Very bad, the lobby is under renovation and there is lots of noise during the day. The air conditioner in the room is broken and there is no hot air. It took two days to complain to the front desk before it was repaired. It was so uncomfortable to live there. Highly not recommended!

People are friendly and helpful but there were problems with the elevators and the key card locks.
The worst issue is Hilton is using bed covers that do not cover the blanket completely and your body is exposed to any skin issues the previous person may have had. When we asked a housekeeping lady, she said she was aware of that and she tried, when available to use the old cover, which encases the blanket completely.

We arrived a bit early and since the room was available, we were able to check in and that was VERY helpful.
The front desk was always manned and it was very easy to get assistance. The room was spotless and super clean.
There were 2 breakfast attendance that were really great. One was named Star and the other was a black gentleman, unfortunately I didn't catch his name, that I think worked in the kitchen.
Breakfast had a great variety and the berries were delicious.
If we're ever back in town, we will definitely be staying again.

No staff was evident when I arrived 10 minutes later someone can out from the back and finally checked me in
Hotel is comfortable and quiet though they do try to jack you on parking $$$ paying through the hotel over the deck rate

Bring your own night light for the dark bathrooms. Bed sheets were thin and too small to cover us. Why is Hilton economizing the wrong ways?
