The managers didn't offer us a refund, only a room change for our second night. We had to pay to have our belongings taken care of once we left the hostel. We also found a bed bug molt in the room, meaning there wasn't just one."

The hotel is located in an excellent position for anyone who wish to be in central Genova. The parking is 25 euros extra but you can leave your car for 24hours. They have all the aménities available just a Quick call to reception to ask for it. Coffee and tea sélection in the room and two bottels of water complimentary on arrival."

"The hotel is near Brignole Station, but I wouldn't recommend walking outside after dark. The hotel itself is in a creepy building, and you must take the elevator (very small and very creepy) to the reception. The room was nothing like the pictures. It was nice and smelled bad (not sure of what, I didn't want to find out). I was only there for 6 hours, as I was travelling further for the weekend and then back to Genoa. I didn't/wouldn't go back to that hotel."
