Stayed at Kinbu International Hotel with my family on a road trip, and it exceeded our expectations. The entire place was spotless, with even the corners meticulously cleaned. The staff at the front desk (FX) were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, proactively providing us with local sightseeing and dining recommendations. The mattress was just right for comfort, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay without disturbances. All the facilities were complete and in perfect working order, making our family feel relaxed and secure.

Everything about this hotel was to my liking. The location is very convenient for commuting and getting around for business. The room was quiet and tidy, perfect for both work and rest, with stable internet and complete facilities. The front desk staff were efficient and quick with check-ins and check-outs, and their service was appropriate. The hotel as a whole is simply elegant and offers good value for money. I will definitely stay here again.

It's not far from Wuwei East Railway Station; a taxi ride costs around ten yuan. The courtyard is quite spacious with parking, and there's a Little Red Riding Hood coffee shop inside. There are washing machines and dryers. I stayed for two nights; the two young ladies at the front desk were very polite and welcoming, providing excellent service and even sharing local food information with me. I booked a set meal including beef noodles through Ctrip, which was quite delicious. The room wasn't large, but it was fully equipped, clean, and had a separate shower and toilet area. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Confucius Temple.

The owner truly pours their heart into running this guesthouse, which is so commendable these days. It's absolutely worth it; you get to stay in a wonderfully equipped guesthouse set amidst the beautiful countryside. Just outside the door, vast open plains stretch out to distant mountains, and at night, the stargazing is incredible. The owner even helped carry our luggage upstairs and offered complimentary local fruit. I really hope their business thrives!

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The lobby was clean and bright, the front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. The guest room was meticulously cleaned throughout, with no dust in the corners. The bathroom was dry and free of musty smells, the hot water came out quickly and at a stable temperature, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was excellently soundproofed, making it very quiet at night. There are restaurants on the 4th floor of the hotel, making dining convenient, and taxis are easily accessible right outside. For its price range, the facilities and service are outstanding, making it suitable for both business and leisure travel. I have already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Transportation: Very convenient, with a bus stop right outside the door leading to the high-speed rail station. Various scenic spots are about a 10-minute drive away, and there's also a night market. Facilities: Four-star, fully equipped, suites have humidifiers. Service: Excellent. The front desk and guest rooms were able to resolve any needs or questions. They were very helpful in providing assistance with travel arrangements. There's also a meeting room with its own projector, which is very convenient to use! Overall, high value for money, highly recommended.

An immaculate hotel with a delicious breakfast buffet located within walking distance of the city. Across the road (through the underpass) is a lovely dirt-path park for birding, and at the end you can access the bridge to town. Behind the hotel is access to hiking trails to take you up to the ridge and pagoda. The hotel itself had a kettle, the standard toothbrush-comb-slippers-towel amenities, and a friendly supportive staff (though with minimal English). There’s parking out front. For those on foot, the hotel will pick up/drop off at the train station. There is a restaurant and a convenience store a couple of doors down from the hotel. Gulang is a fabulous destination for seeing the Great Wall; we hired a driver for the day and did a couple hours of hiking along the wall (next to corn fields!) and then visited the grottoes. Not touristy at all — one of my favorite spots on the trip!

The location and hardware are great! The service quality could be improved even better! Wuwei is worth spending a few more days with its profound cultural heritage, clean city and simple folk customs!

Unfortunately bed wasn’t comfortable, I slept all night feeling the iron net of the mattrass on my bones. Overall, price is good with two breakfast included, plenty of options. I was a bit upset when they charged us for the water we drink. There were water bottle in the room without any prices and we supposed it was for free. There is no water or juices for breakfast only soy milk or full cream milk. But lots of vegetarian options. There was a water dispense downstair for free available to refil water bottle, so don't do our mistake and just have the free one. If we knew this in advance we could avoid to drink water in the room and avoid plastic bottle waste (as we travelling with bicycles we care about to be in a green way for our planet.) Nobody explain us about charging items on the room during the check in, only the lady during the check out charged us. This is the higher price we paied in trip.com since 20days of travel, but anyway we think is still good because two breakfast are included.
