Nestled in a peaceful, treehouse-like setting, it’s just a quick train ride to the city center—so you get the best of both worlds. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, spotless, and perfect for unwinding. The staff were truly amazing—so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. We were blown away by the hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, with creative cocktails that made every meal feel special. The spa was clean, calming, and the perfect way to end each day. If you’re looking for a serene escape with easy access to the city, you won’t find a better place. Already dreaming of our return!"

The hostess is very accommodating and takes great care of her guests. Breakfast is the perfect start to the day."

Breakfast was in a lovely room but due to lack of kitchen staff , we had to forgo a cooked breakfast one morning as it was over an hours wait … there was one lovely conceige staff and one at breakfast. We would not choose this hotel in future due mainly to location"

"I didn't stay at the hostel, but the tour itself is connected to various hotels. My friend and I saw Spyros and the tour and asked if we could join - which he accepted right away! The tour lasts for about 4-5h and you hear about the history and see so much of Genova. Spyros is an incredibly talented speaker and very passionate about this city. The tour is in English, but he speaks 4 languages! We're so glad we've experienced this. A 10/10. At the end of the tour, you can leave a tip (which we all did), but you don't have to."
