**Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. We're very grateful for their thoughtfulness!
**Cleanliness**: Being a new guesthouse, it was spotlessly clean. Plus, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money!

He said hello to our itinerary early, arranged dinner for us, accompanied us to the market to buy seafood, and helped us cook the dishes. The taste of the dishes was delicious.

GGuest UserThis is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.

Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation.
One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. AAnonymous UserI absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice.

Next, I came to the homestay environment and was pleasantly surprised again. It has a terrace, a mahjong machine, a laundry room, a home theater (can have KTV), and most importantly, a self-service kitchen (which can process seafood bought from the seaside. This is really so happy. I can eat it angrily. A wave of very cost-effective crabs), the B&B also has an elevator, the decoration is comfortable and considerate, and the stay experience is great 💯

The surrounding facilities are very good. There are cafes, western restaurants, Chara, bars and some seafood restaurants at night. Hygiene: The hotel is also very clean. Environment: You can see that the hotel's initial remote location is actually its swimming pool, but if you want to take pictures of people, it is recommended to take pictures in the check-in lobby. In addition, its supporting western restaurants are very beautiful. Service: The hotel's service is also very nice. They will call to confirm and send information before the trip. After arriving, all needs can be met as much as possible.

GGuest UserI have to give this hotel a lot of praise! From the moment I arrived, I could feel the hotel's attentiveness. The front desk reception was so warm. It happened to be raining and cold when I arrived in Ningde, but they poured me a cup of hot water and helped me carry my luggage to the room. I have to give the staff a thumbs up. The most surprising thing was that the bed and quilt were new, soft, and super comfortable. I hadn't been able to rest on the road, and finally got a good night's sleep in the hotel. When I was struggling to decide what to eat, I found that the takeout shop was very close to the hotel, just across the street from the Wanda Plaza. I drank milk tea for two days, and there were many taro cakes. For a taro-brained person like me, it was very satisfying. I will stay here again next time.
