GGuest UserSimple and quiet style, with two small yards, very clean. The details are well done, the parent-child room has Yunrou towels for the baby, and there is a fence to prevent the baby from falling off the bed (but the fence is not very stable). We didn't use it. There are smart toilets in the bathroom and alcohol disinfection towels. The service attitude is very good. suitable for shorting

GGuest UserWe stayed at Qixi Guest House in Dayi, Sichuan with our two kids and chose the River View Loft Room — and it was such a lovely experience.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved it because they had their own space in the loft area. There were plush toys and books prepared for them, which made it even more special. The loft area also had a warmer, so it stayed cozy and comfortable.
The owner is very kind, and the place is managed by two elderly ladies who are incredibly sweet — they reminded us of our own grandmothers. They were so warm, caring, and genuinely helpful. They even helped us book taxis because it can be quite difficult to get a Didi in this area.
There are no halal restaurants nearby, so it’s best to bring ready-to-eat food from home. However, they knew we are Muslim and thoughtfully prepared halal-friendly breakfast for us — noodles, fried eggs, vegetables, buns, candy, nuts, and boxed milk. We truly appreciated their effort.
Downstairs, there is a shared kitchen area that guests can use. It’s well-equipped with utensils, a microwave, hot water dispenser (similar to Coway), and basic kitchen facilities — very convenient for families.
The only downside is that there is no lift. The building has three levels. We stayed on Level 2 (just one flight of stairs up from the ground floor), so it was manageable, but carrying heavy luggage could be challenging.
When we checked out, the owner even gave us a small gift bag with a keychain and fridge magnet — such a sweet gesture.
From the guesthouse, it takes only about 20 minutes by Didi to reach Xiling Snow Mountain. Just make sure to book your ride 20–30 minutes earlier because it can be hard to get a car in this area.
There are small shops nearby if you need drinks or basic items, but by around 9:40 pm, most places close and the area becomes very quiet.
The river view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The guesthouse is located at the foothill area with charming ancient China village vibes — peaceful and scenic. The hospitality was truly heartfelt. We also noticed many Malay guests have stayed here before, so they are familiar with preparing Muslim-friendly meals.
Overall, we had a very warm and memorable stay. Highly recommended for families visiting Xiling Snow Mountain.

Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch.

GGuest Userso far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

The hotel is easy to find and very new; We were given a room upgrade as the hotel wasn’t busy at the time of our visit.
The location of this hotel is perfect as there are food places nearby.
The hot spring within the hotel premises is definitely a plus point.
We definitely have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when visiting again!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the heart of Huashuiwan, close to the late-night snack area, where I'd recommend Hong Taiyang BBQ. Unlike summer, some of the hot springs at the hotel are quite warm in winter, which is very pleasant.
I hope the hotel enforces its no-smoking policy in the hot springs. The hot spring area itself is lovely, but there's always the off-putting smell of smoke.
The hot spring facilities are complete, featuring both dry and wet saunas, but there's no 'kakeyu' (rinse station) for washing off after using them. This means whether you return to the hot springs with sweat after a sauna is entirely up to individual discretion. This isn't really a drawback, as most hot springs in China don't have such rinsing facilities.
If you're traveling solo and don't have a car, you can wait for the shuttle bus to go to Xueshan or back to Dayi County.

The air was great, not too hot, and we could even swim in the river, which the kids absolutely loved!!! In the morning, we stumbled upon a market and bought some local produce to take home, which was a pleasant surprise!! This place is perfect for a summer getaway, family trips, and for entertaining the little ones. Highly recommend!!

I'm giving Interrail Huashuiwan a full five stars! This high-value hot spring hotel was an unexpected find during our Dragon Boat Festival trip with the kids. While the hotel brand is quite established and the overall facilities show their age slightly, the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. 💕 I especially loved the breakfast buffet! However, if you're particular about modern hotel amenities, you might want to skip this review.
🌟 Hot Spring Experience: Sulfur Pools So Comfortable, You Won't Want to Leave
The hot spring area is very clearly sectioned, with plenty of pools of all sizes. There are numerous sulfur pools with warm, gentle water and a subtle, natural sulfur scent. After a soak, you feel completely relaxed. There are also several clear water play pools specifically for children. The water temperature is mild and not too hot, making it a paradise for kids to play in during the summer.
🌟 Dragon Boat Festival Exclusive Family Activities: Rich Content, Full of Atmosphere
We happened to catch the hotel's Dragon Boat Festival-themed family activities, and the free craft projects were genuinely thoughtful:
1. Zongzi Making Experience: Kids got to participate in making Zongzi themselves. The staff were patient and taught them hand-in-hand, making the holiday feel truly special. The next day, you could ask the hotel staff to cook them for breakfast!
2. Scented Soap DIY & Plaster Painting: My little girl sat quietly for an entire afternoon, meticulously coloring. Afterwards, she got to take her handmade creations home, which she absolutely loved. The activity schedule was well-arranged throughout the day, and you didn't need to buy extra tickets; just staying at the hotel allowed you to experience it. The value for money was unbeatable! 👍
🌟 Hotel Amenities & Service: An Established Hotel with Surprising Soft Power
You can tell the hotel's architecture and decor have some history. The lobby's domed ceiling and vintage columns give it a mature, classic resort vibe. While the facilities aren't brand new and trendy, they are meticulously cleaned and well-maintained, not looking worn out at all.

GGuest UserWe saty at the guest occupancy double room 1. The room is amazing. Very nice. But what is great about this hotel is the two reception both of them same surname Zhang 张先生和张女士. In this ending season soon, they were both very helpful and friendly. They maintained a high level of commitment to us to ensure that we enjoyed our stay.
Despite the season for skiing is ending, they provided much needed information for us to continue to enjoy our stay. Keeping us updated of snow weather we we eventually get to see snow and go skiing.
They even help us to arrange for our transport for checkout especially with off season difficulties in trying to get down the mountain why scandina resort hotel is located.
