GGuest UserThe laundry room is so awful. I went there originally because I wanted to wash clothes, but I ended up finding two cheap washing machines, one of which was broken. I didn't know that at the time, so I threw the clothes in and they got wet. It didn't spin for a long time, and it even started smoking. I almost ruined my clothes... The room is ok. If you're just staying here, there's no problem. But if you're there just to wash clothes like me, you'd better look at other places.

GGuest UserThis time I had a great experience staying at Tianzhu Yunju Hotel! The room is spacious and bright, the decoration is simple but stylish, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the smart toilet and other details are very considerate, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are co-branded products from big brands. The front desk and cleaning staff are enthusiastic, respond to needs very quickly, and take the initiative to help store luggage... I will come again next time if I have the chance😊

GGuest User挺好的，老闆不會拍圖，房間很大，實際比照片要好冰溝河景區裏的酒店滿房了，住了一天續不上，被趕出來，臨時找到這家民宿。離景區衹有2公里不到，老闆人很好，開車到景區門口接上了被淋成落湯雞的我們，給我們提供各種幫助。村子衹有十幾户人家，很安靜。我們自己住二樓，有很大一個露台，站在露台上就能看到漂亮的風景。一樓有小院可以坐着看雨，還有一衹很親人的小羊羔。晚上一點聲音都沒有，睡了個好覺。這個價位的名宿，不能追求高大上，但是安靜温暖自在。

GGuest UserAll aspects are very good, separated from the road along the street, very quiet. Towels and bath towels are packaged in disinfected bags, which is the best in the old-fashioned decoration! The waiter is also very enthusiastic. If there are more luggage taxis can drive in until the door, they will help open the door. You can walk less than 1 km to the lively night market, eat fruit, etc. are affordable, complete

BBeilangnanxingI booked this hotel back in Gulang. The value for money is excellent, and the facilities are basically up to four-star standards. I'm not sure where the investment came from, but it's probably going to be hard to recoup in such a small town.
The downsides: The showerhead has very little water, making showering uncomfortable and requiring a long wait. The toilet is a remarkably cheap brand, and the flush splashes all over you. I'd especially like to point out the serious disconnect in service. The front desk staff stares blankly at you without saying a word, and the most helpful person is the room attendant!

AAnonymous UserThe room was beautiful, with great floor heating and a stunning view, but the service was lacking! You had to bring bottled water, slippers, and toothbrushes to your room yourself! A male front desk staff member escorted you to your room, but he didn't help with your luggage! He watched me, with my child, carrying the water, toothbrush, and slippers they provided, so busy he just walked along the entire way. The train was a mere decoration. They refused to operate it both days, claiming it had rained the day before and the tracks were slippery! Yes, that's right, the highland sun had dried up the rain the day before, but they kept refusing to operate it for various reasons! Such a wonderful facility, which must have been a huge investment, is left to a few amateurs operating it at their own whim. What a shame!

GGuest User南京人來冰溝河玩。住這兒真是選對了！！, 民宿離冰溝河2.7km，開車5分鐘就到了，老闆可以免費開車接送。, 如果自駕來，車位充足，一路好路。, 我們2人住的家庭房，一張1.8m床、一張1.5m，帶獨立衞浴，床墊舒服，被子厚。, 屋裡有空調，洗漱的熱水來的很快。, 民宿有自家餐廳，徒步累了回來可以吃吃農家菜，野蘑菇是這山裡採的，好吃。, 冰溝河徒步的一路風景太美了，人工干預少，木棧道修到登頂前，非常新手友好了。一路經歷了山腳的短褲短袖到登頂下雪，很值得的體驗。, 老闆真誠熱情，冰溝河也讓人願意再來，, 我下次來還會住這家！
