AAnonymous UserThe uncle security guard, the cleaning aunt and the front desk girl are very good. There was a little episode during the stay, and the staff handled it in a timely manner. The heating on the floor of the room and the air outlet cannot be adjusted. It will be a bit hot when you just come back from the outside. I will consider this hotel next time.

TTianjinshenKuqa Tourism stayed at Home Inn and Atour for two days. The first to ten floors of the same building are Home Inn, and the eleven to seventeen floors are Atour. The room size, mattress, and layout are almost exactly the same. The layout of the bathroom is slightly different. I personally feel that home is more reasonable. Atour has more humidifiers and small refrigerators on the facilities, breakfast is more abundant, health is good, washing machine and dryer are very convenient, free coffee is provided on the first floor of the home

KKellyLing 凌淑飛Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

The hotel enjoys a superior location, convenient transportation and mature commercial facilities around it. The room is tidy and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep quality is guaranteed. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of good quality. The hotel's breakfast has a wide variety of options to meet different tastes. The staff is friendly and responsive, and check-out is quick. The overall cost performance is very high, the first choice for the next business trip!

AAhuoyuThe hotel rooms are very spacious. The lobby on the first floor also looks very luxurious. The only drawback is the hotel's breakfast, which tastes really average. I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. A small fried egg stand makes the whole restaurant full of oil smoke, which makes people feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the restaurant.

GGuest UserThe hotel building is in a good location and has good internal facilities. There is a laundry room (but there are many people queuing) and parking is convenient. There is a Xinjiang restaurant opposite with 24-hour service, which really opened my eyes to Kuqa! So in the mornings of both days in Kuqa, I went to the opposite side to buy ”lunch” to eat on the way.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, there was a staff member to help with luggage, and patiently introduced the surrounding food and transportation when I checked in. I found that the air conditioner was a little problem at night. After contacting the front desk, the maintenance master arrived in 10 minutes. After solving it, he came back to ask if he was satisfied. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is particularly relieved. This service really makes people feel very intimate!

MM253631****A very satisfying stay. Although the hotel is on the outskirts of town, it's quiet and has convenient parking. Two bus routes stop right outside the hotel. The hotel also provides breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also conveniently and affordably served at the restaurant downstairs. There's also a large parking lot at the back door, making parking a breeze.

GGuest UserOf all the hotels I've stayed in both domestically and internationally, the one that surprised me the most was the obscure ”Kuqa Golden Sunshine Hotel (Nanhu Branch)” in Kuqa, a small city at the end of the Duku Highway in Xinjiang. A deluxe king-size room in mid-April cost 115 yuan (including amenities and treatment for two people). I felt it was exceptional value for money for ten reasons:
1. The hotel's beautiful manager personally drives the hotel's special car to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Just inform the front desk of your flight arrival time in advance, and the beautiful manager will be waiting as you exit the airport gate, helping you with your luggage and taking you directly to the hotel in the downtown area.
2. The rooms are spacious, simple, and clean, with all the necessary amenities.
3. Each room receives two complimentary cups of yogurt daily.
4. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, with disposable towels, bath towels, and a disposable toilet seat. The water is clear, plentiful, and hot.
5. Not only is breakfast free, but dinner is also included. 5. The breakfast is especially rich and generous. It's all-you-can-eat, with a variety of staples (rice, porridge, noodles, steamed buns, bread, etc.), over six kinds of meat and vegetable dishes, several kinds of grains (corn, sweet potato, yam, pumpkin, etc.), and several desserts. Boiled and fried eggs are available, and the chef makes both noodles and noodles on the spot. Hot soy milk, hot milk, coffee, and boiled water are also provided.
6. The free dinner is also plentiful, but not as varied as the breakfast. This is understandable.
7. A waiter visits every day to check on and collect your clothes, then washes them free of charge and returns them after they're dry.
8. The floor is not high, with two elevators. Each room has its own private Wi-Fi connection, and the signal is excellent.
9. The front desk staff is friendly and offers free coffee and tea.
10. A car rental agency is located just off the lobby, making it convenient for self-driving tours of Xinjiang. You can also contact us for day and multi-day tours.
”Kuqa Golden Sunshine Hotel (Nanhu Branch)” promises to provide you with a home-like accommodation and experience. I find home more cozy, but the food here is richer and life is more relaxed. Kuqa Golden Sunshine Hotel (Nanhu Branch) provided me with an excellent value-for-money experience, as evidenced by the photos. I sincerely praise this hotel!

TTrNguyenFront desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.
