My stay at Sanbao Boutique Hotel in Fuzhou this time truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located right within Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys), offering an exceptionally good location that's quiet yet central. It's actually a renovated ancient house, originally a non-heritage building, brimming with the charm of traditional Fujianese architecture. You'll find swallowtail-ridged horse-head walls and winding corridors, seamlessly blended with Suzhou-style garden elements like rockeries and flowing water – truly a new scene at every turn. The courtyard environment is stunning, with white walls, black tiles, and small bridges over flowing streams. Just by opening the curtains, you can admire pavilions and towers, giving it a charming, ancient feel. Walking and taking photos in the courtyard yields incredible shots. What surprised me most was the hotel's thoughtful service. They offered welcome fruits upon check-in and complimentary evening snacks. Even upon check-out, they presented us with a heartwarming souvenir symbolizing peace and joy – such a lovely gesture. The hotel also offers intangible cultural heritage handicraft activities like lacquer fan painting and bead stringing. You can spend a relaxing afternoon sitting in the courtyard, immersing yourself in Fuzhou's traditional culture without even needing to leave the hotel. Overall, the stay was comfortable and delightful. It allowed me to experience the ancient architectural heritage of old Fuzhou while also enjoying a relaxing vacation. I genuinely recommend this place for anyone visiting Fuzhou!

The hotel's location is quite close to the South Railway Station, about a 15-minute taxi ride away. The room is also relatively spacious and bright, over 30 square meters, and kept very clean. The front desk staff were really nice 😊. There's also a gym and a laundry room. Overall, it's pretty good!

Booked this hotel for a friend visiting Fuzhou and they were super happy with it! My friend said the soundproofing was amazing (yyds), allowing them to rest completely undisturbed. The water, electricity, and internet were all very stable, and there was a constant supply of hot water for showering. The hotel environment is elegant, and the staff provide attentive service. It's perfect whether you're traveling or just staying for a short period.

Staying with my family in the Century Heritage Suite at the Shuxiang Wenru Hotel was an amazing all-in-one experience! The traditional Fujian courtyard setting was full of character, preserving the charm of an old residence. The environment was elegant and quiet, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The配套文儒九号 restaurant, which just received the Ctrip Gourmet Forest 2027 Global High-End Platinum Restaurant award, truly lives up to its reputation. We sampled authentic Min cuisine, and signature dishes like Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and Chicken Soup with Clams were genuinely flavorful and made with fresh ingredients. Hotel guests also receive dining discounts. Located at No. 50 Wenrufang in Sanfang Qixiang, the location is superb. The environment is excellent, and the service is very attentive. Afternoon tea and breakfast are both provided. Every day, when you open the curtains, you're greeted by the clear blue sea, which is incredibly satisfying. **Facilities**: Very complete. There's even a charging point for the electric scooter we rented. **Cleanliness**: Clean and tidy. They even provide face towels, and the toilet is sterilized. **Environment**: Facing the sea, with a warm and vibrant floral view. **Service**: Everyone is enthusiastic, and shuttle service is available.

This was our third stay, and we continue to be impressed. 🛏 Room Comfort & Cleanliness The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. We stayed on the 5th floor, and our room had a balcony overlooking the garden of the breakfast restaurant, which was a lovely view. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet — we could not hear any street noise at all. 🤝 Service The hotel staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage securely for a week while we traveled to Wuyishan and Xiapu. 🧴 Amenities Toiletries were well supplied and replenished adequately. Overall room facilities meet 4-star standards. 📍 Location & Connectivity The location is excellent and extremely convenient: 1) McDonald’s and Yonghui Supermarket (永辉超市) are right beside the hotel. 2) Directly opposite is the large shopping mall 五四印象, offering numerous dining options (including a Japanese restaurant), optical shops, beauty and hair salons, and many fashion retail stores for both men and women. 3) It is only a 10-minute ride to Fuzhou Railway Station, making it very convenient to travel to other cities in Fujian and even neighboring Zhejiang. 💰 Value for Money The room rates are very reasonable for the comfort, service, and convenience offered. Excellent value overall. 🙏Areas for Improvement 1) The breakfast buffet has a limited selection and could offer more variety. 2) The metal fence on the balcony is rusting and would benefit from repainting or replacement. 🌈Overall A highly recommended 4-star hotel with excellent comfort, service, and strategic location. We will definitely return again.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway station and right next to Sanfang Qixiang. Popular restaurants like Zhu Fugui and Jihai Hotpot are also nearby. The room is spacious with a good layout. They even have a laundry room and a 'healthy run' room (presumably a gym or dedicated fitness space). The staff service was also quite good. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Pros: 1. The location is excellent, very close to the scenic area. It's super convenient for dining and shopping. There's also a Sanfu and a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Cotti Coffee from the first floor can be delivered directly to your room. 2. The front desk staff's service attitude was great; they pretty much fulfilled every request and even agreed to upgrade our room type. Although it was a less desirable 'end room,' it was acceptable. When we needed disposable chopsticks, cups, etc., they brought them up without hesitation, and extra blankets were provided free of charge. 3. The room's overall cleanliness was good. The bedding was clean, with no stains or hair. The showerhead in the bathroom also had no water marks or limescale. Thumbs up! Cons: 1. The hotel seems to have been open for quite a while; the linens are pretty old, which made me a bit hesitant to use them. There were large oil stains on the table surface; I tried to wipe them off, but they wouldn't budge, which was a bit off-putting. I hope they can add a tablecloth to cover it. 2. Please remember to disinfect the sink in the restroom; it had a strong odor. 3. The message board needs to be cleaned; there were pencil shavings as soon as I opened it. 4. Disposable items like the toothbrush were quite poor. The toothpaste and toothbrush were surprisingly separate, and the toothbrush was very uncomfortable to use—too big and too hard. 5. The pillows were average, and there were no special sleep pillows or buckwheat pillows available.

Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the mattress was really comfortable – it felt like a zero-pressure mattress. As someone with high standards for sleep, I fell asleep instantly. The service was also excellent; I left my melatonin behind, and they called me right away to let me know.
