Surabaya Hotels with Breakfast

We had a very pleasant stay at Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon. The hotel is new, modern, and very well maintained, with clean rooms and excellent facilities. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of food. A special thank you to Mr. Arul, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. His warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. The 24-hour gym is a great bonus for guests who like to work out at any time of the day. One thing to note is the location. The hotel is next to Pakuwon City Mall, which is different from Pakuwon Mall. If your main destination is Pakuwon Mall, expect about a 40-minute Grab ride depending on traffic. Overall, we had a great experience at Aloft Surabaya. The comfortable rooms, excellent service, and modern facilities make it a hotel I would happily recommend and stay at again.

Hotel is connected to a mall. Great location. Room is clean. Breakfast at Magnolia has an extensive spread. Quality of food is good, nice presentation and service by staff is excellent. Ambience at Club lounge is nice. What stands out most in this 5* hotel is the world class service rendered by all staff consistently. There is no staff that isn’t polite or helpful. Many go the extra mile to ensure that the hotel guests needs are well taken care of. Special thanks to Evan of the Club Lounge who attended to us when we checked in and Tian when we checked out, Bayu and colleagues (Conceige) who assisted us with ordering of Spikoe lapis cake and Bu Rudy, Lita and David (Magnolia) who served us at our table and Bastian and team for keeping the room clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

A truly excellent hotel. The environment is stunning. I had expected rain for my trip, but the weather turned out to be perfect, and I got to see some beautiful scenery. The hotel has a pool, which is fantastic for anyone who loves to swim. I was on a business trip, so unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy it. The staff's service attitude was exceptional. What impressed me most was that every morning at breakfast, they remembered my name when they saw me. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely be back here the next time I visit Surabaya. Breakfast was also delicious.

My favorite part about this hotel is the breakfast; the restaurant staff are incredibly welcoming. I choose this hotel every time I visit, and the mall downstairs is super convenient. Everyone at the hotel is just wonderful!

I had an unexpected overnight stay and requested a non-smoking room. When I checked in around midnight, the service was quick, and I was immediately given a room. Thankfully, the room was clean and didn't smell. The next morning, check-out was also swift, so the online taxi waiting for me didn't have to wait long.

Great solid property and performance all round.. what a great short stay we had.. from the elegant lobby and lounge area through to the beautiful spacious room with lovely views over Surabaya. Exceptionally clean with every quality amenity on offer in room and within hotel confines. The room was peacefully quiet, with a soft comforting bed. Pool and recreational area was set amongst manicured palm trees and gorgeous gardens. The pool was one of the best balanced PH levels I’ve ever swam in. Nice comfortable lounges and ample seating around with some seats submerged along in pool. The refined service level at this hotel is a solid 10/10 from reception/concierge/ room attendants and especially in Pavilion Restaurant. The quality, presentation and variety of food is outstanding at breakfast. Thank you graciously for making our special occasion so welcoming with the beautifully adorable presentation on the bed, lovely celebration cake offered along with the very personal attention from the Sous Chef and charming restaurant staff at Pavilion. Special shoutout to Restaurant ambassador Wachid whom personally escorted our plated celebratory cake to our room. We enjoy our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast is variety and delicious. The location is strategic, near the mall and hot spot around surabaya. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Our room was fine, however the hotel and amenities are a bit old. Located next to some shopping malls and cafes, also there is Indomaret over the corner. There is a spacious parking lot. The buffet breakfast was quite nice, with plenty of options to choose from.

One of the good hotels to try. Because there are many strategic places that sell cheap food and sungi because the location is in the middle of housing. The weather is cool and there is also a swimming pool. Suitable for families and couples for weekends or long holidays
