Very bad, the lobby is under renovation and there is lots of noise during the day. The air conditioner in the room is broken and there is no hot air. It took two days to complain to the front desk before it was repaired. It was so uncomfortable to live there. Highly not recommended!

The hotel room was great, It was clean when I arrived.  I've heard the horror stories about people saying their room was dirty/gross when they arrived.  The bed was very comfy.  The staff were very polite and helpful.  The hotel is a short walk from the Metro stop, which was a big reason why I chose the hotel.  I was disappointed the hotel restaurant was closed.  The only restaurants close by were non-American places so I was disappointed by that.  I really was looking for an American restaurant.  Breakfast is not included, but I did find a great place close by for breakfast.

Very good location, at the center of Bethesda, closed to metro, shopping and variety of restaurants and cafes. Room was spacious and the beds and pillows were comfy. Conveniently located to Metro and DC. Several restaurants within walking distance for lunch, dinner, and breakfast. No breakfast, but complimentary coffee machine  in room and free coffee in the morning at the lobby,
