My wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel. If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to Roy and the entire staff for making this trip truly unforgettable.

Right at the start, we had a problem with the payment with our foreign card. The management and staff were very helpful and the problem got solved. Although there was the language barrier, all the staff and the housekeepers always attended to us very friendly and helped us with everything. So the service was excellent. Even at the breakfast buffet, they helped us to find food which is suitable for Muslins. The rooms are spacious, modern, well equipped and absolutely clean with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Laundry service is available for free. The atmosphere in overall is pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Fuzhou.

Every staff member, from reception to the restaurant, welcomed us with sincere smiles. Their greetings—whether a ”Good morning,” ”早上好,” or ”Ni Hao”—felt truly warm, not just polite. I was deeply moved by how they cared for my grandpa; it was a heartfelt reminder of home. ❤️ The room was clean, bright, and elegantly designed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. Thoughtful touches were everywhere, from complimentary chilled drinks to free biscuits that made us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring fresh ingredients and authentic flavors served by an energetic and proud team. The complimentary late-night supper further demonstrated Atour's attentiveness to its guests' needs. Just when we thought the service couldn't be more thoughtful, as we were about to leave, a staff member gently asked, ”Would you like a bottle of water for your journey?” 🥹 That simple gesture encapsulated the entire Atour experience: pure, unpretentious kindness. The location is ideal, with a subway station just steps away, a supermarket across the street, the train station nearby, and a delicious Hakka restaurant right behind the hotel. If I ever return to Fuzhou, I will definitely stay at Atour Hotel again. Special thanks to my local friend for recommending this hidden gem. ⭐ 5/5 – Service that goes beyond international standards. Atour redefines true hospitality, making it warm, thoughtful, and unforgettable. If I could add another star, it might be a caring star. ⭐️

There’s a link way to the park with jogging track and river view. One can begin the day with a refreshing walk. The hotel is location at a serene spot. We are upgraded to a bigger room with splendid view, where we managed to catch the beautiful sunrise. The hotel staff are all very attentive and helpful. We appreciate all the details included to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We even could request for special pillow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Strongly recommended.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful, especially looking out toward the beach—it was exactly as shown and completely worth it 🌊✨ The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch 💛 Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable. Breakfast was another big plus—delicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day 😄 Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful seaside experience. We truly appreciate the care and effort from the entire team and would love to visit again!

The location is excellent walking distance to sanfangaixiang and dongjiekou shoppjng Center. I arrived date after 10pm and the friendly reception staff directed me to Daming food street nearby. They also gave me a free breakfast as I had checked in very late. Clean and new, highly recommended !
