The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The food at the Sun Bistro was absolutely amazing! The kids had a fantastic time at Kid's Corner (Kale Park), and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was there alone with two kids, and they were running all over the place, but the staff really helped out by keeping an eye on them. It was so thoughtful! The kids didn't want to leave, and we'll definitely be back!

Pros: Breakfast is perfect, very good combination of western and *********. Location is perfect if you are visiting Jiao Tong University and Tsinghua University. Only a couple of bus stops. Very authentic local restaurants around. Employees are willing to help. Free soda in the fridge, decent gym. Good balcony view in certain rooms. Cons: My room was clean but shower head was loose, although I was able to fix it myself, it made the bathroom a chaos. Shampoo and bodywash are not good considering it's a 4-star. Electronic bidet that cleans you but doesn't dry you out... public baths could be a good place to relax, but it only open 4-10pm, which is not friendly to travellers who only stay for the night.

So happy with the steam bath! That was such a bonus after a full day of walking around the city. I'd take a steam bath over a swimming pool any day. Everything felt new and clean in the hotel. The breakfast spread was good enough, nothing remarkable but nothing to complain about. The staff were very helpful when we checked in, and checkout didn't take a minute. Did I mention the steam bath? Now that'll be a requirement for our future hotel bookings 😄

The breakfast area was well-stocked with everything from refreshing seasonal vegetables and fresh fruits to piping hot local staple foods and soft baked goods. Everything was fresh, allowing me to put together a satisfying meal to my liking. The staff were thoughtful and attentive when I had questions. On the night of my check-in, the hotel even thoughtfully offered a complimentary buffet, so I didn't need to plan an extra outing and could enjoy a leisurely and abundant dinner. It was a great stay!

I stayed in a corner room this time, but the layout was well-designed. It was quite comfortable and a sun-filled room, which was really nice. You can also request to change the duvet and sheets according to your needs! It's close to both the train and bus stations, which is very convenient.
