Aalan_jinI booked two different room types for the same price, and the hotel later combined them for me. The hotel has a great location and nice decor. Besides complaining about the breakfast in another review, I'd also like to complain about the late cleaning for extended stays. It felt like they wouldn't replace the bathroom supplies unless I urged them... Kuqa is a great place, more fun than Kashgar. The nearby Kuqa Palace, Kuqa Grand Mosque, Khezil Thousand Buddha Caves, beacon towers, and ancient temple ruins are all worth visiting to experience the impact of East-West exchange and the transition between Buddhism and Islam.

GGuest UserHotel is midway between railway station and old town. Convenient and cheap to take didi to many places. New hotel which is spotlessly clean. Laundry room is well-equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Breakfast spread is pretty decent with ample fruit variety. All staff are well-mannered and try their best to fulfil customer requests.

AAhuoyuThe hotel rooms are very spacious. The lobby on the first floor also looks very luxurious. The only drawback is the hotel's breakfast, which tastes really average. I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. A small fried egg stand makes the whole restaurant full of oil smoke, which makes people feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the restaurant.

GGuest UserA true gem of a hotel that makes you feel incredibly welcome! The overall environment is elegant and clean, with no unpleasant odors. The guest rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation, and the facilities are comprehensive and very convenient to use. The service attention to detail is superb; any requests are met incredibly fast, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, definitely one of my top choices for a great hotel.

GGuest UserMust be full five points! Clean and sanitary, the bed is also very comfortable. I like the 1.5-meter bed in the standard room the most. It is not crowded at all when sleeping with the child! I will continue to stay if I have the opportunity to go to Kuche in the future! The lady at the front desk is also very nice!

XXi———As soon as you enter the hotel, you can feel the sense of luxury. The decoration is simple and elegant, and the spacious and bright lobby reveals the care everywhere. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked me in very quickly and even upgraded my room. I was so touched.
The room is even better, with spacious space, reasonable layout and great lighting. The bed was so soft and comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are not only complete but also the same brands, making them super safe to use.

Pushing the window is a good-looking scenery, the environment is quiet and healing, very close to the core scenic spot Wangfu, Guizi Town, and it is especially convenient to return. The rooms are exquisitely furnished and clean, the lighting view is excellent, and the photos are very good. The cleaning aunt cleans meticulously, the service staff is warm and courteous, and will take the initiative to provide play guides. The bedding is skin-friendly, the sound insulation and shading effect is good, the daytime visit the attractions, and the night return to the hotel to have a good rest, perfect balance between play and rest. The first choice for travel and vacation, comfort, location, service are all online, it is worth buying back!

GGuest UserThe superior twin room we stayed in was quite large, and the cleaning staff were also enthusiastic in helping with laundry and shoes. However, there were loose threads in the room, and the central air-conditioning controller's external wiring was exposed, which was unsightly. The breakfast was average, and parking was at the hotel entrance. I had to struggle to find a parking space when I came back late. The coffee machine in the lobby was also something I could only look at, but couldn't use anyway. The manager, in particular, had a bad tone of voice and a poor attitude. When she spoke to the employees in the morning, she herself had a bad attitude, so how could she lead a team? The service attitude of another female front desk staff with short hair was also not good. When I asked where the boiled water was in the lobby, she replied that it was everywhere without even looking up. The security guard even enthusiastically offered to help boil water. Therefore, the hotel's management level is poor, average. The core reason is that the manager does not have a warm service awareness, or it may be that someone with connections brought it up. The Wi-Fi speed in the entire hotel is very slow and unusable. I suggest you choose with caution.

TTrNguyenFront desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very easy to find. There is a free parking lot. There are quite a lot of people staying there, but the hotel is very quiet. The two beautiful ladies at the front desk even upgraded the room. They also gave Xinjiang yogurt as a gift when you checked in. The service is great. Great, the bed is so comfortable, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the breakfast is my favorite. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the chance.
