All the staff were friendly, and the best part was its proximity to D'Mall, which made getting around super easy and convenient. The facilities were very clean, and I appreciated that the gym had basic equipment. The happy hour starting at 4 PM was also great for enjoying right after a swim.

Good room and good service throughout my stay.

Initially, we were given a connecting room, and the soundproofing was terrible; you could hear everything happening through the walls and door in the next room. On the plus side, the hotel was accommodating and moved us to a higher category, non-connecting room the next day. Unfortunately, this hotel is in serious need of a good renovation, both inside and out. The location is good, and the sun loungers on the beach are comfortable, but there aren't many, so you have to reserve a spot early in the morning. Several times after housekeeping, we found other people's hair in the bed, which was quite unpleasant. Only one breakfast stood out during our entire stay; on other days, the breakfasts were sparse with limited choices. Overall, the hotel is suitable for a short stay, but be aware of the issues mentioned above.

Perfect location, just step out of the hotel onto the beach. Water was clear, sand felt amazing.

The staff's attitude is incredibly pleasant. They open doors for every guest, whether it's at breakfast, entering the hotel, or leaving the reception area to go further into the property. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying. On the beach, the sun loungers have comfortable, soft mattresses (not plastic ones that get hot). There's one umbrella for every two loungers. Not once did we find all of them occupied.

One of the best hotels in Boracay. Perfect location. First line. Right in front of the beach. Delicious breakfasts. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and great room service. Very relaxing and quiet at night

Fantastic! The staff were all incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Great location, super close to the beach! I highly recommend adding the airport transfer service – it's efficient and the service is excellent. Absolutely loved my stay here!

Our stay at The District was splendid! The hotel staff are very hospitable, courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of different choices.  We will definitely stay at the hotel again in our next visit to Boracay 😊

The hotel was located at the heart of station 2. It is right in front of the beach. The staff was very pleasant, kind and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. They made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch — from the well-maintained fitness center to the cozy lounge and delightful dining options. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. Overall, my time at The District was truly splendid. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, class, and outstanding service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel is amazing. We arrived in Caticlan, we ordered a transfer from the hotel (2400 peso per person both ways). The hotel location is good. Located literally one min away from the beach, has its own beach beds. The staff is very polite. Rooms are cleaned every day and every evening staff brings a little desert to wish you a good night. There are a lot of restaurants with different types of food, live music and fire shows. I highly recommend to try hotels spa (therapeutic foot spa and Swedish massage) it’s incredibly, leaves you so relaxed and feeling refreshed! Also recommend try excursions like island hopping and sail boat at sunset. Really loved our stay at this hotel. 10/10!!
