這是我住過最差勁的酒店沒有之一。首先，空調不製冷，你們家空調問題貌似21年就有人反應有問題了，這次打開還是一股黴味，去找前台，扯了半天，給了一台電風扇，我要求的是退房，前台説使用過了退不了，你們酒店設施問題，關我什麼事？能正常使用不是最基本底線嗎？其次，前台缺乏基本的服務意識和專業素養，有問題應該想着怎麼解決，而不是一副無所謂的樣子，反正不住也不退錢的擺爛姿態。
這麼高的温度，你們的良心不會痛嗎？希望看到的友友們避大坑！！！

酒店沒空調，給我個風扇，前台説的是中央空調壞了，我去看以前的評論，這空調可能壞了一年多了吧。然後這個瓶裝水變成了大瓶裝水。環境五分給的是貴州的環境，謝謝。

其他的就算了，空調壞的，沒有冷風，很熱，雖然給我換了房間，平台也給予補償了，但是一晚沒休息好。真的每個房間都好熱，房間都衹有小窗，也沒有大窗。體驗真的有點失望
