The Xin Yuan Hotel is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Hsinchu, having been recently renovated in 2024. The hotel is only 1km from Hsinchu and 60km from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. There's plenty to do nearby, with Beimen Street, Kansai Sub-station and Smile SLIDE (Hsinchu Green Park Road) all within a short distance. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This hotel is the usual choice for a large number of business travelers.
"I was originally supposed to stay at XinYue in Toufen for four days, but on the second day, when I went back to rest at noon, they charged me, and the room wasn't even cleaned. So I checked out on the second day (and was charged an additional 409 NTD), and moved to Xinyuan in Hsinchu. It was surprisingly satisfying, honestly many times better than the one in Toufen. I highly recommend it here."

FFreelaxStayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

We would especially like to commend Cathy Lin for her excellent service. We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated.
Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended.

GGumdropsNice breakfast spread. Friendly staff. Location is close to Hsinchu zoo and park. This is great for the little ones. But not much else nearby. We took bus into main city, a few stops away. Large supermarket nearby to buy necessities.

GGuest UserThe rooms offer a variety of themes, especially the character-themed rooms designed for children, which are very appealing. The reception staff explained everything clearly, and the 안내 (information/guidance) was also very helpful. The environment is incredibly clean and tidy. The coin laundry is a convenient addition. There's a large kids' play area on the first basement floor that the children absolutely loved. The breakfast had a wide selection, was colorful, and delicious. The kids kept saying they wanted to stay again!

師師哥坊It's about 50 meters from the train station, with a convenience store downstairs. I parked my car in a designated parking lot across the street, which gives me one free entry and exit per day. The room was small, and the hair dryer seemed broken, producing less wind than my mouth. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, with only half a glass shower area, leaving the floor completely wet after showering. Even with the air conditioner turned down to minimum, it still blew directly onto people in the distance, making it very uncomfortable. For two people on a weekend, the price was 3400, a very poor value. The breakfast was average.

Yyammy123The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom even featured a bidet toilet seat, which was a pleasant surprise! There was also a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. On the ground floor, complimentary essential oils and bath salts were available for guests to take back to their rooms. The top floor offered washing machines (with detergent provided) and dryers. And the breakfast spread was quite good!

AAnonymous UserConveniently located, close to TRA, with a bathtub and breakfast. Staff are attentive, but not very clean. When entering the room, I found used tissue paper behind the door and a rather large pile of hair on the bed. What was not okay was the terrible smell of cigarettes. The room next door was smoking in the room and the smell drifted towards our room. I think it probably came from the bathroom. There should be a strict ban on smoking in the room.

WWu NelsonThe room is simple and clean, but the tables and chairs in the room are old and the bathroom is small. The breakfast has fewer types and is replenished quickly. Parking is inconvenient. The parking lot downstairs is a bit scary. It is more convenient to cooperate with the market parking lot.
