Guest User”Lixia and the Sea” is a corner shrouded in warmth and love. It's far from a typical B&B; it's more like a distant home, a door always ajar for you—here, you can unwind, let your mind wander, and find a haven for your soul.
If I had to describe the owners of this small home, Lixia and Haibo, in one word, it would be sincerity. There's no more moving quality. Others might say they offer attentive service, but I always find the word ”service” too vague. They treat you more like family, like long-lost friends reunited. Their meticulous attention and care are imbued with a natural warmth. Even more remarkable is their positive, optimistic, and ever-improving enthusiasm for life, like a ray of light that quietly illuminates the hearts of every visitor.
If you have the chance, stop by. It'll feel like home, savoring Haibo's home-cooked meals (we stayed for a day and ate three meals in a row, leaving our plates empty every time), and sipping Lixia's coffee. There, you'll truly feel the feeling of being enveloped in love—remember, everyone deserves tenderness and favoritism, and please remember to return that favor.
Finally, I wish you a happy wedding in advance. May you always be as free as the wind, as vibrant and radiant as life, and may you always see your own moon when you look up.

Highly recommend this place. No children and very quiet. The host will share good tea and chat with you all day if you like. Of course you will also get to see the famous cat, who is very chill. Clouds are always moving around and touching the mountain tops. Very pleasant views.
***Make sure to try the fish dish at the “small” restaurant upstairs from the hotel-the one with the red lanterns. Food is excellent. ***
15-20 minute walk to Chanjiapu and half hour to Xikeng.

Guest UserIn the old house, an uncle was experiencing his life and career with all his heart. The first time I saw him, he was wearing a snow-white shirt, not tall, and his hair was combed cleanly. He looked like a well-organized person. The uncle tidied the room in the old house, breaking my previous impression that the old house was dark and damp.
My daughter and I drove here by ourselves. The uncle knew in advance that we needed to prepare lunch, but when we arrived, we found that the lunch prepared by the uncle was a full table of dishes. The dishes retained their original flavor and tasted really good.
My daughter and I also made a small mistake in the old house and dirty the floor of the old house. The uncle scrubbed the floor and did not blame us at all. Instead, he continued to entertain us better and shared peaches and dates with us.
I was very touched by the uncle's simplicity and kindness. Although I only slept for one night, the experience of staying here made me feel the warmth of family.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is in central location, walking distance to the old part of town and surrounded by food options. All rooms face a busy intersection with traffic and commerce noise starting early in the morning until 10pm. Windows will block part of noise but not all. Gym is just a pair of treadmills, don't expect a workout space. Staff is very attentive and willing to help. Beds, pillows and sheets are comfortable and the shower is good. However, if you are not a smoker, I don't recommend staying here, nor in any other Ji hotel. I travel extensively and tried Ji hotels in several Chinese cities from North to South. They are consistent with service, cleanliness and bed comfort, but all of them have a major issue of not enforcing the non smoking rule, and besides that, their air conditioner system brings smokey air from different rooms directly into yours. It is a pity. Unfortunately, beautiful China is full of selfish smokers. We need better enforcement and at least air purifiers in each room.

This was by far the most delightful stay of our trip. Staying in an old house within an ancient village offered a truly unique experience.
The old house was incredibly well-preserved, and every decorative detail showcased the owner's thoughtful touches.
The room itself was thoughtfully modernized to suit contemporary guests, and yes, it really, really, really had a smart toilet! 🚽
We had dinner at the guesthouse both nights, ordering from the owner. While the prices were a little higher than outside, the ingredients were exquisite, the preparation was refined, and the dining atmosphere was wonderfully atmospheric. The food itself was very satisfying. (I absolutely loved the tofu, which is apparently a local specialty).
Also, when you're exploring the village, don't forget to say hello to the local dogs! 🐶 They're all very friendly, and we became good pals with them over our two-day stay.

The views are stunning, and the service and facilities are excellent. I've stayed here before and it makes me want to explore other properties by Fniaoji.
The service was exceptional; the butler met us at the village entrance parking lot, helped with our luggage, and even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. The butler's service was just right for me—not overly enthusiastic, but always there when needed. We even got a room upgrade.
The room amenities were top-notch, with a disposable bathtub liner and bath salts provided. It was incredibly quiet at night, creating a perfectly sleepy atmosphere.
I recommend contacting the butler in advance to get the driver's contact information. This way, the driver can drop you off directly at the parking lot; otherwise, you'll have to take a shuttle bus. Plus, the hotel's partner driver provided excellent service—from the initial contact to arrival at the hotel, everything was seamless and hassle-free.
The guesthouse has its own cafe and restaurant, both offering amazing views and delicious food that exceeded expectations.

Time is limited, so it seems to be a good choice to choose Yunying Heart Valley to stay for one night among many homestays in Songyang. You can drive here directly during holidays, which is much more convenient. The environment is quiet and it feels like you have occupied a small hill. You can walk along the trails to Chenjiapu and Xikeng around to avoid the crowds. The restaurant is also good. Overall, I recommend it.

The room is very clean and tidy, and the comfort is great. I have never slept outside with such comfortable pillows, mattresses and quilts. I chose the attic room on the third floor. The bed is facing the window, allowing direct sunlight and sufficient heating at night. The hot water in the bath is not too hot, the bath is a bit cold, and the shower is okay. The store also thoughtfully prepared some disposable towels, which is very thoughtful. It’s great for people like me who don’t use outside towels! The landlord and his wife are very down-to-earth, and they also eat in the store in the evening. The local village is very quiet, and the sunset is beautiful. It is suitable for relaxing and renovating on weekends. The B&B I stayed in was the best in the whole village, and the decoration was all wooden. It should be very comfortable to sleep in the attic and listen to the chirping of insects in the summer!

I didn't expect such a high-quality homestay in an ancient village.
The boss is super enthusiastic
Not only recommended the restaurant, there is invincible delicious local chicken soup,
I'll make tea when I arrive.
The homestay is a renovation of its own old house
But the furniture is very good.
What you see is what you get
The environment of the small village is great
Quiet and good to go shopping
It should be good to play in the water in summer.

There were many people during the May Day holiday. My room wasn't cleaned by 2 PM, so I need to pay attention to hygiene details; many areas weren't properly cleaned. The mountain environment was okay, but the area around the Little Cloud outdoor installation and pool was in need of maintenance. There weren't many recreational activities. Personally, I didn't find the food very good, and the breakfast wasn't very varied.
