GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay here—thanks to Yumi and the staff for being so kind and helpful!
Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood.
We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice.
The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful.
There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju.
Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom.
It definitely needs improvement.
If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

GGuest UserTraveling with my parents and child this time, picking the right hotel made all the difference! The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming during check-in. Noticing we had a child, they thoughtfully provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes – such excellent attention to detail! Our room was spotless, and my child absolutely loved the cartoon-themed decor in the family room. Upon check-out, the front desk even prepared a small local souvenir for us as a thoughtful gesture. The entire stay was truly exceptional, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

GGuest UserVery impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025.
They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout.
Great service, highly recommended 👏

GGuest UserThe room configuration is very high, and the front desk service is also very friendly. I stayed here for one night on my way home from Guangdong. It was a great experience. The breakfast was also great. The duck in Linwu is delicious, but a bit spicy. I will stay here next time when I pass by.

GGuest UserJ Hotel is relatively new, located in Wuling Square. The decoration style is very suitable for young people. The hotel is generally OK. There are McDonald's, tea restaurants, and shopping malls around it. It is very convenient and can be reached on foot. The hot water in the bathroom is very stable. The curtains are electric and can be controlled by Tmall Genie. It is very intelligent. There is central air conditioning. The ladies and brothers at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. They also recommended local specialties to us. It is delicious, but we are Cantonese and can't eat spicy food. This hotel is very cost-effective. I will recommend it to my friends. It will be a happy trip.

GGuest UserThe place of work is very close to the hotel, so I chose to stay here. The room is very clean and the items are neatly arranged. The bedding is very comfortable and the ventilation effect is quite good. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk on the morning shift is very good, especially the lady with glasses has a very sweet smile and feels very kind. Parking is very convenient. I will stay here next time

There is a charging station behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel only takes about 10 minutes to Xiaodongjiang Scenic Area and about 20 minutes to Gaoyiling. It is highly recommended.

The room card is really beautiful, and they also gave us honey water and Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid, which is really thoughtful. The hotel has many good details, such as disposable face towels in the sinks, and the bathroom slippers are attached to the buckles in the corners of the wall. The breakfast is also quite rich, the restaurant environment is also very good, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

When checking in, the whole process was full of smiles, the action was quick and meticulous, and we took the initiative to ask about our stay needs, and also intimately informed the breakfast time, elevator location and surrounding play guides. The elderly in the same group forgot to bring their ID card. The front desk was not impatient at all. They patiently guided us to complete the registration through electronic documents and took the initiative to help carry the luggage. It was more efficient when checking out, checking the information, issuing an invoice, and enthusiastically telling us to pay attention to the weather changes before leaving.
