GGuest UserLocation is very close to the Railway Station . It helps with hotel's free car service pickup and drop off from/to the railway station. To get to YiChang visitor centre for bus and boat scenic tours and walk along the river , its about 20 minutes taxi ride ( yuan 20-30 depending on traffic). Hotel will help to hail a taxi. Very helpful hotel staff members who helped us to confirm our boat cruise meeting location. Appreciate hotel for packing take-out breakfast on our boat cruise day as we had to leave early to get to cruise meeting place. We want to thank the hotel driver who dropped us off to the Railway Station before their normal 8:30am car service. Very helpful in giving info that train boarding steady are on 2 floors.

GGuest UserStrangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.

AAllen M ZI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made check-in a breeze.
The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep.
The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention too. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options.
What really stood out, though, was how helpful the staff were throughout my stay. When I needed recommendations for local attractions, they gave detailed, friendly advice that helped me make the most of my trip.
I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay over the May Day holiday! The hotel's location is excellent, nestled in a tranquil and beautiful area with stunning, unobstructed river views. All the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful; the front desk receptionists were warm and polite, and check-in was super efficient. The rooms are new and well-equipped with great facilities, and the self-service laundry room has plenty of machines. It was a really comfortable and pleasant stay, highly recommended for travelers!

Amenities like a tea table and TV are all available. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The buffet breakfast is good, but it would be even better if there were more variety.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 3 kilometers away from the entrance of the scenic spot or the visitor center. It is halfway up the hillside and you can see the Yangtze River. The scenery is good. But after all, it’s a B&B with average facilities and simple meals, so I can’t make too many choices.
In the evening, make a pot of tea on the mountainside🍵, with the sky and the ground covered, it has a unique taste.
However, the boss's service is very good, he introduces the scenic spots, drives to buy tickets on his behalf🎫, and also offers some discounts when buying on-site.

IIvy_Oh1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it.
2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly.
3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation.
My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied?
For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

GGuest UserHonestly, my impression of Yichang was boosted by this hotel! First off, the hotel is very new. When we checked in during the off-season, the lobby staff (two friendly gentlemen) were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, offering great tips for local food and our stay. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The Chinese restaurant's food also really suited my parents' tastes – a big thumbs up! 👍 The facilities and service are truly impeccable. We've already decided to stay here again for our next family trip.
Suggestion: We rented a car and drove from Zhangjiajie. When we got to the hotel entrance, there was a double yellow line, so we continued straight to the intersection to make a U-turn. Later, a hotel staff member told us it was fine to just cross the line and enter 😂 but for experienced drivers who follow the rules, a double yellow line is definitely not to be crossed! 😓… Perhaps it could be changed to a broken line if possible.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was extremely satisfying. The hotel boasts a simple yet elegant design, with clean and well-maintained public areas, showcasing attention to detail. The room was spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation and was well-stocked with amenities. Staff member 6014 was particularly warm and courteous, making the check-in process efficient and quick, and always responsive to my needs. The location is superb, offering convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. It's incredibly good value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, very close to the commercial district and very convenient, with convenient transportation and the expressway next to it. CBD and China World Mall are the places where delicious food gathers. Yiling Square is also a good place to relax.
