4-Star Hotels in Genoa

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged. Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area. Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided. Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go. Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

This was our second stay in Genoa; our first stay was at NH Marina. The hotel's location is very central and secure. We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open. The breakfast and hotel staff deserve the best reviews. Cleanliness was good except for some dust in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and I find the price-performance ratio to be high. Thank you.

The hotel is very clean and clean in detail, with comfortable and comfortable rooms. The location is comfortable to move in the city, although not very central to some attractions. There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. This is very good. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. Fortunately, there are free parking spaces around, just uphill from the supermarket. It is better to park your valuables in the lower parking lot inside the hotel.

The worst Novotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The space was acceptable and the service was enthusiastic, but the stains on the towels and sheets seemed to have never been changed. Since I was driving from southern Italy to southern France as a stopover, the location was very convenient for me, close to the highway exit.

A very recommended hotel. The hotel is very new. The bed and shower water are very good. It is in a private yacht club. There are six restaurants nearby and a very safe free parking lot. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is located near the Old Port, in a superb location! The hotel completely exceeded my expectations and is well worth staying at... The service was attentive and warm; they even provided a map upon check-in and introduced Genoa's main attractions and hiking trails. It's a fantastic hotel in every way!

Especially clean and refreshing

Parking is available, but you have to drive around from the main road to the back of the property to access it. The harbor view is beautiful.

When we arrived, the room was already very warm. It was about 30°C outside, even at 9:00 PM, and unfortunately the air conditioning was not working. I couldn’t get it to start, so the room remained very hot during the night. The room furnishings also felt quite old-fashioned. Apart from that, the receptionist was very kind and helpful.
