3-Star Hotels in Kuqa

The hotel is located in the new city center (Tianshan Middle Road), surrounded by many hotels and restaurants. The service is attentive, and the family rooms are spacious with well-equipped sofas and chairs. The rooms have double-glazed windows for soundproofing, making them very quiet. Taxis are readily available and inexpensive for getting to attractions and the bus station. Currently, the newly renovated hotels under the Huazhu Group are generally similar in style to other hotels in the same category (e.g., Ibis Styles, Hello Hotel, Starway, etc.).

I booked two different room types for the same price, and the hotel later combined them for me. The hotel has a great location and nice decor. Besides complaining about the breakfast in another review, I'd also like to complain about the late cleaning for extended stays. It felt like they wouldn't replace the bathroom supplies unless I urged them... Kuqa is a great place, more fun than Kashgar. The nearby Kuqa Palace, Kuqa Grand Mosque, Khezil Thousand Buddha Caves, beacon towers, and ancient temple ruins are all worth visiting to experience the impact of East-West exchange and the transition between Buddhism and Islam.

The rooms have been upgraded and are clean, tidy, bright and clean, with complete facilities, standardized services, and thoughtful hospitality and guidance. The surrounding environment, transportation, and commerce are very convenient. It is suitable for business trips, tourism and family accommodation.

Great stay at this hotel! Reception was helpful and the room was clean. They also had an AI controller to control the heater, air-conditioning and lights, among others. Location was good with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was decent and well-prepared. Hotel also gifted us with food after our stay. Would stay again!

The overall health, environment and facilities of Home Inn are good. The only thing I want to talk about is the waiter named Ipalguli. Her service attitude is so bad. Asking a question feels like she is worth millions. She is irritable and unreasonable. , he didn’t even say hello when he walked in, he kept a straight face, I have never seen a waiter with such poor service! Why do I give 2 points for service? Originally I only gave 1 point because the other waiters at the front desk are very good, especially the security lady, who provides warm service.

This hotel is located in the bustling heart of Kuqa city, very close to Uqia Grand Bazaar and Nanhu Night Market, both within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a good variety. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even provided a free airport shuttle service. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The best service attitude in the southern Xinjiang trip (not that other stores are bad, but this one can feel sincerity and smiles from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave). Currently, the surrounding facilities are in the promotion period, and the clerk recommends the sauna next door, which is free.

The superior twin room we stayed in was quite large, and the cleaning staff were also enthusiastic in helping with laundry and shoes. However, there were loose threads in the room, and the central air-conditioning controller's external wiring was exposed, which was unsightly. The breakfast was average, and parking was at the hotel entrance. I had to struggle to find a parking space when I came back late. The coffee machine in the lobby was also something I could only look at, but couldn't use anyway. The manager, in particular, had a bad tone of voice and a poor attitude. When she spoke to the employees in the morning, she herself had a bad attitude, so how could she lead a team? The service attitude of another female front desk staff with short hair was also not good. When I asked where the boiled water was in the lobby, she replied that it was everywhere without even looking up. The security guard even enthusiastically offered to help boil water. Therefore, the hotel's management level is poor, average. The core reason is that the manager does not have a warm service awareness, or it may be that someone with connections brought it up. The Wi-Fi speed in the entire hotel is very slow and unusable. I suggest you choose with caution.

The room is nice, not far from the Qiuci Wei and Jin Museum, and there are snack streets and bazaars around it. Many locals shop here, and the things are not expensive and good, which is very convenient. The hotel is so welcoming from the front desk to the security and room service. I will come back to stay here again in a few days when I take the Duku Highway.

The sanitation is very clean and the environment is very comfortable. It was already very late when I got here. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. I got a free room upgrade if I caught up with the event. I slept very comfortably at night. The breakfast was delicious, overall everything was good. There is also an underground parking space which is very convenient.
