MM11840****第一次遇到性價比這麼好的民宿，在這裏不得不説民宿的Boss真的是難得一遇的好老闆，他的貼心和無微不至能夠體現在任何的細節，尤其是的對待孩子，甚至超越我們做父母的耐性。由於國慶高鐵票緊張，我們一直無法搶到合適的票，去郴州的計劃變得很侷促，不管是下高鐵去民宿還是第二天回程去高鐵的問題，讓我很是焦慮，但是民宿的老闆想得非常周到，提前聯繫我們，瞭解我們的情況並且給予我們最好的服務安排。第一天下高鐵，湖南的天氣很炎熱，我們一家四口在高鐵站等車好久，導致孩子差點中暑，我難免開始心情煩躁，聯繫了民宿老闆後，及時為我們一家四口調整了安排，讓司機多安撫我們心情，幸好路上沒有堵車，能夠一直開到民宿（因為國慶仰天湖有一段路是交通限制需要坐公交車進去），不敢想象要是沒有老闆的細心安排，我們一家四口還真不知道怎麼進去。一個小時的路程到了民宿，終於見到老闆，熱心準備了午餐（食材是民宿老闆菜園親自種植，而且還親自幫我們準備好房間，告訴我們行程安排和去往仰天湖的來回都是老闆親自接送，吃完飯老闆還帶我們小孩到處觀光，讓孩子接觸到大自然。午休後親自送我們去仰天湖，還貼心告訴我們遊玩結束後告訴他來接我們，還告訴我們注意事項。雖然衹是短短的一天遊玩，但是老闆服務太太周到了，100分，包辦我們全家的所有吃飯問題，還特意給孩子們燃放了煙花（因為仰天湖太晚放了）所以老闆為了不讓孩子們失望，很是給力哦！太感動了！第二天我們要甘7：00的高鐵票，老闆特意5：00起來為我們做早餐和送我們去高鐵站，路上擔心我們吃不好還買了湖南的早點，情緒價值拉的滿滿的，還一路告訴我們湖南的景點特色，我們以後一定會再來的。來郴州的孩子們，放心沖，老闆真的很好。值得一提，民宿房間超級乾淨，我有潔癖，他家連拖鞋都是一次性的塑膠拖鞋，絕對不是循環再用，還有小童拖鞋。民宿的周邊還有河流小溪可以玩耍，樓下還有零食購買，非常方便。由於時間倉促，沒有仔細拍房間，但是超級棒的房間。

FFritz7777This new hotel is very good value for money in the more quiet part of the city. The young ladies on the front desk were very friendly, helpful and patient with me as a foreigner. Same too for the housekeeping and breakfast staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I appreciated the laundry service and the gym. A few restaurants catering for adventurous eaters and drinkers nearby. Interesting sights further towards the river a few blocks away.

EE0393****This is a stylish homestay in the mountains, spacious and warm. The proprietress was very enthusiastic and patiently told us about interesting places and the time to go to Mangshan to see the rime. Fortunately, we had no regrets and got to see the rime that we had been longing for. It was really beautiful. Here you can freely sing K, play mahjong and cards and have fun. Each room has a terrace and is surrounded by mountains and bamboo forests. The air is so good and the smell of nature is so lovely. It also feels so good to be at home. Next time I have the chance I will definitely come over to get together with my friends.

Cleanliness - overall cleanliness is pretty good at the lobby and room. However the carpet in my room is stained at the bed area.
Amenities- standard amenities and facilities. Gym looks ok but cigarette smell lingering . Maybe due to a smoking fall. I decided not to use and did my run outside . The cafe / restaurant might be a little small. At 720 , I had to wait 15 min for a table to be available.
Choice of food western and Chinese fare available .
You should give your chef a set of proper uniforms. I observed a 大妈with a chef hat doing topping up of food.

GGuest UserThe biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night.
The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.

The hotel's facilities are very complete, and what I am particularly pleased with is that it is equipped with a swimming pool. This is a huge plus for families with young children. And the swimming pool is constant temperature. What’s even more surprising is that you can use the gym and swimming pool for free when you stay in the hotel, which is very cost-effective! The children had a great time playing in the swimming pool, and we adults could also relax in the gym. In short, this hotel performs well in all aspects and is highly recommended to everyone!

Service: The lady at the front desk was enthusiastic and proactive when checking in. Since the room booked did not include breakfast, I was considering leaving in a hurry the next day and asked about the hotel's breakfast charges. The lady enthusiastically gave me a breakfast coupon.
