Yichang Hotels with Breakfast

Strangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.

The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options. What really stood out, though, was how helpful the staff were throughout my stay. When I needed recommendations for local attractions, they gave detailed, friendly advice that helped me make the most of my trip. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

This hotel boasts an excellent riverside location, making it incredibly convenient for a stroll along the river to enjoy the views. It's also very close to the Three Gorges Tourist Center. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including both meat and vegetarian dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. The rooms are new and well-equipped, with all bathroom facilities and appliances working perfectly. The self-service laundry room has plenty of machines. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, making check-in a breeze. They were also very patient and detailed when helping with travel route inquiries. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and definitely worth coming back to.

1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it. 2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly. 3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation. My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied? For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

I chose this hotel for its unbeatable river view, and throughout my stay, I experienced the high-quality service standards of an established five-star hotel. The entire family appreciated the staff's enthusiasm, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. Due to a flight delay, we didn't arrive until almost midnight, but the hotel had already made arrangements, placing our two rooms on the same floor and upgrading both. It's a shame that during our two days at the hotel, I didn't get a chance to properly admire the view or take beautiful photos. The breakfast, as always with Westin, was delicious and beautifully presented. There's also a food street behind the hotel, making it very convenient for getting around.

This store is very hygienic and has a great environment. The boss and his wife are also very friendly. They also arranged airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as free breakfast. This breakfast really made me feel like I was back home. It was great. If I have the chance to come here again, I will go to this store instead of going there. Thank you.

Staff member 6014 was particularly warm and courteous, making the check-in process efficient and quick, and always responsive to my needs. The location is superb, offering convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. It's incredibly good value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and the incredibly soft, skin-friendly bedding guaranteed a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive and varied, featuring fresh and delicious hot dishes, pastries, and fruits to satisfy every palate. Conveniently located in a prime business district, it's within walking distance of bus stops and offers easy access to dining and shopping. The entire stay far exceeded expectations, offering exceptional value for money. It's definitely on my list for a repeat visit!

The location is excellent, very close to the commercial district and very convenient, with convenient transportation and the expressway next to it. CBD and China World Mall are the places where delicious food gathers. Yiling Square is also a good place to relax.
