"Because the location is too good and stayed for one night, the restaurant food is still difficult to eat, the burger skin and meat and bacon are fried black, the steak is also black and the beef is the same, other services and health are very good"
"Located right in seaport, newish neighborhood walking distance from lots of major points in the city, harbor, north end, etc. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Room was clean and modern, fun lights to control the colors. I booked a corner queen so it was a tad bigger but as expected these are micro hotel rooms so much smaller than average, no fridge or microwave in room. The bed for sure did not feel like a queen size however. They definitely need some type of shelving in the showers if you use your own toiletries, absolutely nowhere to place them. Also the shower door leaks terribly, although the floor to the bathroom area is completely water proof, it still made a mess. The bathroom and bed areas are just separated by a curtain, and the wall to the shower and toilet is just a clear glass panel."
"I enjoyed my stay very much in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s very close to the metro station so transport was not a problem at all. It’s very nice and quiet at nights so I had best sleep during my 2-week stay. The only issue is the heat pump is a bit noisy so I had to turn it off before sleep."

"The location is very good, with Boston Park right outside the door. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Boston Library, Freedom Trail, Trinity Church, and Riverside Park, and about 30 minutes to walk to Boston Museum of Fine Arts. The room is very clean and the waiter is very enthusiastic. The disadvantage is that the room is not soundproof."
"The hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future."
"Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good.
Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this.
Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel."
"Very satisfied.
Before the check-in time, the luggage was stored first and went out to play. The hotel took the initiative to help us deliver the luggage to the room.
The room is spacious, comfortable and hygienic, and the air conditioning is very powerful on a hot day.
Will come back next time."
"Good location to citywalk towards Berklee Music Fenway park (15-min walking), New Berry Street shopping (right on street), Copley Square (Trinity Church, Boston Public Library, John Hancock and Presidentual). Smart facilities with morden designs and easy check-in and check-out. Room is small for 3 but good for 2 adults and 1 kid."

GGuest UserTraveled to Boston with our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids ages 12, 11, and 8 to see Twenty One Pilots at TD Garden. I booked a corner suite with a city view on a high floor and that’s exactly what we got. The room was way more than I expected and was so happy with it. Wall to wall windows with an amazing view, 2 queen beds that were comfortable and cozy and we had a roll in bed brought to the room for my daughter. The roll in bed was an Actual bed, not an uncomfortable cot! Even with the extra bed we still had so much space. The best part of the room in my opinion was the fact that floor was laminate wood! No nasty hotel carpet! Also had a full size leather couch, fridge, 3 night stands, spacious closet, plenty of lamps and light and the air conditioning/heat worked beautifully! The bathroom was clean and shower was amazing with a rain shower head, frosted glass doors and all tile. Bar 10 restaurant and bar in the hotel had 24 hour room service and also breakfast. The food was phenomenal. On site Starbucks in lobby as well. Super easy access to the Subway, only one block over. The Westin is connected to shopping mall with high end designers I.e LV, Gucci, Jimmy Choo etc which is a big plus! There were a couple of Cons though…Valet parking was great but they failed to mention that it would cost $75 per day! There’s a parking garage across the street to use for a fraction of the price. I booked our room with a package to include breakfast each morning for all 5 of us, kids 12 and under are free. However, morning 1 we ate and they brought the bill over for $160….they made the correction and all was good. Breakfast day 2, the policy all of a sudden changed to kids under 5 eat free…. And my husband and I ordered bloody Mary’s which were priced at $10 each which we planned on paying for since that’s not included. The price for those 2 drinks mysteriously increased from $10 each to $18 each! Lastly, the hotel listed and pictured a pool as one of the amenities which was the main reason for booking because of my kids. However, at Check in I asked what floor the pool is on to which they said unfortunately we don’t have a pool….When I reserved the corner suite for 2 nights with breakfast included it was $504 per night, after taxes total was around $1200 at Check in but they charged us a total of $1,950! So an extra $700 was added for what I have no clue.

GGuest UserQuirky and individual with a very nice vibe. We loved this hotel for its location and its character. We had a king room with bathroom down the hall which worked absolutely great for us. Don’t be put off by the bathroom arrangements, we had the choice of 2 sets of bathrooms, one with 4 cubicles, one with 5. They are scrupulously clean with lots of clean towels available day and night, we didn’t find it too much of an inconvenience at all. We didn’t use any of the restaurants or the coffee shop in the lobby so cannot comment but the hotel itself is a gem!

Eechong_2000LOCATION: excellent location with easy access to all major areas in Boston. Merely 7-8 minutes walk to the Red Line Andrews station (only 2 and 3 stations away from South Station and Downtown Crossing respectively).
ROOM: very spacious (which is very important and very rare among hotels in Boston) and clean with huge bed and comfy pillows. We had kitchenette and a fridge in our room which suits us perfectly. There is also laundry room and gym on ground floor. Both the environment and the room were very quiet and we never experienced any noise.
BREAKFAST: while we noted some negative feedback about the breakfast in previous reviews, we, however, enjoyed the breakfast very much, with good selections for our needs. I especially enjoyed making the waffle every morning.
STAFF: very helpful and friendly and responsive
PRICE: excellent value for money and we will surely stay in this hotel again if we ever visit Boston again.
NNiziVery good hotel, with a great location and convenient transportation. There is a small river in front of the hotel and a museum next to it, which is the best choice for a walk. The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy. I stayed there for another two years and traveled in Boston in depth. The hotel breakfast is very rich, highly recommended 👍

에에이미맘The room assigned to me upon arrival was not cleaned, so I had to wait to be assigned another room, which was inconvenient, and the fact that the cleaning was not done thoroughly was unfortunate.
I would have been upset if I had thought it would be as hygienic as Korea.
They cleaned the room every day, but they didn't change the blankets.
They just re-set them.
So there were hairs and cookie crumbs in the blankets. 🥲
I didn't want them to fight, so I cleaned them up~^^

LLnlyj1018It is a 5-minute walk from the Red Line subway Andrew station, with convenient transportation, very clean and comfortable, providing drinks and fruits, and the boss is a foreigner and very friendly. It’s will be my first choice next time.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located very close to China Town and Boston Common, within 15 min walk. Part of the Freedom trail is very close to Boston Common. It’s a bit far from Long Wharf area but still convenient to take a subway to go there.
The distance to Farneuil Hall is within 30min walk. Overall it’s a good location. Clean and spacious room space. But the bathroom is the smallest ever Hilton hotel I had seen. The door is scratching the toilet bowl when you try to fully open it. The shower is very small too making it not a pleasant bathroom experience. Other than this, it’s a nice Hilton hotel.

GGuest UserNice stay at the Sheraton. We had a recently refurbished room. It was excellent with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. There was an amazing view of the Charles River which was a bonus. The location of the hotel is great with an adjoining mall and lots of eating places. The HOHO bus stop is very close by.
