I usually steer clear of guesthouses, preferring the standardized management of hotels, even though I know many boast unique charm. However, on this trip to Dongbi, where guesthouses were the only option, both establishments, especially Fengchui Banxia, completely overturned my preconceived notions – I was thoroughly impressed! The guesthouse is situated right next to the popular Shijianhai, making its views and location absolutely prime. It's also exceptionally well-maintained, feeling a bit like the hotel-style management you'd find in Wuzhen, but with a much warmer, more personal touch. On the first-floor bar, there's a complimentary selection of Sprite, Coke, and Fanta. While it's a small detail, returning from a day out and being able to grab an ice-cold can from the fridge to beat the heat is incredibly pleasant and satisfying! Another thoughtful detail for us was that both beds were spacious 1.5-meter doubles. The room itself was large, bright, and impeccably clean! Five stars!

It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation. One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. This property truly offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in style. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel makes no compromises when it comes to hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestion. Ctrip found a home with a high evaluation, and it was worth meeting. Chihiro place is small, the room in the first hand. The boss is very interesting. He covers all after-sales and after-sales at the front desk of Xiaoerwaiting, cleaning, takeaway, and absolutely does everything by himself. So much so that coffee, fried chicken, milk tea, watermelon motion sickness medicine (the latter two are gifts from friendship) are all packaged and delivered to the room. I dare not say that this is the most luxurious, but it is indeed the most cost-effective. I was quite lost on the way there, but when I arrived at the door, the flowers were dark and the flowers were bright. In the evening, I drank tea from the host and chatted with the neighbors about the customs, Xueyue. . . Hahaha, I even gave a small gift before leaving😀

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Fu’an by IHG and would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. Location: The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access key areas of the city. Whether for business appointments or casual outings, the location is practical and well-connected, which added great convenience to my stay. Room Standard: The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a thoughtful layout. The amenities were of a good standard, and everything was in proper working order. Housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping the room tidy and refreshed daily, which made the stay very comfortable. Staff Professionalism: The staff truly stood out for their professionalism and friendliness. From check-in to check-out, they were courteous, efficient, and always willing to assist with requests or questions. Their warm service created a welcoming atmosphere and made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Holiday Inn Fu’an by IHG delivered a high-quality stay experience with strong standards in location, comfort, and service. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Fu’an.

Location to see sunset is superb. Miss Chi at reception offers wonderful service, making arrangements for us and charter vehicle to see Xiapu and surroundings. In addition; gives us room upgrade without added charge. The seafood noodle stop served at breakfast is delicious. The lounge on 7th floor offers panoramic view of the bay.

It's not easy to go out, so we booked a very private water courtyard. We had the whole courtyard to ourselves, enjoying the delicious food, beautiful scenery and sunset. Although it was raining that day, the sunset still appeared. We sat in the Western restaurant, had dinner, drank wine and admired the long-awaited scenery. The immersive experience was worth the trip. The service was attentive and considerate. The housekeeper's temperament and outfit were very in line with the style of the homestay, very nice.

Overall the rooms are clean and spacious. However, the corridors are not as clean as I can see that the carpet is not cleaned and vacuumed. Although, the carpet is still new, it is stained and dusty. The water temperature is very inconsistent; too hot or cold. Very difficult to adjust the water to the right temperature. The lobby is a bit dusty too
