for hotel guesses are plus. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.

very nice location but we were given a room that was crazy to reach and we had a lot of luggage. Take the lift from the reception, get out on second floor go to the connected building, take the lift, go down, get out and take the stairs. Everything about the hotel was great minus this ”find your room adventure” with my four bags :)

The hotel staff is very friendly and happy to answer my questions. They respect the guests very much. The hotel environment is very good, comfortable and clean. Only 5 minutes away from the train station, very convenient There are not too many breakfast choices, but they are all acceptable and taste good

Service: The front desk service attitude is very good, but the English is not very standard. When checking in, they overcharged the parking fee (we didn't actually drive), and later the overcharged fee was refunded to the card. Overall good. Facilities: The room is large and comfortable. When I first checked in, I found that the TV had no power and the hair dryer was broken, but after contacting the front desk, the maintenance master quickly solved it and it had no impact. Food: I think Switzerland is expensive, so I didn't order food at the hotel. Overall: The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and close to the rose garden. After dinner, the family slowly walked over and it was very comfortable. If you bring children, it is worth considering.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to Bern station, you can buy the necessities in walking distance. The room is comfortable and spacious. The service is professional. I order room service for breakfast, highly recommend the waffles! I would also recommend the restaurant “Nooch”, fried noodles are delicious, you can reach there on foot in 5 minutes from hotel

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea is provided free to hotel guest all day which is a plus point to consider especially during the winter time.

The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world. Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey. The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

My deposit 100chf still not received. Reception say it’s will be 2-5 days to my bank card. It’s already a week now. Please refund my deposit to my bank card

The location was lovely and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us some great suggestions for places to visit. The only issues for me were that room was very very small for two of us with large suitcases and the shower was a bit too intense with the pressure. Besides that the aircon was wonderful, beds were relatively comfy and the breakfast was lovely and delicious!!!!
