This home features an upstairs Main Suite, a Downstairs Main Bedroom, and 2 additional bedrooms downstairs. The home boasts a two car garage, with a kitchen that opens up to a large patio and spacious yard.HOUSE RULES:1. Absolutely No parties or events are allowed.2. Absolutely No smoking on the premises.3. Absolutely No drugs use on the premises.4. Absolutely No burning candles or incense.5. In respect to our neighbors, please do not make loud noises after 9:00 PM on weekdays and after 10:00PM on weekend.For items inside the Owner’s control, Owner will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is Guest’s responsibility to notify Owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems Owner is able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe.Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems cause by actions of Guest or due to Guest’s failure to immediately notify Owner of any problems.Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables of Guest.
