Rooms are just normal but the common area is great. Snooker table, coffee machine, sofas, fireplace. You can chill there with your friends after exciting day at Big Bear area

Had a great stay on a busy weekend. Dug the funky decor, and friendly staff and owner. Since the resort parking lots were full, the short walk to the shuttle that picks up in front of the Big 5 was sweet and easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thanks Sessions!

This place is really cool. I will definitely go back. My puppy’s first trip, he loved it. The way it’s decorated and all it has to offer is amazing. The cabin style room with a little kitchen is the way to go.

The owner Frank was very hospitable, making us feel like we were not just checking into a hotel, but were getting an experience beyond your normal resort hotel. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated, including fresh scents and a nice cozy extra blanket on the bed for those cold winter nights in the mountains. Appreciated the quick check in and check out process! Also, it’s always good to get exactly what you see in the pictures when booking the hotel. It’s in a good location and not too far from the Village!

Photos online are more flattering than the room. It smelled strongly of Febreze. It was freezing cold, even with the wall heater blasting. The floors were in essence concrete with tile on them — very cold. We basically slept and left because it didn’t feel clean or cozy. Staff was lovely though! Maybe a different room would have been amazing, hard to say. We stayed in Chalet 21.

Great stay for our family. The cabin was clean and quiet. The check-in was easy. Frank was very helpful with any questions we had and really went above and beyond what could be expected when he picked us up from the ski area because the bus didn’t come for over an hour.
