The best location on Isla Mujeres. It is also a relatively large hotel on the island. The front desk service is very good. The room has been upgraded. It has a large space and a suite with a front view of the sea. The hotel's exclusive beach is across the road but very close. The texture is fine and white, and the waves are not big. It is very suitable for swimming and the experience is great!

We had an incredible experience a Aluxes! The resort is located 30 seconds from Playa Norte which is incredible. Upon arrival we were upgraded to an Ocean View room which was breathtaking. The staff are super friendly and the resort is always clean. The food options are all great - the A La Carte restaurants are all very good options and the Buffett also provides great meals. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the lack of options for room service .. We were not able to order snacks/chocolates from room service 2 of the 3 nights we stayed which isn’t a huge deal but for the price would have liked to have the options. All in all this resort is beautiful and I would highly recommend staying here 😊

My wife and I have been to Privilege Aluxes 10 times. The property is always clean and manicured. The location is perfect for exploring El Centro. Most of the staff have been there for years and are always very friendly and helpful. We really enjoy Ricardo at breakfast and lunch and Jesus, Hugo and Litzy at the front desk. Jaime and Jose took great care of our bags and got us taxis. Matu, Ivan and Alex made us great drinks. Dani, Antonio and Misael took great care of us on the beach.

We've been coming to this property for years and it never disappoints! The hotel is well kept, the food is excellent, and the staff is the best! I like that it's adults only (14 ), this year was the first year I've seen a teenager since they went to adults only.
I am sad to see the rest of the island getting so busy/commercialized but that's what happens to all of the great places. We will very likely return!

This was a very nice stay. The food was good, especially the Brazilian rodicio and mexican buffet on Friday nights. The wifi was not fast enough to have video calls, around 3 mbps. The facilities werre very nice. The beach chairs are not on playa norte, but on playa centro, which is just a few min walk from playa norte. All in all, a very nice stay and worth the price we paid.

Real life looks exactly like photos.
Food was amazing and they asked about allergies at each place.
I’m great area to walk around and feel safe.
Ferry to the island was easy peasy.
