GGuest UserThis hotel is super high-tech with a space exploration theme, and it perfectly complements the traditional yurt-style rooms at the nearby Fusha Hotel. The rooms are triangular, and the two large beds can comfortably sleep a family of four. The hotel has a kids' play area, free Switch access, an e-sports room, and a bar. Plus, ice cream, coffee, and alcoholic beverages are all complimentary! With the hotel wristband, you get fast-track access to all the desert activities, so you basically don't have to queue at all. It was an amazing experience, especially during the May Day holiday!

TTweety_This time our family's stay at the Fusha Island Resort in Shawan was beyond expectations, and because we came in the off-season, we had a very unique experience😝
First of all, the standard of service, really first class is not a joke, although we went to the off-season, the whole resort only me and two other girls from Guangdong, at first thought it would be very boring, but his resort provided many activities for us, especially the after-dinner carnival evening, a group of performers' cultural performance is very good, there is an interactive session in the middle, funny and happy children are playing very high🥳
Then a little late at night there is also a stargazing activity, can listen to the staff's explanation under a super beautiful starry sky is really blissful, although the temperature outside is very cold, but after drinking the staff provided hot drink indoors immediately warm ❤️
The next morning there was a sunrise viewing activity. In fact, although the staff had to get up so early, they could go out and watch it themselves, but they said they called the front desk 10 minutes in advance to ask about the weather conditions. It was really hard for them to arrange and prepare for us. So much 🙏🏻
Maybe you will say that it is taken for granted to pay such a high price for good service, but for such a sentimental person like me, I am really grateful for their efforts, so that you have such a wonderful experience for these two days and one night❤️
I also want to commend the staff and chef of the restaurant. Although I couldn't eat the buffet because of the small number of people, I was lucky enough to be able to eat the chef's first-class cooking skills. All the food was hot and fragrant. It was simply an emperor-class enjoyment. Overall, this stay was perfect - quiet and comfortable, courteous service and full of warmth, will definitely come again with friends, highly recommended for those who want to rest, recharge and have fun! 😚😚

Honestly, we could have just gone out ourselves, but the staff still got up early to wait for us in the lobby and even prepared to check the weather for us ten minutes in advance. We really appreciate all the effort they put into the arrangements 🙏🏻
Some people might say that good service is expected when you pay a high price, but for someone emotional like me, I truly felt grateful for their care and kindness. It made our two‑day‑one‑night stay a beautiful and memorable experience ❤️

GGuest UserThe shower was small, and the room wasn't big either. I was thinking the cleanliness would be acceptable, but then there was a wet towel left under the sink... To make matters worse, there was a municipal power outage. The room was right next to the stairs, and there was a lot of noise from people carrying luggage downstairs early in the morning. The room wasn't soundproof either. The air conditioner didn't work either. The worst part was that I thought I could at least get some sleep even if it was noisy, but then the power came back on, and the TV automatically turned on again. I turned off the TV, and then the power went out again, then came back on, and the TV turned on again, then went out again. I was completely unable to sleep. Because of the power outage, there was no food for breakfast, and I had to use two candles to keep the other things warm. How could they even charge for breakfast? Breakfast was listed as an extra charge when I booked the room. While the municipal power outage is unavoidable, it definitely affected the experience. I specifically chose a new hotel, and the entrance was hard to find. Three cars behind us all went to the wrong entrance.

DDENISThe hotel has a great location, but the road to it is bumpy, not every car can get through. We checked in at night, there was no one at the reception desk, no one answered the phone. Thanks to our taxi driver, who went to the nearest police office (it is the neighboring building) and from there he was able to call an employee who came down to us. The road at the entrance is indeed very ordinary, but when I got to the entrance of the courtyard, it was suddenly open, parking was convenient, the courtyard was clean, and the house was also clean. The boss is a very down-to-earth person and doesn't talk much. The family room at the entrance of the scenic area is more than 200 yuan, and the environment is really good. The boss's breakfast is very standard. I happened to see boiled corn and bought two. It was super delicious. The boss grew it himself, so I had to buy some to take away. After all, it's not a hotel. It's enough to solve the problem of food and clothing. There are almost no hotels with this price that include breakfast. If I come here to travel again, I will definitely stay here again. The boss's family can rent sandboards, and there are cute kittens.
