WWYeoLocation - property is located at the fringe of the town, quiet and away from the bustle of city noise. Very new hotel
Service - served by Front Office staff Wendy . Polite and pleasant lady . She waived the additional pax breakfast charge for me 👍🏼
Cleanliness - overall cleanliness is pretty good at the lobby and room. However the carpet in my room is stained at the bed area.
Amenities- standard amenities and facilities. Gym looks ok but cigarette smell lingering . Maybe due to a smoking fall. I decided not to use and did my run outside . The cafe / restaurant might be a little small. At 720 , I had to wait 15 min for a table to be available.
Choice of food western and Chinese fare available .
You should give your chef a set of proper uniforms. I observed a 大妈with a chef hat doing topping up of food.
This is Hilton and a international brand.

GGuest UserOur family chose this hotel for our trip, and the experience was simply great! The hotel's facilities are very complete, and what I am particularly pleased with is that it is equipped with a swimming pool. This is a huge plus for families with young children. And the swimming pool is constant temperature. What’s even more surprising is that you can use the gym and swimming pool for free when you stay in the hotel, which is very cost-effective! The children had a great time playing in the swimming pool, and we adults could also relax in the gym. In short, this hotel performs well in all aspects and is highly recommended to everyone!

GGuest UserThe biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night.
The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.

EElsalixuThe house price during the National Day period is also acceptable, inside the scenic spot, although the first floor is next to the entrance of the scenic spot, which is noisy. But it is very quiet at night when there are no tourists. The room is very big. This is the first time I have seen such a big room. It is transparent from north to south and has a large balcony. The room was clean and tidy inside.

GGuest UserI stay here every time I come to Chenzhou! It's quiet and comfortable. The room is decorated in a simple and stylish way, with complete facilities, making people feel very relaxed. The service staff is very enthusiastic and helped solve many practical problems. Recommended to everyone! I stay here every time I come to Loudi! It's a few hundred meters walk from here to the train station, and there are many buses at the door!

Environment: It is located near the high-speed rail station and far from places to eat. It is recommended to travel by car.
Service: The lady at the front desk was enthusiastic and proactive when checking in. Since the room booked did not include breakfast, I was considering leaving in a hurry the next day and asked about the hotel's breakfast charges. The lady enthusiastically gave me a breakfast coupon.

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely excellent stay. The service across all departments—from the Front Desk and Room Service to the Di Ming restaurant and the hot springs—was outstanding. Every hotel member we interacted with was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated how immaculately clean the entire environment was kept.
I want to offer a special commendation to the Front Desk and Restaurant Managers/Headers. Their commitment to personalized service and leading by example was truly noteworthy. They were warm, genuinely helpful, and created very memorable moments during our visit. Thank you.

A note for future travelers: While the hotel itself is excellent, please be aware that transportation in the surrounding area is very challenging without a personal car.
It is extremely difficult to secure ride-sharing services (like Didi), and hiring local drivers is quite costly. They often charge a round-trip fee for a single journey. For example, a trip less than 1 mile from the hotel to the West Gate cost us ¥50 for drop-off and pickup. A longer trip to the East Gate was at ¥250.

The ladies at the front desk who handle the formalities are very polite, warm and thoughtful, and will also Introduce the corresponding butler services. When you go out to play around, the lady will enthusiastically tell you how to get there. There are love guides and guides in the lobby of farther scenic spots. There will also be late night snacks in the evening. Just tell the lady at the front desk and she can ask the waiter to deliver it to your room. Here, the housekeeper service delivered things very quickly, and what surprised me was the laundry. You really don’t have to leave the room, and you don’t have to wash it yourself. You don’t have to worry about it at all. A waiter will come to collect the dirty clothes. After washing, they were packed in bags and sent to my room. The service attitude is very good. I have stayed in so many hotels, but this one can't say anything about it. It is really good.
Transportation: The surrounding transportation is convenient. You can take a bus just a little further from the hotel. You can also take a motorcycle or take a taxi after leaving the hotel. You can drive directly to your destination.
Travel: The hotel is very close to Yuhou Street in the city center. The pedestrian street snack street is right next to the hotel, and the BBK shopping mall is also next to it, which is really convenient. You can also go for a walk in Beihu Park and climb Suxianling Mountain.
Price: Next time you come to stay in a hotel, this hotel will be your first choice. Not only is the price very affordable, but the service is also very good, the room types are very good, and it is located in the city center, so it is quite affordable. I will stay here again next time.
