GGuest UserThe hotel opened in 2024. The front desk staff had a very good service attitude. Because Inner Mongolia is relatively dry, they would kindly remind us to drink more water and moisturize. The only problem was that we didn't have breakfast, which we will make up for next time.

GGuest UserThe Fushawan Hotel Xiangshawan is perfect for families with kids! The independent yurts, though built years ago, are still clean and comfortable. It's an all-inclusive package with three buffet meals, and you get VIP access to the scenic area, skipping the queues. They offer kids' crafts, a swimming pool, and bonfire parties. Right outside, you're in the desert, and the night sky is absolutely stunning. The staff provides excellent service, proactively asking about your needs, which is very thoughtful. For family travel, the value for money is exceptional; my child didn't want to leave!

GGuest UserThe shower was small, and the room wasn't big either. I was thinking the cleanliness would be acceptable, but then there was a wet towel left under the sink... To make matters worse, there was a municipal power outage. The room was right next to the stairs, and there was a lot of noise from people carrying luggage downstairs early in the morning. The room wasn't soundproof either. The air conditioner didn't work either. The worst part was that I thought I could at least get some sleep even if it was noisy, but then the power came back on, and the TV automatically turned on again. I turned off the TV, and then the power went out again, then came back on, and the TV turned on again, then went out again. I was completely unable to sleep. Because of the power outage, there was no food for breakfast, and I had to use two candles to keep the other things warm. How could they even charge for breakfast? Breakfast was listed as an extra charge when I booked the room. While the municipal power outage is unavoidable, it definitely affected the experience. I specifically chose a new hotel, and the entrance was hard to find. Three cars behind us all went to the wrong entrance.

GGuest UserSisters visiting Xiangshawan and Ordos! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The moment I walked in, I was charmed by the lucky bamboo in the lobby and the koi pond. Watching the fish swim peacefully in such a comfortable environment instantly melted away the exhaustion of travel. I especially want to commend the hotel's delivery robot. No need to go downstairs to pick up takeout, and no contact with strangers – it's incredibly social-anxiety friendly. The robot automatically calls you for delivery, which is so thoughtful and convenient, truly enhancing the stay experience!

GGuest UserMy expectation was meh before arriving this accommodation. However, the guys at the reception are very helpful and they also arranged a minibus to pick us up from the tourist centre. As for the conditions of our room, it is unexpectedly clean and tidy and as the sign was pointed out, it is very normal to have dust and sand appear in the room since we are at the desert. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience!

It's very convenient to go to Xiangshawan and Kubuqi Desert. It's not too far to drive into the desert to see the stars at night. However, the road to Highway 07 is a bit rough.

DDENISThe hotel has a great location, but the road to it is bumpy, not every car can get through. We checked in at night, there was no one at the reception desk, no one answered the phone. Thanks to our taxi driver, who went to the nearest police office (it is the neighboring building) and from there he was able to call an employee who came down to us. Despite the fact that she was very sleepy, she was very polite. Everything else is super, the room is very clean and beautiful

GGuest UserThis is a very unique guesthouse. The rooms are all wooden structures, clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner is very kind and provides excellent hospitality. The surrounding area has lush grasslands, blue skies, and white clouds, offering beautiful scenery with sand, grass, and stunning views. Definitely worth recommending!
