"The service by the customer service is the best. I feel that they really try to help out whenever we need anything. I appreciated the moment we checked in till we left. We stayed in the deluxe room first- it was good, and then we extended our stay in Acropolis, we upgraded to the executive suite as there were no deluxe room on one of our dates. We loved the big space of the executive suite! Take the suite for long stay and maximised comfortI really appreciate that the hotel is very clean and the rooms are quiet. The executive suite is spacious and nice. We loved every bit of it. The boutique hotel offers housekeeping after every 2 nights. The location at the main road is so convenient, a few steps to the subway, tram and bus stops are nearby too. Highly recommend!"

"Generally quiet area, convenient for the metro and restaurants. However area did look run down. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was rather chaotic. Warning to anyone though...the lifts are tiny. We are both slightly above average 50s and with both of us in, it was uncomfortable. With our cabin bags we had to use a lift each. Anyone with large cases or that is bigger in size would struggle"

CCereliaChenThe room wasn't very big, and there were no slippers or complimentary water. The bathroom was also on the smaller side. However, the location was a real plus, just about an 8-minute walk from Syntagma Square. The breakfast was decent, and it was great that you could have it quite early (from 7 AM).

GGuest UserThis was a great stay for us and our family. The hotel is conveniently located near many popular sights and eateries in Athens and most were within a 10-20 minute walk. The nearby Monastiraki metro station made it easy to get to and from the airport as well. The rooms are nicely appointed with a couple of chairs, work station, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge and TV. The beds were small but comfy enough. Our family had a 2 and 3 bed rooms and we found the 2 bed room was a lot more spacious. The bathrooms in both were small but we appreciated that the hot water came on quickly and there was a small window for ventilation. Our room was quiet at night but our family noted street noise on the lower floors. The elevators were often tricky to catch as they are small but we appreciated it when we didn't feel like the climb to the sixth floor. The amenities at the hotel were good for the price. The roof top patio and bar area was a highlight and we enjoyed a couple of afternoons up here watching the sun set and the lights turn on at the Acropolis. The prices of the bar were inexpensive and they had a good variety of options. There was a sitting room that had tea and coffee midday and they kept it open in the evening so we were able to sit together and talk. They had laundry service, baggage storage and could help arrange tours or car hires as well at the front desk with their friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast at this hotel was very good for the price. They had something for everyone and lots of place to sit. Highlights for us were the Greek yoghurt and the spinach and feta stuffed pastries. They also had mini sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, feta cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, breads, baklava, croissants, dried fruits, fresh fruits, juices and a coffee machine. We looked forward to breakfast each morning. The hotel provided a good base for exploring and was centrally located. We would say if you're looking to save money and have a good breakfast to start your day in Athens this hotel is a good choice.

SSarah JanesThis place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

ぱぱラッチI stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. It is a short walk to the Parthenon and the New Acropolis Museum. There are also many Greek restaurants nearby, so the location is excellent. The hotel receptionists were all friendly. The breakfast restaurant space is not particularly large, but you can enjoy your meal at your own pace in a relaxed atmosphere. The room was a reasonable size, so you could relax. The shower had good water pressure, but it was a shame that there was no plug in the bathtub, so you couldn't get in the bathtub. The elevator was retro and had a nice atmosphere, but on the other hand it moved slowly. It's the opposite of a modern hotel, but I think it's a great hotel to relax in if you want to stay in a historic European hotel.

GGuest UserAile olarak gittik ve yaş ortalaması yüksek bir grup olmasına rağmen herkes çok memnun kaldı. Odaları çok temiz. Her gün havlular değişti oda temizlendi.

GGuest UserThe hotel was renovated from an old building, and the elevator is so small that it can only accommodate one person and one suitcase, but the room facilities are very new and the bed is very comfortable. On the first day, I got a larger room at the corner of the street. Although I could see a little bit of the mountain view, the sound insulation was not good. The sound of cars and motorcycles on the street was endless, and it was noisy until ten o'clock in the evening. Fortunately, the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very warm and friendly. The next day, I changed to a room facing the inner courtyard. It immediately calmed down and I slept well, feeling refreshed. The breakfast restaurant is on the top floor. You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the open air and enjoy the mountain view of Athens. However, there is really no choice in food, they are all sweet. There are many homeless people around the hotel and the roads are not easy to walk, but the subway station is nearby and you can easily go anywhere. It is recommended to stay for one day first, then extend if you feel it is good, or change if not, there are many hotels around.

AAndreQuite modern entrance hall and room (bathroom for disabled was not our choice). Reception friendly and provided good recommendation for late dinner. The first morning I woke up by very loud cleaning personnel. Walls are paper thin and door not soundproof. You hear everything. Breakfast terrace with nice view. Pool terrace too small and only available for some hours if slot pre-booked. Music, food and shisha on the rooftop club/restaurant quite okay.

TThv_teteFirst of all, the hotel staff are so nice incl. receptionists, breakfast lady, room attendants, etc. They all smile at you and greet you, very polite and helpful. We also booked 1 triple room for 3 adults but they gave us 2 double rooms with the same price of course although they had to move us to ground floor the 2nd day due to some electrical defaults in one of the rooms as it was newly renovated, which didnt bother us at all. We happily moved. Also free water bottles in the fridge included, all the necessary amenities were there, no kettle to boil water or cups for hot drinks were provided in the room but if you ask them, hot water provided at the hotel reception 24/7 also free tea, coffee and hot water for all guests provided from 3-9pm! Rooms were decent sized with comfy and clean beds, daily room service, breakfast was good and plenty and included in the room price, so cant complain! More hot food options would have been nice but it was continental which still was adequate. 5/5 stars

SStanleyThe location is great, and our deluxe double room was comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection, and there's a hot tub on the rooftop. However, a few of the facilities were a bit dated.
