GGuest UserThe laundry room is so awful. I went there originally because I wanted to wash clothes, but I ended up finding two cheap washing machines, one of which was broken. I didn't know that at the time, so I threw the clothes in and they got wet. It didn't spin for a long time, and it even started smoking. I almost ruined my clothes... The room is ok. If you're just staying here, there's no problem. But if you're there just to wash clothes like me, you'd better look at other places.

GGuest UserFacilities: The room was spacious, with new, fully equipped facilities and a well-designed, high-end layout. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had two sinks with strong water flow, making washing and laundry convenient.
Cleanliness: The bedding was reassuring, clean and comfortable.
Service: The front desk was very attentive and accommodated the requested room requirements. The cleaning staff was polite. The breakfast staff held a meeting after 8:30 PM, which was rare. There was a lack of a receptionist.
Environment: The hotel is conveniently located, with easy parking and a spacious lobby. The room overlooked the park.
Breakfast: Be sure to arrive early, as they even offer fried hairtail slices. The beef noodles were delicious.

The room is spacious and bright, the decoration is simple but stylish, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the smart toilet and other details are very considerate, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are co-branded products from big brands. The front desk and cleaning staff are enthusiastic, respond to needs very quickly, and take the initiative to help store luggage... I will come again next time if I have the chance😊

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located in the Qilian Mountain Binggou River Scenic Area. I booked it for my next day's hike up the Chaerlonghai Tianchi Lake. The front desk lady was very helpful and attentive, carefully explaining how to use the room amenities. For such a remote location, the hotel's cleanliness was quite satisfactory. I especially want to praise the hotel's restaurant. We arrived late, and it wasn't peak season, so there were almost no tourists. While all the restaurants and shops in the scenic area were closed, the hotel restaurant was the only one open. They warmly accommodated the two of us, ensuring we had a satisfying meal despite our hunger.

After checking in to the room, I walked a lot of way. There is a little brother who will lead the way, but the whole luggage is dragged by himself. It is very far away. I feel that I have walked about one kilometer. I know that. The far front desk can remind the car to drive to the innermost distance so that we can get off the luggage. There is no need to drag the luggage all the way to walk on the plateau. It is really tiring to walk like this. Regarding eating, I have to go from the room to the yurt. The front desk is on the edge of the yurt. I called before I checked in and said I needed it. Set a place to eat for the night. The front desk said that there is no need to be set. Then I checked in and said that I want to eat. He said that the yurt may be gone (the yurts are all for dinner here). I said you should confirm with me. I didn’t eat lunch. I came over on the way. Finally, I confirmed that I didn’t wait for me to arrive in the yurt. The waiter can scan the code on the order table. I scan the code to place an order and there is no picture. I can’t be too hungry. I can blindly point a yak pot 288. To be honest, I think it’s very expensive, but I can’t choose to eat it. I found that someone roasted whole lamb next to it. I felt that the front desk was handling it. You can introduce the hotel on the way to live and take us to the room. I know that I can choose to eat a little more. In general, the hardware is good. The software service is basically not a bit ashamed of the good scenery.
