The service was pretty good. It gave me a $40 ”Food & Breakfast” credit per day. I just didn't expect that I also had to pay an extra $30 ”Unban Destination Fee” per day.

It's an 8/10 level four seasons. The doormen were very nice and welcoming, check-in was fast and they gave all the necessary info about this hotel. The room was not prepared as requested but this got fixed soon after we enjoyed dinner outside. The breakfast was amazing, lobster scrambled eggs and bakery were all very tasty. The swimming pool is large enough, without kids. But the water circulating system was not well-designed, so you might feel the cold and warm alternatively. The lounge at the lobby level was used to serve afternoon tea and happy hours. By the time we were there, it was a noisy party. Luckily, the floor was high enough, so I never felt bothered. The location of this hotel is very close to the prudential center, as well as Newbury Street. It's easy to get everywhere in Boston. Before the reopening of Fourseasons Boston, One Dalton would still be the ideal place to stay in the city. Chantal, if spelled correctly, is the warmest and best waitress. Thanks for your service.

The hotel is in a very good location, connected to the shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping. Downstairs is the Public Library. There is no buffet breakfast in the hotel. If you want to eat, you need to order a la carte. The Destination Fee of $30 per day can be used for breakfast. It is not enough for two people.

This is like a kuxury hostel. The sheets are good, towels crisp, and shared toilets good enough for use. Never had to wait for a vacant bathroom. I really like this place , has a really good vibe to this place. Would come back again to stay for a quick trip

Great location for exploring Boston with subway and bus service a very short walk from hotel. Subway is cheap and very efficient way to get around. Hotel rooms are spacious and reception team are very welcoming and helpful. If you want to visit the theatres or Chinatown both are only a few minutes walk. Like any hotel there are downsides.... The includes breakfast option is not correct, you get an allowance towards breakfast which does not cover the cost, also breakfast service can be very good or very bad over the 8 days we stayed we experienced both. Evening meals are OK but you can get much better a few minutes walk away. Whilst the hotel is generally well sound insulated for an old building which has been sympathetically converted to an hotel it does not help on a Saturday night, The local nightclub is extremely popular with long queue's down the street, the ones who cannot get in seem to have a weekly rave on the adjoining multi storey car park until around 3am. The noise is incredible and despite this being a weekly occurrence the hotels complaints seem to be ignored by the local authorities. My advice is to either be prepared and accept the inconvenience or avoid staying on a Saturday Night, the same applies to all the other hotels in the immediate vicinity, especially the one with the Candibar nightclub in its basement! Overall a good hotel which could be even be great if the onsite restaurant was improved, the ”includes breakfast” listing was correctly worded, and the local authorities took action about the unsociable noise. Final word of praise for the super reception staff who really go the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay.

This is the most comfortable hotel in several cities I visited during my trip, including New York, Philadelphia, Washington, Niagara, and Boston. Whether it is the front desk or the luggage room, the staff are dedicated and humorous. The ice water and lemonade in the lobby are available at any time, so you don't have to worry about running out of drinking water when traveling in summer. Very good!!!

The hotel is about a 8 minute walk from JFK UMass T station; from there it’s quite convenient to get to downtown Boston. The room is clean and large, albeit the furnishings are a bit dated. The bed was comfortable and there was good chairs and furniture available for a couple to use. Didn’t try the breakfast or the cafe, but it seemed decent from what we could see.

WWallllllyWatch out where you staying ! We’ve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel We stayed a night First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe) Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first we’ve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs.. (Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL) Third. This is major !! GGuest UserI stayed here one night during both my trip from El Paso, Texas to Rockland, Maine (stopping overnight in Boston) and again on my way back. It isn't a fancy hotel but it is a great ”commuter” hotel. Despite it being right next to the airport, I never really heard anything during my first stay when my room was at the front of the building (Room #312), and was only faintly aware of the planes taking off on the second night when my room was on the backside of the building (Room #213). The rooms were impeccably clean (even the windows which were crystal clear) and comfortable. The bed was ”comfy cozy”, and the shower was the BEST I have ever had in a hotel. The personnel were friendly and efficient. Ryan, at the front desk was especially understanding and helpful in getting my boarding passes for the next day's flight printed for me (I'm a ”senior” and go old school in wanting printed paper boarding passes). I would also like to give a special ”shout out” to my shuttle driver, Carolyn, who was especially outgoing and friendly (while still maintaining a constant watch on traffic). Speaking of the shuttle, they were very helpful and spot on when giving me directions as to how to get from my arrival gate at the airport to the spot where their bus would pick me up, and the bus arrived within the time frame they promised. Because of my experience with this hotel, I will be booking the Hilton Garden Inn at Sky Harbor Airport North in Phoenix for my ”stop over” nights during my Hawaii trip next spring.

