First off, the hotel's facilities are all new, the shower pressure is great, and the pool and restaurant experience were pretty good, with nice views. Those are definitely positives. However, a few frustrating points gave me a really bad experience. Firstly, the soundproofing in the hotel is terrible. I stayed for three nights, and one night, the European guests next door started pushing chairs around, running, and screaming like crazy from about 11 PM until 1 AM. The hotel's floor staff didn't intervene at all until I called the front desk at 12:30 AM and asked them to send security. It finally quieted down about 30 minutes after that. Secondly, the check-out experience was an absolute disaster. I went to check out at 11 AM, and there were two front desk staff members assisting two sets of guests. The key issue was how incredibly slow they were. One staff member kept running off to find a supervisor for confirmation, while the other kept promoting tourist excursions. My group and three other groups waiting to check out had to wait almost 50 minutes before it was our turn. During this time, I repeatedly told the staff that I needed to get to the airport quickly, but there was no improvement. The other groups checking out were in a similar situation, all rushing to the airport. Another crucial point is that while I was checking out, I had already asked the customer service staff to book a car for me to the airport. They even told me the car had arrived and was waiting. But when I finished checking out, I was told that my car had been used by another guest! I was already in a huge rush to get to the airport, and the staff knew this, yet they still let another guest use my car. In the end, I had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes, which resulted in me missing my flight and having to rebook! So, for the service at this hotel, I can only give 0 points. The staff at this hotel seem to offer service with a smile, but they have no way of solving customer problems, plus the check-out experience, which involved waiting almost an hour for a car, was just awful.

Anonymous UserI recently stayed at Seaesta Komodo Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, I had a decent experience, but there are a few things to note. On the positive side, the location is quite convenient and the bed was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were also polite and helpful. However, I did encounter a few minor issues. The shower pressure is low and not enough hot. No slippers and laundry bags are provided. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but some upgrading would greatly improve the guest experience!

I really regret not discovering this hotel sooner! The hotel has a very quiet, Southeast Asian vibe. The service is also much better than hotels near the main tourist street. They offer yoga classes, morning Zumba on the beach, and even a diving club.
I stayed at three different hotels in Labuan Bajo, and if I come back, this will be my top choice. The only thing to watch out for is mosquitoes in the room, but the front desk will provide mosquito coils if you ask.

AndreaSem76Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

ZhannaSkvExcellent location, wonderful staff. We arrived on August 15th, the day a morning earthquake occurred. We only found out about it at the airport and wondered whether we should still fly. I messaged the hotel, and they quickly replied, confirming everything was calm and operations were normal. We spent three excellent days on Flores, sunbathing and swimming in the 5th-floor pool. Breakfast starts at 6:00 AM, which is very convenient for those heading out on excursions.
The room had a water view, and I couldn't hear the mosque (I'd read about the sounds in previous reviews).
Just around the corner is a fantastic fish market—a favorite dinner spot for many tourists. Don't be afraid to bargain; you can get a good discount. Thanks to the hotel and the wonderful island of Flores for their hospitality 💛

Alex wangailongOur original plan was to stay at this hotel, but an unexpected storm caused our boat to be cancelled, preventing us from reaching the island on time. While we were anxious, the hotel's customer service proactively reached out to us. Not only did they express sincere concern, but they also surprisingly arranged complimentary accommodation for us at a partner hotel on the main island until the weather improved and ferry services resumed.
Even though we couldn't check in as planned, their handling and service throughout the process were exemplary. They consistently communicated patiently, actively coordinated, and did their best to alleviate our inconvenience and anxiety. This genuine customer-centric approach left a far deeper impression than a smooth check-in ever could.
Although the weather left us with a slight regret, it also allowed us to personally experience the hotel's unexpected level of responsibility and attentiveness. This crisis management capability and sincerity alone are enough to make us confident in their service quality. We will definitely find another opportunity to experience the hotel's charms firsthand next time!

I stayed here for 12 nights in April and loved it!
I booked the breakfast package and it's well worth it. There's mostly local dishes which are absolutely delicious and also some western dishes. I'm vegetarian and there was plenty to choose from. I was always offered eggs, which I declined because I was happy with what was there. If you're leaving early for a tour you're offered a little breakfast box to take with you.
The location is excellent being 10 minutes walk from the airport. If you want a taxi it's only 50,000 idr. There are numerous eateries within a 10 minute walk and an excellent massage place about 2 minutes walk away. Because the hotel is close to town and the harbour, tour companies offer pick up and drop off.
I was really happy with my room, it was spacious and clean with a small fridge and most importantly, an air conditioner. I had twin beds and the bed was like a king single size and roomy enough for me. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower, a toilet and toilet paper.
The hotel has complimentary bottled water and you can use these bottles to refill from a water dispenser which is located on every floor.
I was on the 7th floor and the views were great from there. I knew there was no lift when I booked, but this wasn't an issue for me. I found it was good exercise and helped to work off the numerous delicious breakfasts.
All the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they're all so happy and I was always made to feel welcome. You get asked if you want your room cleaned, advice on places to see and they always know someone that can take you somewhere. Stand out person was Andri, he was so lovely and helpful.
Highly recommended this place.

Anonymous UserThe hotel's private beach is definitely the biggest highlight! The views are truly beautiful. The front desk staff and the bellboy were all very polite, enthusiastic, and proactive in offering help. I arrived early, and they assigned me a room with a great sea view, which I really appreciated.
However, the restaurant was a major letdown. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service staff were unfriendly and completely lacked any service awareness; they even seemed to be just going through the motions with sour expressions. Dining there made me realize that service really needs to be learned, and that hospitality management is indeed a necessary profession.
As for cleanliness, the facilities are a bit old but relatively clean. The towels were definitely worn. Overall, it's a place that will attract visitors primarily because of its beach.

Guest UserLoved everything at Eco Tree. The only downside was the Wi-Fi connection, as it was a bit unstable and tended to disconnect frequently. Other than that, we truly enjoyed the warm hospitality and welcoming service. The room was clean and neat. Loved every moment of our stay 🤍

Guest UserThe place is not remote. It takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the airport. It takes only two steps to go to the supermarket on the main road to buy things. The room is also very clean. The wifi mineral water is available. It is to catch up with the earthquake. The quality of the house is also very good. No problem.
