We had a fantastic stay at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was undoubtedly the best. Outstanding Hospitality: The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and kind. A huge thumbs up to Moran and Peter—their professionalism and warm attitude made our stay truly memorable. We were also very grateful for the early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel schedule so much smoother. Comfortable Rooms & Facilities: The room was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and the shower had great water pressure. The kitchen and laundry appliances were all very useful and in great condition. Airport Shuttle Service: The hotel’s shuttle is a lifesaver, especially since the elevators at the nearby public bus station are currently under maintenance and only accessible from one direction. • To the Hotel: The shuttle from the airport is free. • To the Airport: It costs €5 per person, which is well worth it if you have heavy luggage. It’s a quick 10-minute ride, and we never had to wait long. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its superior service and convenience!

The Executive Residency was fine for our purposes. We came by bicycle and a secure area was provided for our bikes. The room was small, but adequate for our needs. There were a few little glitches - the lockbox was locked - some plates were left in the microwave oven, but nothing that we couldn’t deal with. The service staff were fine - one young man was a little overmatched for the work, but the other staff were fine. Overall - this is an adequate, no frills place to stay in Hoofddorp

The hotel is a great choice for those looking for a clean, spacious, and safe environment away from the city bustle. It feels very ”family-friendly” and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. Not far from the airport, with free pick-up service. However, the drop-off service requires self-booking and is chargeable. Also, the hotel shuttle service is a bit infrequent; I might have been misled by previous reviews. The shuttle doesn't have the hotel logo, and I had to call the front desk twice to confirm its location before I found it. Nevertheless, the location is excellent, perfect for business trips.

The day after I checked in, there was a public transport strike, so I couldn't take the bus to the airport. The hotel staff informed me of this at check-in and gave me information about an alternative shuttle bus nearby. The staff member was very friendly, which was a relief after a long journey and a lengthy immigration process 😊 You need to take a bus from the airport, and it would be challenging with large luggage. The bus stop in front of the airport requires a bit of a walk, and it was a bit difficult because it was raining (especially for me, as I'm bad with directions, haha). There was a long queue for taxis, so I'd recommend it for those with light luggage. You can just tap your credit card when boarding and alighting the bus! My room was near the elevator, so I was a bit worried about noise, but it was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The 12 PM check-out time was also a great help! ✨ It was a good hotel! I definitely recommend it!

It was an beautiful trip and Maxhotel which is very near to schiphol airport and to get the transport its very easy.and the type of check in and check out to the hotel is very easy and they are very kind by helping

We stayed for one night before a flight, the room was quite spacious and comfortable. Perfect if you need to get to an early flight as it’s only one short bus ride from the airport.

When I checked in yesterday afternoon, the front desk was a young girl who was quite nice. However, when I checked out the next day, the front desk was a man who was very arrogant and had a bad attitude. He was quite condescending. Since I don't speak English, he kept helping other people and ignored me. Several times I asked him questions, and he just said he didn't know, couldn't do it, or no, without any consideration for the guest's feelings. I don't recommend this place. Also, when paying the city tax at the hotel, it's very inconvenient; they only accept Visa cards, no cash, WeChat Pay, Alipay, or even UnionPay cards are allowed, and UnionPay credit cards can't be swiped. A tourist city shouldn't be like this.

We had a very good stay at Holiday Inn Express Schiphol Amsterdam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall offered good value for money. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight — there was a good variety of food, and considering the price we paid for our stay, the breakfast was really good. One thing to keep in mind is the parking, which costs €25 per night. And one funny little moment: we ordered wine at the bar, but the staff couldn’t find the wine glasses, so our wine was served in beer glasses. 😂🍷🍺 Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at the Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol. Hotel is relatively quiet. The Moxy shares a shuttle with NH Hotel. For the shuttle to the airport, payment is expected via a chip per person which can be obtained from reception and booking has to be made. It costs €4 per person who is not a Marriott Bonvoy member or €3.5 for members. It is free from the airport to the hotel. There is no fridge, coffee or tea making facilities. We had to place a deposit of €90 on check in. Free coffee available in the morning only as the grab and go. No bottle water given as tap water is drinkable.
