GGuest UserThe hotel is brand new, and everything has the meticulous detail of a five-star hotel. It's incredibly comfortable and offers excellent value for money. Here are a few highlights:
1) The staff are genuine and attentive, especially Claudia at the front desk – I absolutely adored her!
2) The location is superb; it's a 3-minute drive to the airport, so there's no stress about catching flights. You can even walk from the airport to the hotel in about 8 minutes (though they do offer free airport pickup). Since most activities there are day tours, the days can be tiring, but coming back to the hotel for a shower, dinner, and sleep was always so comfortable. It's quiet at night, and you can lie by the pool and stargaze.
3) Getting to the pier is usually handled by tour agencies. If you want to explore locally on your own, Grab motorbikes are convenient and cheap, getting you to major markets within 10 minutes.
4) They can book day tours for you, and the quality is very high.

- Hotel is quite new and spotless, everything looks great and modern
- The breakfast was very diverse and of good quality, served on expanded hours 6:00-10:30
- The personnel is extremely kind and friendly
- We liked the breathtaking views and the two pools
- The day tour with the hotel boat was amazing, well worth
Areas for improvement
- WiFi is extremely slow and unreliable, connecting dropping constantly and making it impossible to stream content or do a work call
- There is also poor cellular connection hence my 4G card was of no help to solve this issue
- The two restaurants felt a bit “basic” and after a few days were a bit tired. An expanded and more refined cuisine would be welcome
- Despite hotel being quite new and everything looking great, the building itself seems of poor build quality as we could hear the people next door speaking, steps and noises from upper and lower floors, and even road noise from across the stress from the main door corridor

Cleanliness: Spotless, no need to worry much.
Environment: The Komodo 'ceiling' (meaning top-tier/best you can get), no need to compare; it's outstanding even in the off-season.
Service: Warm and friendly, always responsive, communication was smooth.
Although the food was mostly 'white people food' (Western cuisine), the quality was very good, and the flavors (both salty and mild) could still satisfy a Chinese palate.
Wishing the hotel great business and many more 'fish' (guests)!

GGuest UserWhat a fabulous resort ! The management is amazing, and so is the staff. Everyone is so kind and has a the best service attitude. Our service was personalised, e.g. the resort went out of their way to look for migraine medicine for my husband from the mainland when he.run out of it. We had to stay 3 extra days as we were unwell, despite a super busy season the resort found a way to accommodate us. The snorkeling off the pier is better than you could ever expect. Totally clear water, actually, you can watch sharks, sting rays and multi coloured fish pass by even without getting into the water ! The breakfast included is yummy, and there are plenty of dinner options. I would highly recommend this resort for relaxation - to anyone considering to travel to Flores/Komodo - a few nights here is a must ! Very good for families too. Thank you for the team of taking such good care of us.

TtjinghengReally love the aesthetics at Parlezo. The wood carvings, murals and especially the terracotta tiles. It's great that there were many lighting options in the room to create different moods. The sheets were fresh and comfortable, and together with the friendly and courteous staff, it made our stay really enjoyable.
P.s. just be prepared to climb stairs to your rooms, as the hotel is built on a slope and there are no lifts, and enjoy the artwork and spaces along the way

AAndreaSem76Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

GGuest UserA bit far from the city, but it has an excellent clean pool and a beautiful, well-maintained, albeit small, hotel grounds. The views are lovely. The bungalow itself is beautiful, and the internet is good. Delicious food and friendly staff. The only downside is that hot water only lasts for 3-4 minutes, then it's just regular temperature. We were so happy with our stay that we extended our initial 2 nights by another 2.

ZzuhdimIt is close to the main street but actually you need abit of hike if you are going on foot. The bed, i dont know, i was tired and i dozed off rightaway. The floor was clean and the toilet has no smell. It was pretty quiet, i would say, until the morning comes.
The owner was very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is either pancake or omelate, although i didnt book the stay with the breakfast but the owner still insisted that i should just eat if i dont have a plan of where to eat breakfast, lovely.
There was a problem with the waterflow in the shower pipe and it was very slow, hopefully they can fix it asap.
Worth the price paid.