GGuest UserWe loved this place. Friendly and helpful staff. The Top Bar and restaurant were both incredible and had great drink options. The rooms are smaller (think Europe) but get over that quick and you are central in the Theater District! We absolutely loved the place! Super charming and clean!! I imagine this was once an apartment building or hostel but now they turned it chic and cool. We will definitely return!! Thanks Moxy.

GGuest UserBoston, MA… It is one of those cities where you ask yourself why aren’t you living here. Home to many well-known colleges, the arcs of the American Revolution, and everything that’s unique to the New England region of America. Tourists, college families, and businessmen flock the old fashion streets from many competitive accommodations in the Boston area. The Kimpton Nine Zero Hotel is a Boutique Luxury Hotel located razor close to the Boston Common. Given the mixed reviews I read before my stay, I was quite skeptical about staying at this hotel. I could have chosen any other hotel like my comfort brand the InterContinental, but I was on budget and couldn’t use my Ambassador Complimentary Weekend Night there. Therefore, I decided to risk it by staying here for my two nights in Boston. My first ever trip to Boston took place between September 29th to October 1st. As the Diamond Elite Ambassador Member, I booked the 1 King Premium Room, but was later upgraded upon arrival to the 1 King Premium Skyline Corner View Room upon my arrival. The room costed $660 for two nights after a deduction of my Ambassador Complimentary Weekend Night Voucher. After a quick subway ride from Logan Airport, I made the 10 minute walk to the hotel from the State Station. After walking into the casual, posh, yet vibrant hotel lobby, I was welcomed by Liz. Liz briefed me on my room upgrade, the Kimpton hotel features such as the Better Sorts Social Club restaurant, and the daily hotel traditions at Kimpton like the Morning Coffee Table or Social Wine Hour. I had a very nice experience checking-in with Liz. Down the cozy looking hall, through the posh elevator, up 15 levels is my room 1605. As mentioned it the Skyline View Corner Premium King Room. The size of the room is at 350 SQFT or 32 SQM. To me it is a room size comfortably sufficient for two people. In this corner room when you enter the door is the minibar table and bathroom containing a Toto Toilet, Sink, and Spa Shower with Atelier Bloem Shower Supplies. Through the wooden floored hallways is a nice closet, followed by the bedroom itself. The bedroom contains the Comfortable King Bed, an oversized desk, a TV, a leather chair and ottoman. The corner view shows the Boston Common on one angle, and the other shows Paul Revere’s Graveyard. The overall design of the room is like a cozy modern study hall, except with the hotel room features. I do like this room and its features. One thing to improve on for future reference is to start replacing the COVID-era plastic cups at the sinks with real glass cups. I think that’s something the hotel should do to bring it a step towards absolute perfection. Making sure your stay is up to your perception of perfection would be the Assistant General Manager Michael. Micheal is not someone I actually met in person, rather he (or someone who relives him on off-shift hours) hides behind a cellphone standing by as your asynchronous butler via text message. You ask him for a dental k

WWufengwuhuaStaying for 4 days, both advantages and disadvantages, it depends on your requirements. Although it belongs to the Hilton Group, the Hampton Hotel is more affordable and does not pursue luxury. Advantages: 1. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is also large, clean and tidy. 2. There is a gym and swimming pool on the third floor, which can be used for free. 3. The restaurant on the first floor is open all day. Free tea and coffee are also provided during non-breakfast hours, and there is a self-service kiosk next to it. Suitable for chatting with friends. 4. It is very close to the airport, and it takes less than ten minutes to call Uber. Disadvantages: 1. There are no slippers, kettles, cups, and shoe shine cloths in the room. There is no front desk! Forget about making a cup of tea in the house. 2. There are few varieties of breakfast, and there is no change every day. Those who are not used to Western food can only drink some juice and eat some bread. 3. The surrounding area is a bit remote, and it is still a little far away from the lively area around the convention and exhibition center. Uber is the way to go. The weather in Boston is good, like Dalian, China.

ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude. There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation. In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

AAJ PaulineThe hotel was clean and self service- just wish there were more options for room service/ vending machines, we ran out of water and had to run to Trader Joe’s across the street to buy bottles of water.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful visit. We stayed from a Friday to Monday. The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. Our plane arrived at 8 am so we knew it was too early to check in. The staff kindly took our luggage and stored it for us. Luckily we were able to check in around noon. We headed to our room and it was adorable. We had a small issue with our hvac making a noise and as soon as we told the staff not even 10 mins someone was up to fix it. We could not have asked for a better hotel.

Ggail yI prepaid for my stay at the hotel in order to take advantage of the reduced room rate per night. At the time of check in, I was asked to put a $200 charge/hold on my credit card to cover incidental charges and was told that if I did not incur any additional charges that the $200 would be reimbursed in full at the time of check out. I did not purchase a thing and was not reimbursed the $200 in full. The hotel deducted $145.67 of the $200 and they have not provided me with any explanation as to what I am being charged for. The hotel also errored in charging me for an honor-bar charge which after some discussion they claim that they are going to reimburse me for. I'm still waiting on the reimbursement.
