Russo Hotel Reviews

I was satisfied with the location as it was close to Gangneung Station and the facilities around the hotel were good. The service was good and I was grateful that they provided a lot of amenities. However, it was 2% short of a hotel. It was somewhere between a pension and a motel. Still, I had a good rest. Movie with Beam Project I watched it well, although the picture quality wasn't that great.

The bathroom was disappointing. The minibar space is small.

Clean, quiet and friendly It's a bit weird that Netflix doesn't work

When I went there before, the facilities were nice and clean so I visited again. It's a bit messy and I think the hot water facility needs to be improved. It's more like a motel than a hotel, and it's a waste to pay 130,000 won.

I made a hasty decision and quickly found a room. I am somewhat satisfied. However, it was very difficult to control the hot water. It gets hot or cold suddenly. Other than that, it's clean and well organized. It's nice that there are many restaurants and convenience facilities nearby. Parking space was also convenient.
