Hyatt Vacation Club at the Lodges at Timber Ridge

Check-in was easy and our room was clean. I like the extra touches of dishwasher/laundry detergent and the tiny salt and pepper shakers. The only bad experience we had was with the grills by our building not working. We just walked to the next building to use theirs. Overall a great experience, the rooms were beautiful and spacious. We loved the gas fireplaces. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family group of 16 was age 4 to 66. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Staff was helpful with any questions we had.

This is a family type hotel. Kids in the room next to us were loud at could hear them late at night. Not favorable for a couples only outing. Otherwise it was very clean a spacious.

Loved it. Wish i had more time to stay longer. Will definitely book again on my next vacation to Branson. Won't stay at any other place in Branson but this one

Very friendly staff. Property was beautiful and well kept. The room was the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. The pool was very large with two hot tubs and an outdoor pool.

I was supposed to stay here with my husband for an overnight getaway. But my daughter unexpectedly had to have emergency surgery the night of and I was refused a refund or to reschedule so now I’m just out the money.

Relaxation was the name of the game! We came up for our honeymoon! The room was very nice…we slept the entire first day. It gives cabin vibes. Although going thru a transition, the staff were helpful on getting us to the right spot.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, that was not enough to make up for the rude and disinterested staff at check-in, the lack of a functioning pool (despite being told it would be open up until and after check-in), and the lack of compensation for the pool not being available. My biggest issue with the property, however, came after check-out. I accidentally left a small Bluetooth speaker in our room. Despite telling them this the same day I checked out, they were incredibly disinterested in helping me get my belongings returned to me. They begrudgingly claimed to have someone go check the room and then simply pushed me off onto an online form. Once filled out, they didn't call back to check and see if the situation was remedied. They *did* call to try and sell me their timeshare. It was undeniable where their priorities were. I would not recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Rooms and resorts are a dime a dozen in Branson. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere where the employees value you, your satisfaction, and your comfort level should you actually need their assistance with something rather than just you as a possible new fish on the hook for their timeshare.

Shower didnt work an had constant issues with our keys not working but other than that it was great
