FFelivxThe overall sanitation of the hotel is good, the public space is spacious and clean, giving a comfortable first impression. There is still room for improvement in room facilities: the size of the bath towel is small and it is inconvenient to use; and there is no adjustable air-conditioning system in the room (winter). In addition, the hotel desk phone could not be found immediately at check-in, resulting in communication inconvenience. Also, someone smoked in the elevator. It is worth affirming that the breakfast provided by the hotel is of good quality, the dishes are varied and delicious, which can bring a warm heart to the journey. Overall, the hotel performs well in the environment and catering services, but the room supplies and temperature control equipment need to be strengthened, and the information provision should be more perfect. If the above details can be improved, it will be more attractive to repeat customers and improve the overall evaluation.

Aalan_jinI booked two different room types for the same price, and the hotel later combined them for me. The hotel has a great location and nice decor. Besides complaining about the breakfast in another review, I'd also like to complain about the late cleaning for extended stays. It felt like they wouldn't replace the bathroom supplies unless I urged them... Kuqa is a great place, more fun than Kashgar. The nearby Kuqa Palace, Kuqa Grand Mosque, Khezil Thousand Buddha Caves, beacon towers, and ancient temple ruins are all worth visiting to experience the impact of East-West exchange and the transition between Buddhism and Islam.

GGuest UserI stayed here for the last few days of my trip to southern Xinjiang, and the quality of accommodation improved significantly. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. Acceleration, deceleration and lane changes are smooth, so you don't have to worry about catching your flight. I have two small suggestions: it is recommended to use conditioner and a larger humidifier.

AAhuoyuThe hotel rooms are very spacious. The lobby on the first floor also looks very luxurious. The only drawback is the hotel's breakfast, which tastes really average. I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. A small fried egg stand makes the whole restaurant full of oil smoke, which makes people feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the restaurant.

The guest rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation, and the facilities are comprehensive and very convenient to use. The service attention to detail is superb; any requests are met incredibly fast, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, definitely one of my top choices for a great hotel.

GGuest UserThe sanitation is very clean and the environment is very comfortable. It was already very late when I got here. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. I got a free room upgrade if I caught up with the event. I slept very comfortably at night. The breakfast was delicious, overall everything was good. There is also an underground parking space which is very convenient.
