The lobby has a refined ambiance, and the staff are warm, attentive, and efficient with check-ins, even taking the time to introduce the hotel's amenities. The room was spacious and bright, with a modern, minimalist decor that still felt cozy. It was spotlessly clean. The bedding was a standout – perfectly soft, and the pillows offered great support, which is rare for someone like me who usually struggles to sleep in new places. I actually slept through the night! The soundproofing was also excellent; despite facing a main road, it was completely silent once the window was closed. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the shower had strong, consistent water pressure. The toiletries were also of good quality.

A Pleasant Stay **Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. We're very grateful for their thoughtfulness! **Cleanliness**: Being a new guesthouse, it was spotlessly clean. Plus, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money!

The room is good, it is a sea view room, you can see the sea, the hotel is above the observation deck, the location is excellent, on the roadside, the facilities are complete, clean and the service is very good! In the evening, I walked to the foot of the mountain and suddenly rained heavily. I was depressed and didn't know how long it would take for the rain to stop. I told the boss that we were trapped by the rain. The boss immediately asked us to stay in place and waited for him to drive us back to the hotel. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. I have stayed at this hotel when I visited Fu’an for the past three trips. The excellent service provided their staff are friendly and welcoming. I would like to compliment the following staff Bella, Cara, Susan and Betty for their excellent service delivery and attentiveness to customer during my recent visit in June. They helped me start my day with a hearty breakfast and warm greetings.

The room location is excellent. It's in the commercial heart of Dongbi Village (right next to the village committee), with seafood stalls just across the street, making dining super convenient. Plus, it's a first-row beachfront property, offering the best views of the sea and sunset. The guesthouse itself is a bit old but reasonably well-maintained. The best part is the room with double floor-to-ceiling windows – absolutely stunning for photos! It would be even more perfect if it wasn't a tatami bed, though. See pictures below!
