The overall quality is high, especially the laundry room, which performed exceptionally well with efficient processes and services. However, the air conditioning was unsatisfactory, with inconsistent temperature control and comfort levels, affecting the quality of daily life and rest. Whether this is a common problem across hotels in Xinjiang remains to be verified. If the hotel can optimize the air conditioning efficiency and adjustment methods, the overall experience can be further improved.

alan_jinI booked two different room types for the same price, and the hotel later combined them for me. The hotel has a great location and nice decor. Besides complaining about the breakfast in another review, I'd also like to complain about the late cleaning for extended stays. It felt like they wouldn't replace the bathroom supplies unless I urged them... Kuqa is a great place, more fun than Kashgar. The nearby Kuqa Palace, Kuqa Grand Mosque, Khezil Thousand Buddha Caves, beacon towers, and ancient temple ruins are all worth visiting to experience the impact of East-West exchange and the transition between Buddhism and Islam.

Ctrip indicated that the hotel had charging stations, but upon arrival, I was told they couldn't be used because they hadn't passed a fire safety inspection. They claimed the charging stations listed on Ctrip were due to the app's limitations and that I could borrow a private charging station instead. The parking lot was haphazardly parked, with one car occupying two spaces, and security was practically nonexistent. During my complaint to Ctrip, the hotel repeatedly insisted they were not at fault, stating that the front desk manager told me it was a private charging station, so how did it become a standard hotel charging station? Is it so hard to admit a mistake?

ChenneOne of the biggest surprises of my May Day trip to Xinjiang is staying at this hotel in Kuche. It is a well-established four-star hotel with a grand lobby, warm service, large rooms, and meticulous hygiene. The hotel also has an excellent geographical environment and many delicious foods nearby. I recommend it to friends who want to travel to Kuche, and it will definitely be worth the trip.

KellyLing 凌淑飛Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

The hotel rooms are very spacious. The lobby on the first floor also looks very luxurious. The only drawback is the hotel's breakfast, which tastes really average. I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. A small fried egg stand makes the whole restaurant full of oil smoke, which makes people feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the restaurant.

Guest UserThis was my third consecutive stay at a Wanda Realm hotel in Xinjiang, having previously stayed in Korla and Aksu. The experience at the Kuqa location wasn't as good as the other two. It might be due to this hotel being older, but there were noticeable, ingrained stains on the bathroom counter that clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time, which was quite off-putting. Another major issue that affected my experience was the breakfast. We were told at check-in that breakfast hours were from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when we arrived at the restaurant around 9:10 AM, there was hardly any food left – just five or six small bread rolls and two pieces of fried dough that looked like leftovers. There was no soy milk or regular milk, and the coffee machine was out of water with no one attending to it. No one refilled any of the food items, and tables weren't being cleared, which made both the food and the environment unappetizing. We ended up barely eating anything. Another guest in the restaurant also complained about the situation, and the staff member simply said that earlier guests had eaten everything. Overall, the hotel isn't terrible, and it's slightly less impressive than other Wanda Realm hotels in different regions, but the price was also lower. However, today's breakfast experience was truly unprecedented and unlike anything I've ever encountered.

When
This stay was truly a pleasant surprise! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, every detail was comforting and thoughtful.
Excellent Location: Located in the city center and near scenic spots, the hotel offers convenient transportation, making it easy to go shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The surroundings are also quiet, making it a perfect base for rest.
Impeccable Service: The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and efficient. Upon noticing our luggage, the concierge immediately offered assistance with a smile. Every time we met the staff, they proactively greeted us, making us feel right at home.
Amazing Room: The Deluxe King Room we booked was even better than we expected! The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a modern and elegant style, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; it felt like being enveloped in a cloud, allowing for a dreamless night's sleep. The shower had just the right water pressure and temperature, washing away a day's fatigue.
Facilities and Dining: The hotel's breakfast was extensive, combining a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious. The well-maintained gym and swimming pool also added a healthy touch to our trip.
This stay was absolutely worth the money and I have highly recommended it to my friends

The boss and his wife are very good, there is a free pick-up, it is best to ask where the car is more convenient before coming, because this is the old town, the car can not drive directly to the door, if the wrong place is parked, the road will be a little farther, pull luggage is not very convenient. (about two or three minutes walk)
Open the door directly to go shopping, belonging to the downtown area...
There is delicious handmade yogurt at the door
