Overall, it was okay. However, having stayed at other hotels in Wuwei, I felt this one could improve in a few areas: 1. No parking guidance. Both of my preferred navigation apps directed me to the parking lot exit, but there was no one there and the barrier wouldn't lift. I had to try going back to the main road, only to find a turn after driving 800 meters. 2. No greeter. I had to carry my own luggage, walking through an empty lobby to the front desk where there was only one person (around 8 PM on a Saturday). 3. Only two elevators, and they were very small. 4. The rooms were large, but the bathrooms were small. Highlights: Ample charging stations A wide variety of breakfast options The bathrooms in the double rooms were not transparent, which was convenient.

It was a pretty good hotel during my trip to Gansu... The conditions were good in all aspects, but the experience was really hard to describe. I was woken up at 11:30 pm by the impact drilling for decoration. It lasted for 20 minutes and I called the front desk 2 times, saying it would stop working. As a result, the impact drill stopped and the hammer started to be loaded! ! ! The third call was made to the front desk staff, who said that the water leaked from the restaurant on the second floor and was being repaired on the first floor. Finally, after 12 o'clock, I changed to a room on a high floor with a different orientation, and I was finally able to sleep. Finally, I went back to sleep at 1 a.m.... What was a very comfortable night ended up being scrapped.

The breakfast, in particular, is worth recommending – it's very rich and varied. The only downside was that the roadside signs weren't very clear. Following the navigation took me on a long detour. When I finally found the main entrance, I realized I had just driven in a circle from a small side road.

The laundry room is so awful. I went there originally because I wanted to wash clothes, but I ended up finding two cheap washing machines, one of which was broken. I didn't know that at the time, so I threw the clothes in and they got wet. It didn't spin for a long time, and it even started smoking. I almost ruined my clothes... The room is ok. If you're just staying here, there's no problem. But if you're there just to wash clothes like me, you'd better look at other places.

I booked this hotel back in Gulang. The value for money is excellent, and the facilities are basically up to four-star standards. I'm not sure where the investment came from, but it's probably going to be hard to recoup in such a small town. The downsides: The showerhead has very little water, making showering uncomfortable and requiring a long wait. The toilet is a remarkably cheap brand, and the flush splashes all over you. I'd especially like to point out the serious disconnect in service. The front desk staff stares blankly at you without saying a word, and the most helpful person is the room attendant!
