XXiaoxiaoxiaoxiaomaoThe hotel has a very good view. The rooms on the 6th and 7th floors are very good, while those on the 2nd to 5th floors are just average. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the room was very large, with a direct view of the Acropolis. The only drawback is that the hot water is heated by the sun. If there is no hot water in the shower, you can only turn on the switch and wait for 30 minutes before hot water comes.

GGuest UserHighlights: beautiful views of acropolis and surrounding area from rooftop bar/restaurant space (also where breakfast served), buffet of good standard and restaurant staff very polite and a credit to the hotel. Improvements: reception staff generally very helpful but one particular staff member was not forthcoming with information/recommendations for restaurants/ details regarding late check out - we were always referred to come back later/following day to reception to ask someone else; when same questions asked later to a different member of staff, they were more than happy to help with all enquiries. Room: no ‘do not disturb’ sign available, housekeeping knocked on room at 9am every day, which woke us up; also housekeeping entering room after knocking on door without waiting for guests to respond; need some adjustments to respect privacy or guests; hotel corridors are very stuffy even in winter time Overall: a very pleasant stay

AAnonymous UserThe family room is average, the window is an interior view, looking out to an atrium. There is no sun, and the sofa bed is average in texture. The bottled water in the refrigerator seems to be charged, but I didn't drink it anyway. The advantage is that the breakfast is very rich. One meal is enough for half a day.

GGuest UserUnfortunately this hotel was a complete nightmare, I arrived with serious eye infection and got no understanding or help from the staff. Noone helped me getting to the hospital. Then I even got a horrible room that was noisy, and NO window that could be opened. While complaining to the manager the next day I got even treated worse making up lies that I was yelling to the staff, which is NOT TRUE. I was just in pain asking for a better room or better service. Oh also they recommended the parking space for my super expensive car claiming its SAFE to leave them my car keys. I asked twice if this is really safe as my complete luggage is still in the car. When I went there to get my luggage out, the car was open!!! with the key inside. In the middle of Athens and noone there even from this parking team. like a complete fail on sooo many levels. The heating system is always on in the rooms making huge noise, also the pool downstairs has crazy machines making the whole night sounds. I am so happy I found another beautiful hotel around the corner quiet and excellent service!!!! Just dont stay there, its not good. Even the pool area is a joke and no jacuzzi in winter on the roof, they are not worth any visit!

墾墾丁的海，大灣The hotel staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast staff, were all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended. The breakfast buffet didn't have a wide selection, but it was more than adequate and nutritious. Given the price, the friendly service, and the food, it's a great value. Highly recommended! The location is also excellent, very close to the subway, making it easy to walk to the supermarket, go to Monastiraki, and shop. Taking the subway to the airport was also a breeze! Greek people are incredibly friendly! Supermarkets are also very honest. Unlike in Spain, where some supermarkets sometimes mislabel prices or over-list items, this demonstrates the honesty and friendly attitude of the staff at Greek supermarkets in Athens towards foreigners! The Spanish people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. With the exception of the supermarket near St. Paul's Hospital, which was terrible, I wouldn't recommend buying anything there. Everything else in Spain was wonderful! Spanish public transportation is well-signposted, making it perfect for independent travel! Thankfully, the friendly Greek people made up for any concerns about not being able to understand Greek. Conclusion: Highly recommend traveling to Spain, France, Italy, and Greece. The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming! Thank you again to everyone who treated us so kindly. The people are the best scenery!

AAlexandraI traveled to Athens for a business reason. The room was in the center, spacious near shops for coffee and food. It provides paid parking right next to it, so you don't have to look for a place. The service is amazing and the staff is very kind!! I would definitely choose it again!!!

PPuay Teck OngThe exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time. All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly. None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly. The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling. The bathroom has no hook for the handheld shower head so not so convenient to have a shower, the water also not always hot enough. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though the dial was set to cold and it made the room so more warmer and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel reviews seem to suggest this is one of the common issue people has been complaining about for more than 10 years!!!! I ended up open all the windows to cool the room down and this invited traffic noise all night long. The hotel has been neglected for way too many years and surprisingly still in business????
