If you're arriving at Yichang East Station on a Friday night, you can choose to just crash at this hotel. They even offer complimentary late-night porridge and pastries, which is incredibly heartwarming. 🥰
Plus, the room is generally clean, the bed is comfortable, and the smart home features work really well. 👍
Vitamin Refueling Station (self-service): Looks like they have small pastries and fruits. 🍉
Oh, and the shuttle service to/from East Station is also very convenient.

AAllen M ZI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made check-in a breeze.
The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep.
The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention too. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options.
What really stood out, though, was how helpful the staff were throughout my stay. When I needed recommendations for local attractions, they gave detailed, friendly advice that helped me make the most of my trip.
I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The four-compartment snack box they prepared was a big hit with the kids. On top of that, the hotel's location is super convenient, with easy access to transport, making getting around a breeze. The room was also fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and had all the necessary amenities. I'd highly recommend it to all my friends!

We needed to push the twin beds together because our child moves around a lot in their sleep. We called ahead, and while the beds themselves couldn't be moved, they confirmed the mattresses could be joined. When we arrived, the front desk had already arranged for the beds to be pushed together and thoughtfully provided disposable slippers in a child's size and children's dental kits. Service gets full marks!

AAnonymous UserCame to Yichang to see the Three Gorges and absolutely picked the right hotel! The location is incredible – super close to the Three Gorges Tourist Center, so catching an early boat was a breeze. Plus, Wanda Plaza is right next door, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The river view from the room was so therapeutic; opening the window revealed a magnificent panorama of the river. Watching the sunset over the water in the evening really enhanced the ambiance. The newly renovated room was clean and elegant, and even though it's a new hotel, there was hardly any new-building smell, and the air purifier was a thoughtful touch. Miss Shuangshuang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and efficient with the check-in. Breakfast had a wide variety, including hot dry noodles, baozi, and various porridges. It was great to fill up before heading out to explore the sights – so comfortable!

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 3 kilometers away from the entrance of the scenic spot or the visitor center. It is halfway up the hillside and you can see the Yangtze River. The scenery is good. But after all, it’s a B&B with average facilities and simple meals, so I can’t make too many choices.
In the evening, make a pot of tea on the mountainside🍵, with the sky and the ground covered, it has a unique taste.
However, the boss's service is very good, he introduces the scenic spots, drives to buy tickets on his behalf🎫, and also offers some discounts when buying on-site.

CCaoxiaobaodeshijiezhilvFacilities: This is a new hotel opening in 2025, so all the facilities are brand new. Two minor issues: the toilet isn't a smart toilet, and the TV screen mirroring kept disconnecting.
Cleanliness: Excellent, both the room itself and the housekeeping were very good.
Environment: Overall good. It's a newly developed area with not many amenities nearby, about 5-6 kilometers from the city center.
Service: Generally okay, but a few things stood out: When checking in, the front desk staff initially blurted out that I had only booked 1 night, when it was clearly 3 nights. They later corrected themselves, saying they misread it, so it wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was mediocre, with too few options. The staff even started clearing away dishes before I had finished eating, telling me to go get more myself, which was a very poor experience.
Yun Ting Chinese Restaurant 12% off: I didn't use the discount voucher. Instead, I used a set meal from Dianping for 2-3 people for 288 yuan. It actually fed 4 people very well. Highly recommended, the taste was also excellent. This was the most satisfying dining experience I had at the hotel.
Buffet dinner 198 yuan/person after discount (original price 368 yuan/person) 1 portion/day: Did not experience this.
Spa: This isn't operated by the hotel itself. I recall Westin usually has its own spa brand, but this hotel uses a third-party one. Overall, it was average, a 6 out of 10.
