AAnonymous UserThe uncle security guard, the cleaning aunt and the front desk girl are very good. There was a little episode during the stay, and the staff handled it in a timely manner. The heating on the floor of the room and the air outlet cannot be adjusted. It will be a bit hot when you just come back from the outside. I will consider this hotel next time.

TTianjinshenKuqa Tourism stayed at Home Inn and Atour for two days. The first to ten floors of the same building are Home Inn, and the eleven to seventeen floors are Atour. The room size, mattress, and layout are almost exactly the same. The layout of the bathroom is slightly different. I personally feel that home is more reasonable. Atour has more humidifiers and small refrigerators on the facilities, breakfast is more abundant, health is good, washing machine and dryer are very convenient, free coffee is provided on the first floor of the home

GGuest UserI chose Hello Kuqa Tianshan Middle Road Hotel on this business trip, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel enjoys a superior location, convenient transportation and mature commercial facilities around it. The room is tidy and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep quality is guaranteed. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of good quality. The hotel's breakfast has a wide variety of options to meet different tastes. The staff is friendly and responsive, and check-out is quick. The overall cost performance is very high, the first choice for the next business trip!

AAhuoyuThe hotel rooms are very spacious. The lobby on the first floor also looks very luxurious. The only drawback is the hotel's breakfast, which tastes really average. I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. A small fried egg stand makes the whole restaurant full of oil smoke, which makes people feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the restaurant.

TTrNguyenFront desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

SSeanPA68The Kuqa Smart Business Hotel has a very friendly staff. They don’t speak English, but they are very friendly and accommodating. We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!

EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

TTubufanjingshan（yanghuimin）Uyghur people's residence, just beside the Kuqa Palace, parking is convenient. We live in room 201, the room is large, two bedrooms, one big bed and one middle bed, the bathroom is large, the rooftop on the second floor is comfortable, and there is a kitchen on the first floor for guests. The price is more cost-effective, suitable for living, it is recommended.

GGuest UserThe front desk was very helpful. She typed out for me in Chinese to show DiDi drivers the places I wanted to go. And I could charge my power bank overnight behind the reception while my phone charged next to my bed.
There’s a very long wide balcony boardwalk with city views plus a room to sit and meet people that is covered in Western old movie pictures. The rooms have the usual socket for phone charging by the bed and curtains around the beds for privacy.
It’s a good place to stay.
