Very friendly welcome by the ladies at the reception. Also during our stay they were very helpful and friendly to help us organizing our trip to the Kizil Caves. Spacious room, with a nice coach, clean. Each day some fruit, yoghurt and drinks were given for free. Breakfast was ok

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, clean and well prepared, and the location made it easy for us to explore nearby places and try local food. The service was attentive, and the staff were always polite and willing to help whenever we needed anything. It felt comfortable, safe and peaceful throughout our stay, which made our trip more enjoyable and relaxing.

Spotlessly clean. Surprised the first time I met a robot delivering food in the corridor but got used to it. The guest laundry was well stocked. Staff at front desk very patient using translator apps to help me with directions and ordering an early morning taxi to the train station. I would stay again.

The rooms have been upgraded and are clean, tidy, bright and clean, with complete facilities, standardized services, and thoughtful hospitality and guidance. The surrounding environment, transportation, and commerce are very convenient. It is suitable for business trips, tourism and family accommodation.

The hotel has a good location with convenient transportation, many restaurants nearby, and easy parking. The breakfast is good, and they even deliver a fruit platter to the room in the evening. I would stay here again if I have the chance.

This hotel is pretty new so very clean and neat. Staffs are all kind and breakfast was delicious. Early Check In was possible so I could enjoy after night train.

The disposable toilet seat came with a set, which was very satisfying! There was a scale in the room, and the slippers were comfortable and high-quality. The room also provided disposable face and bath towels, both of which were excellent quality. You could even soak your feet after returning home at night. It was a great experience and excellent value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for me next to Giant shop and street food. Good value. Helped me get a big car to airport for me and my bike 👍. Recommend
