"The location is super nice! The facility is not new but well maintained. The room is vey clean with fridge and air con. The matrix is very comfortable. Had two nights of great sleep. There is no elevator in the hotel but the staff can help to carry the luggage."

MMichele ReidGreat service, fabulous food and very clean. You’ll want for nothing at this resort as they go out of their way to please you. Beach was free of sargassum, pools are spotless plenty of lounge chairs and Bali beds. Drinks are plentiful!!! Go and enjoy!! Rooms are spacious and clean!!!

GGuest UserThe four-day stay was very good. The only drawback was that the floor of the room was too slippery. You have to be careful. Before I checked out on the last day, it was raining outside and the floor of the room was wet and slippery. I fell twice and my foot was completely swollen. I couldn't walk normally for the next few days. Fortunately, I found no fractures after a check-up.

陈陈老板888I booked a sea view suite for about $250 a night, and stayed for a week. Because of the US epidemic, there were less than ten guests in the resort, so it was empty, and a restaurant was opened. There is a supermarket in the hotel, open from Monday to Saturday, you can buy some necessities. It is because the hotel’s own restaurant is very poor, so it is necessary to rent a car to go outside the restaurant to buy and eat back to the hotel, the hotel comes with a car rental service, car rental 46 dollars a day insurance. The restaurant outside the hotel is very cheap to eat. Basically, it costs US$100 to buy enough food for 3 days and bring it back to the hotel. Talk about the advantages. Very quiet, sea view suites have everything, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tableware, washing machine, very suitable for family living. The bed is very large and very comfortable, really comfortable! Also, the hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel is not in the 7th district, so the price is very economical.

The resort has beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery—I'd give the environment 9/10. The pool was nice, although it extremely shallow. So you can’t swim. You just stand.
There are plenty of amenities, and on paper it's an all-inclusive resort, but that doesn't mean much if the food is disappointing.
The room was spacious and clean. When we first entered, it had a very strong chlorine smell, but apart from that, it was well maintained.
The biggest letdown was the food. The “Italian” restaurant is a 3/10. The pizza was at best disappointing, the rest of the dishes were just average. The only ice cream shop is at best 4/10—completely bland. The pizza place had a waiting time of 30min. So I couldn’t try it.
There was a moment were all places were closed. So I couldn’t have an early lunch or late breakfast. So I got some fruit (ok) and some extremely unfresh and dry burger from a bar, which I couldn’t finish.
The lunch buffet was also 3/10, honestly some of the worst food I've had ever. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent (9/10) with a great variety of options.
The drinks were another disappointment. They were extremely weak. Normally, one or two cocktails are enough for me, but here I needed four or five to feel anything, which made them seem heavily diluted.
The staff were excellent throughout the stay—friendly, professional, and helpful.
One thing that surprised me was the activities. Before going to the beach, I asked about one excursion and was told it cost $80 per person. So it seems that not every activity is included in an all-inclusive package… but charging $80 per person for a boat trip to go swimming felt excessive.
For €240 per night, I expected much better food and better overall value. The beautiful grounds and good staff weren't enough to make up for the disappointing dining experience.

AAnonymous UserIt was a great hotel, I loved the vibe especially the sunset was amazing! Great costumer service and very delicious food! The only thing that i didn't like was the beach, very sallow so you couldn't have a proper swim unless you walked a bit. But in general was amazing!
