"Location wise is unbeatable. Right at the center of Lee garden. The rooms are clean but the lobby did smell like old cupboards. Hopefully they can improve on that. All the staff are friendly except for one. They ask for 5min to check the rooms which is understandable but when I mentioned I need to go after the 5mins as the van is waiting , the staff just toss back my passport to me on the table which is rude! She also speaking in Thai to her colleague (mention something about the 5min…). If you need more than 5min you can just communicate properly instead of showing a not professional attitude. I would like to mention again it’s just that one staff which has bad attitude. I think other staff are really friendly and kind."
