Lleft****Excellent value for money, just over 300 yuan for two nights, and they even offer laundry service (laundry and delivery back to the room). Security guards helped with luggage, and the staff were very friendly. Parking was easy if you're driving. The only downsides were that the room lighting was a bit dim, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective, but thankfully Wuwei isn't too hot.

GGuest User*Strategic Location, Impeccable Service, Clean Room, Delicious Breakfast- Haijingtian has them all!* We only booked the Haijingtian Business Hotel after a last minute decision to stay overnight at Wuwei. And boy, what a fantastic choice that turned out to be! The hotel was practically facing the Leitai Tombs Park (our purpose for visiting Wuwei). The interior was lovely and very well-maintained with a bright and inviting lobby. We were served local date tea while waiting to be registered by the pleasant, helpful and very patient receptionist. Then we saw the room we were given. It was unexpectedly very spacious with a separate shower and toilet. We were immediately impressed by how clean and well-equipped the room was. And the breakfast! It was definitely so much more yummy than the breakfasts we’re offered by some 4* hotels! Kudos Haijingtian, you are doing a very fine job in every aspect!

From check-in to check-out, every step was done very well. The room facilities were very complete, which made me feel a different kind of warmth. At the same time, you can order food in the room, so you can enjoy the food without leaving the room. It is really convenient and worry-free. This stay experience left a deep impression on me and was full of praise. From the comfort of the room to the thoughtful service, the only thing that did not make me satisfied and happy was the room type. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. This stay was really an unforgettable experience. Thank you again for the hotel's thoughtful service and upgraded room type.

MM662308****Five-star praise! Come to Wuwei to choose the Star Four Seasons S Hotel, really choose the right one! It’s too close to the train station. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train. I didn’t feel tossed with two large suitcases of luggage, saving the trouble of taking a taxi and other cars. It’s convenient to eat around and buy specialties. You can also take the bus quickly to the attractions. Travel transit is too worry-free. The staff was superb, the front desk Xiao Wang smiled very kindly, and the check-in was fast and patient. I also took the initiative to recommend Wuwei's special attractions and local snacks. Even the route was clearly stated and too friendly to tourists! The room was nothing to say, clean and bright, the bedding was soft and odorless, and the bathroom was dry and wet. After a day of travel, I can live in such a clean room. I feel tired and I have a good rest. The price is absolutely perfect, next time I come to Wuwei, I will stay here, and I recommend it to friends who come to travel!

BBarryI hadn't realised Wuwei was so big when I booked this hotel! It is a couple of km from the railway station, which is why I booked it, but about 5 km from the centre of the city. Mind you, I walked there and didn't see all that much of interest. The real action is around the South Gate, with a great night market, a great seating area nearby and a couple of parks, one on each side of the gate. The room was lovely - a soft bed, plenty of [laces to sit, a table, and I had great success using the Wifi. Underneath, and just up the street, there are a couple of supermarkets, a small foodmarket a bit further away (towards the South Gate) with properly cold beer a noodle place a few doors down to the left of the hotel. The Wanda Plaza Mall is a couple of blocks away, but very disappointing in terms of food offerings.

MM8704****The family room booked on the first day was upgraded for me. I was very happy. As a result, I had water when I took a bath. I was so angry. I came back in the middle of the night and set a standard room. The room was not watery, but there was a smell of smoke. On the third day, I gave a room without smoke and stayed for two consecutive days. There are so many room floors in the hotel, it is recommended to give a specific non-smoking floor or room.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The on-site parking was also a plus, making it easy to come and go as I pleased. But what really set Tianzhu Hotel apart was the great staff and fantastic breakfast. The food was fresh, delicious, and varied, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. I also appreciated the hotel owner's personal touch, as he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The staff, accommodations, and breakfast were all top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area.

The downside is that the water temperature is too cold and too small during the day, and the room temperature is low. The elderly who come with us are afraid of the cold and want to increase the temperature, but the air conditioner cannot be adjusted by themselves!
