Kuqa Hotels with Gym

The overall quality is high, especially the laundry room, which performed exceptionally well with efficient processes and services. However, the air conditioning was unsatisfactory, with inconsistent temperature control and comfort levels, affecting the quality of daily life and rest. Whether this is a common problem across hotels in Xinjiang remains to be verified. If the hotel can optimize the air conditioning efficiency and adjustment methods, the overall experience can be further improved.

I booked two different room types for the same price, and the hotel later combined them for me. The hotel has a great location and nice decor. Besides complaining about the breakfast in another review, I'd also like to complain about the late cleaning for extended stays. It felt like they wouldn't replace the bathroom supplies unless I urged them... Kuqa is a great place, more fun than Kashgar. The nearby Kuqa Palace, Kuqa Grand Mosque, Khezil Thousand Buddha Caves, beacon towers, and ancient temple ruins are all worth visiting to experience the impact of East-West exchange and the transition between Buddhism and Islam.

The hotel is located in the Kuqa New District, surrounded by many hotels. The hotel has its own parking lot. The rooms are large, but the facilities are a bit old. There is only one elevator. It is about 6 kilometers away from the ancient city. It is easy to get a taxi and the price is about 10 yuan. It is very convenient to eat around the hotel, but it is not as cost-effective as the old city. I feel it is a bit expensive and not that delicious. The hotel has a contracted travel agency, and it is a bit noisy when checking in at night. You must avoid them for breakfast, you know.

The hotel rooms are very spacious. The lobby on the first floor also looks very luxurious. The only drawback is the hotel's breakfast, which tastes really average. I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. A small fried egg stand makes the whole restaurant full of oil smoke, which makes people feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the restaurant.

A true gem of a hotel that makes you feel incredibly welcome! The overall environment is elegant and clean, with no unpleasant odors. The guest rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation, and the facilities are comprehensive and very convenient to use. The service attention to detail is superb; any requests are met incredibly fast, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, definitely one of my top choices for a great hotel.

Must be full five points! Clean and sanitary, the bed is also very comfortable. I like the 1.5-meter bed in the standard room the most. It is not crowded at all when sleeping with the child! I will continue to stay if I have the opportunity to go to Kuche in the future! The lady at the front desk is also very nice!

This was my third consecutive stay at a Wanda Realm hotel in Xinjiang, having previously stayed in Korla and Aksu. The experience at the Kuqa location wasn't as good as the other two. It might be due to this hotel being older, but there were noticeable, ingrained stains on the bathroom counter that clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time, which was quite off-putting. Another major issue that affected my experience was the breakfast. We were told at check-in that breakfast hours were from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when we arrived at the restaurant around 9:10 AM, there was hardly any food left – just five or six small bread rolls and two pieces of fried dough that looked like leftovers. There was no soy milk or regular milk, and the coffee machine was out of water with no one attending to it. No one refilled any of the food items, and tables weren't being cleared, which made both the food and the environment unappetizing. We ended up barely eating anything. Another guest in the restaurant also complained about the situation, and the staff member simply said that earlier guests had eaten everything. Overall, the hotel isn't terrible, and it's slightly less impressive than other Wanda Realm hotels in different regions, but the price was also lower. However, today's breakfast experience was truly unprecedented and unlike anything I've ever encountered.

Digging into the treasure hotel on vacation! Pushing the window is a good-looking scenery, the environment is quiet and healing, very close to the core scenic spot Wangfu, Guizi Town, and it is especially convenient to return. The rooms are exquisitely furnished and clean, the lighting view is excellent, and the photos are very good. The cleaning aunt cleans meticulously, the service staff is warm and courteous, and will take the initiative to provide play guides. The bedding is skin-friendly, the sound insulation and shading effect is good, the daytime visit the attractions, and the night return to the hotel to have a good rest, perfect balance between play and rest. The first choice for travel and vacation, comfort, location, service are all online, it is worth buying back!

Front desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

Amazing Room: The Deluxe King Room we booked was even better than we expected! The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a modern and elegant style, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; it felt like being enveloped in a cloud, allowing for a dreamless night's sleep. The shower had just the right water pressure and temperature, washing away a day's fatigue. Facilities and Dining: The hotel's breakfast was extensive, combining a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious. The well-maintained gym and swimming pool also added a healthy touch to our trip. This stay was absolutely worth the money and I have highly recommended it to my friends
