Facilities: Very comprehensive, all-inclusive, and I think the food is pretty good too
Hygiene: It feels clean and good
Environment: So beautiful, glass sea, slide 🛝 cool
Service: Most people are very good, a few waiters who look like Indians are of slightly lower quality

The food was poor, especially dinner. Water sports are very expensive, and the commercial atmosphere is strong, and sailors are selling. Not worth the price.

I can’t begin to describe how amazing this resort was. From the arrival at the airport, we were greeted and taken to our boat transfer, which was honestly one of the nicest transfers we’ve ever taken. When we arrived at the resort, our butler, Asfar, looked after everything we needed, and even pre booked dinners for us. We had an all inclusive package, and it was the best hotel dining we’ve had before. All the restaurants are incredible, but Saffron and Soyi stood out. It was also a trip for my birthday, and everyone on the resort made an effort to make the day memorable. Also a special mention to Pearl who served us at breakfast and the French restaurant, she was fab! This was definitely a trip we’ll never forget, and somewhere we’ll be recommending to everyone.

Ozen Bilofishi exceeded our expectations from the moment we landed in Male airport. Our flight to Male was significantly delayed but Ozen ensured that staff were waiting for us on arrival to transfer us to the resort immediately. We had dinner ready in our room on arrival. Our butler Ahsan offered our family personalised service throughout our entire stay. He was our sole point of contact and catered his schedule to facilitate our needs. We made plenty of special requests and Ahsan ensured that they will all granted on our stay. We stayed at the ocean villa which was immaculate. The spacious deck and pool area offers complete privacy without compromising on the outlook of the ocean. We loved snorkelling in our own backyard at our leisure. Highly recommend this resort for all families. We will definitely be back.

First and foremost I’d like to say a big thank you to Ahsan! My belief is that his hard work made us feel very welcomed at the resort. He was extremely attentive to everything that my children needed indeed asset to the company. I cannot speak highly of him enough . They’re very lucky to have him at this resort, we had really good time.
