GGuest UserThe location is great, and the front desk staff are warm and responsive. There's free freshly ground coffee on the first floor, plus a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. There's a bus stop right outside. They even have a shuttle service to and from Fuzhou Station. I had a very satisfying stay here during my trip to Fuzhou, and I'll definitely come back next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Xiyinying Lane, within the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys area. It's conveniently close to the road for easy access, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful.
It's a renovated ancient house, and I was quite surprised to find an elevator and a basement level incorporated into a historic building.
The restaurant is vegetarian, so breakfast is also fully vegetarian, but there's still a good variety of options.
Welcome fruit and amenities: Fresh fruit was delivered daily.
The room was clean and tidy, with a good size and layout.
Service: Given the price and the hotel's positioning, I believe the service could be improved.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew Atour was more than just a hotel; it was a space built with genuine heart. Every staff member, from reception to the restaurant, welcomed us with sincere smiles. Their greetings—whether a ”Good morning,” ”早上好,” or ”Ni Hao”—felt truly warm, not just polite. I was deeply moved by how they cared for my grandpa; it was a heartfelt reminder of home. ❤️
The room was clean, bright, and elegantly designed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. Thoughtful touches were everywhere, from complimentary chilled drinks to free biscuits that made us feel genuinely cared for.
Breakfast was another highlight, featuring fresh ingredients and authentic flavors served by an energetic and proud team. The complimentary late-night supper further demonstrated Atour's attentiveness to its guests' needs.
Just when we thought the service couldn't be more thoughtful, as we were about to leave, a staff member gently asked, ”Would you like a bottle of water for your journey?” 🥹 That simple gesture encapsulated the entire Atour experience: pure, unpretentious kindness.
The location is ideal, with a subway station just steps away, a supermarket across the street, the train station nearby, and a delicious Hakka restaurant right behind the hotel.
If I ever return to Fuzhou, I will definitely stay at Atour Hotel again. Special thanks to my local friend for recommending this hidden gem.

GGuest UserFor my trip to Fuzhou, I chose the Sanmar Hilton by the Min River, and overall, the experience was quite reliable.
The most unique feature is definitely its 'sky lobby' – check-in is on the 40th floor. As soon as you step out of the elevator, the panoramic view is stunning, and the front desk staff were efficient. I stayed in a high-floor river view room (48th floor), and the full-height windows offered an absolutely fantastic view. By day, you can watch boats on the Min River, and by night, it's the bustling CBD city lights. Being able to take in the entire city's scenery from bed was a huge plus.
The room itself was spacious and well-laid out. The bedding had that classic 'cloud-like' feel, and there was a good selection of pillows, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, which was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The housekeeper also thoughtfully checked in daily to ask about any replenishment needs, which was another nice touch.

The guesthouse has a great overall vibe, and the room was spotlessly clean with soft, comfortable bedding, making for a truly relaxing stay. The amenities are comprehensive and thoughtfully detailed. The host was very attentive, promptly answering any questions. It’s a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle, and the sea breeze is so therapeutic. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The service attitude was great; when I couldn't get the room's screen mirroring to work, they quickly came up to help me fix it after I called 🫱🏻🫲🏽. The facilities are comprehensive, with a large TV and a hairdryer, and there's free water and coffee downstairs 🫶🏻. It's very close to the subway station, food street, and Sanfang Qixiang, and right next to a large shopping mall. Taxis are also easily accessible 🫰🏻👽.

GGuest UserThe hotel is super close to the metro station, which is a huge plus. The private hot spring, however, is located off-site. Thankfully, the hotel provides a shuttle service, and a big shoutout to the friendly Xiao Zhang who drove us back and forth multiple times. The only minor hiccup was finding an old eyelash in the private hot spring tub from a previous guest, but luckily, they provide disposable bath liners.

The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, with the shower and toilet also being separate. The front desk staff are wonderful – very friendly, generous, and incredibly welcoming. The hotel breakfast is varied and delicious; we stayed for two days, and the breakfast options were different each day, which was a huge plus! 👍👍👍 There's free parking available, though the camera at the entrance sometimes has trouble recognizing license plates. All the hotel staff are lovely and approachable, I was very satisfied. Bottled water is provided daily, and they're happy to give you extra bottles whenever you need them. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Fuzhou for business or leisure.

The front desk staff were efficient and accommodating, especially with luggage storage. The room was spotless, the mattress was comfortable, and the soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep. This place is so convenient for exploring Fuzhou's food scene and sights, offering great value for money. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit.
