We arrived at a small village villa in Chengdu, unsure of what to expect, and left with hearts overflowing with warmth and gratitude. In a place where no one even knew our religion, we were welcomed like family. Every greeting, every smile, every gesture radiated genuine kindness — something you rarely find in modern hotels. Jojo was the heart of that experience. She stayed with us for dinner, thoughtfully asking about our dietary needs as Muslims and ensuring every meal was prepared with care and respect. Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. True hospitality isn’t about polished professionalism or fancy amenities — it’s about heart, authenticity, and human connection. The generosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth we experienced here are rare treasures, and the memories of this stay will remain with us forever.

The hotel's environment, facilities, and service deserve high praise! The restaurant chef was superb; every dish we ordered was delicious. The red soup noodles with hand-stirred bamboo shoots for breakfast were especially praised by the elders! Although it's a guesthouse, the attention to detail is impeccable, with thoughtful touches everywhere, and every step reveals a beautiful scene. The koi in the pond and the rooftop garden are captivating, making it worth staying for several days!

This onsen hotel offers an exceptionally good experience. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the entire place is clean and tidy. The onsen pools have clean water at just the right temperature, leaving you feeling completely relaxed and at ease after a soak. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff are also friendly and enthusiastic. It's very convenient for dining, accommodation, and activities, offering excellent value for money. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

First time visiting Huashuiwan, and this homestay I booked was pretty good overall. The room was clean and tidy, the owner was very welcoming, and the service was excellent.

The experience at Huashuiwan First Village Hot Spring Forest Hotel exceeded my expectations! The hotel is surrounded by dense forest, and the rooms are quite clean, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep. ♨️ There's a wide variety of natural hot springs nestled in the woods, and after a soak, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. The unique glass walkway in the park is actually a glass boat pathway over the lake, where you can ride small boats through glass waterways, offering a novel and incredibly fun way to enjoy the lakeside scenery. It’s a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment with abundant recreational activities, making it perfect for a short getaway. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and spacious, and the owner was super nice and offered thoughtful service. The air was great, not too hot, and we could even swim in the river, which the kids absolutely loved!!! In the morning, we stumbled upon a market and bought some local produce to take home, which was a pleasant surprise!! This place is perfect for a summer getaway, family trips, and for entertaining the little ones. Highly recommend!!

Overall, a hotel with beautiful scenery and delicious food. The breakfast was especially nice! It offered a rich variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors – the kids loved it. The room was super spacious, with a balcony, a separate toilet and bathroom, and even a cozy tatami area. A suite in the city center wouldn't be much better than this! It's worth mentioning that the room service was incredibly responsive; any request was handled promptly. With multiple children, they thoughtfully prepared a set of slippers and bathrobes for the little ones, showing great attention to detail. The hot spring was natural, and as part of a promotion, they gave us 4 tickets per room – more than we could ever use!

This hotel is just a 2-minute walk to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center, where you can take the cable car up to Yingxue Lake. Breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner can also be ordered at the hotel. About 1 km away, there is an indoor food street, and nearby you’ll also find a small shopping pedestrian area close to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center parking lot. The room has very strong and hot shower water, which is excellent. The room is spacious enough to open at least three 24-inch suitcases comfortably.

The hotel offers VIP service. There weren't many people when I visited, but if it were crowded, the VIP service would be incredibly valuable. There's no queue for the cable car, and once you're on the mountain, there's a dedicated shuttle. The room rate also includes admission tickets, which is great. You can go skiing right outside the hotel, and the surroundings are lovely. However, the weather wasn't cold enough, so with a bit of melting snow, the room felt a bit damp. The hotel's own restaurant is currently under renovation, so I had to go to the restaurant at the neighboring hotel for breakfast. The food was just okay, and I hope the hotel's restaurant reopens soon.

I was a bit hesitant before booking because of the hotel's low ratings, but when I arrived at the front desk, I was impressed by its grandeur. After checking in, I found the room to be clean and hygienic, which made me quite satisfied. Of course, since the hotel has been renovated some time ago, the toilet in the bathroom was a bit old, but for me, it was acceptable, especially considering the affordable price, which also included breakfast. All in all, this booking offered excellent value for money.
