ZhangxuanlinTOMThe hotel is located in the Kuqa New District, surrounded by many hotels. The hotel has its own parking lot. The rooms are large, but the facilities are a bit old. There is only one elevator. It is about 6 kilometers away from the ancient city. It is easy to get a taxi and the price is about 10 yuan. It is very convenient to eat around the hotel, but it is not as cost-effective as the old city. I feel it is a bit expensive and not that delicious. The hotel has a contracted travel agency, and it is a bit noisy when checking in at night. You must avoid them for breakfast, you know.

Anonymous UserThis is definitely my top choice for hotels in Kuqa! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and looked after. The staff immediately helped with my luggage and made sure everything was prepared for my check-in. Any issues I had were smoothly communicated and resolved. The environment is lovely, and the cleanliness is top-notch. It's incredibly quiet at night, and I even got to relax by the pool when I had some downtime.

Guest UserA pleasant surprise! The hostel is a restored rammed-earth building with super modern dorms surrounding a simple courtyard. Great combo of comfort and character. Not much English but they deal well with foreigners and I also found the Chinese guests here to be particularly welcoming and fun.
Kuqa Town also exceeded my expectations, it is very pleasant and interesting to wander around. The best areas are across the river, especially the main drag which has plenty going on and great food.

Guest UserThe facilities are clean, likely due to remodeling, and the air conditioning works well. However, the elevator feels a bit dated. There is a front desk staff member who speaks English, and I appreciated that they told me to ask for help anytime. The male staff member who was there during checkout was also very kind and took good care of my luggage. If you turn the corner to the right and walk a short distance from the accommodation, there are restaurants and places where you can have breakfast. After dinner, I went for a walk in Namho Park and watched many people dancing. After breakfast, I took another walk around Namho Park, and since it was Sunday, there was some kind of marathon taking place, which I watched as well. In the evening, a night market opens nearby, making it a great place to grab various snacks. I recommend this place because the satisfaction level is high for the price.

Guest UserThis was the best guesthouse I stayed at in Kuqa. It's right at the entrance of the Kucha Alley scenic area, making it very convenient to walk to the attractions! There are also song and dance performances downstairs in the morning, and people offer naan (a type of sweet dumpling). The receptionist was very helpful! The guesthouse is beautifully decorated, perfect for taking photos! The room is exactly as pictured, with a simple, elegant, and stylish design. The room was clean and hygienic, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I will definitely choose this guesthouse again next time I visit!

Guest UserParking downstairs is quite convenient, with plenty of parking spaces. The room is very clean and feels newly renovated with complete facilities and a good environment. The Uyghur girl at the front desk provided great service. Kuqa Old Town is also nice.

This hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

Guest UserThe front desk was very helpful. She typed out for me in Chinese to show DiDi drivers the places I wanted to go. And I could charge my power bank overnight behind the reception while my phone charged next to my bed.
There’s a very long wide balcony boardwalk with city views plus a room to sit and meet people that is covered in Western old movie pictures. The rooms have the usual socket for phone charging by the bed and curtains around the beds for privacy.
It’s a good place to stay.

Guest UserMy stay at this hotel for my recent trip far exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely fantastic, close to shopping districts and attractions, making it super convenient for dining and exploring. The room was immaculately cleaned, with no dust or stains in the corners. The bedding was soft and fluffy, allowing me to instantly shake off my travel fatigue. The front desk staff were very polite and handled check-in/check-out quickly and efficiently. They were also patient in answering all my questions. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. For the price, it offers great value for money. I would highly recommend booking this hotel if you're visiting the area.
