Uuser155The room was very clean and well maintained. Basic amenities such as soap, lotion, and towels were provided, but there was no toothbrush, so do remember to bring your own. The room itself is small, and there is no daily housekeeping, so please take note of that before booking. The location is convenient, just a few bus stops from Schiphol Airport, which made getting around easy. Overall, I am satisfied with the stay, especially considering the price paid and what was provided.

GGuest UserIt's close to the airport, I was able to check in online myself. The front desk receptionist was kind and friendly. The room was nice, it has all the necessary amenities such as a mini fridge, coffee and tea maker. It has a decent sized tv (not that we used it, but still). The shower was nice, the pillows and bed are heaven! The rooms are soundproof. We are definitely going back again.

SSamAppiMy husband and I were pleased to return each evening from all our busy day trips to this peaceful and quiet retreat. It seemed relatively new built. A free shuttle brings you from the airport on arrival. We booked uber for our return trip to the airport as the shuttle does not start until 5 am but we had to be at the airport by 4am and had a large suitcase as well. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the local train/bus station where we could make our daily excursions from each morning. There is a good network of transport so we had no problems going anywhere. A direct bus takes you to Keukenhof park from the bus station. The rooms are cleaned on request when asked the day before. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly. However, any requests made took time to be heard and considered. I needed to request an extra pillow (otherwise it is only one pillow per person). Despite frequent reminders, there was no success I had to keep using towels or my clothes to raise my head but kept asking and perseverance paid off finally on the third night!!! The breakfast had a lot of vegetarian options (but not halal). I particularly liked their dispensers for fruit jams and condiments etc. The bar is open until 10 pm serving drinks. The hotel was very popular with big groups of tourists as it offers good value for money compared to the very expensive hotels near the central stations. The only drawback is that there is no activity in the Hoofddorp area itself. Overall it was good value for money and a pleasant stay.

Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. 卡卡比獸睡醒要食飯We had a fantastic stay at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was undoubtedly the best. Outstanding Hospitality: The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and kind. A huge thumbs up to Moran and Peter—their professionalism and warm attitude made our stay truly memorable. We were also very grateful for the early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel schedule so much smoother. Comfortable Rooms & Facilities: The room was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and the shower had great water pressure. The kitchen and laundry appliances were all very useful and in great condition. Airport Shuttle Service: The hotel’s shuttle is a lifesaver, especially since the elevators at the nearby public bus station are currently under maintenance and only accessible from one direction. • To the Hotel: The shuttle from the airport is free. • To the Airport: It costs €5 per person, which is well worth it if you have heavy luggage. It’s a quick 10-minute ride, and we never had to wait long. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its superior service and convenience!

SSpenceryoujiThe room was great, very clean and tidy, and quite spacious. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also pretty good. My only minor complaint is that the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, but other than that, everything was fine.

KKelvin Wi enjoyed staying here - it was a bit complicated getting here by bus as there are works going on at the schiphol bus terminal - so you will need to logic your way to the right bus stop (google maps does not factor this in, so you will need to find temporary maps from schiphol along the bus stops). when you get to the hotel it is not obvious to view from the bus station either, so again you will need to figure out how to head to the moxy, but the hotel itself from the inside is very modern and fresh looking, everything is clean, the rooms feel very up to date and the bathrooms look bright and newly fitted which is always much preferred to old and worn. there is a lot of space to sit, read, and plan your trip on the ground floor with multiple sofas and desks. once you figure out the bus it is very easy to head back to schiphol airport or to town center from the hotel. the only thing is there is no tea or coffee station in-room, nor water, so everytime you want to boil water for tea or coffee, or even grab a drinking cup, you would have to go to the lobby and sometimes that isn’t practical as that’s also where other hotel guests are and the staff are stationed, and you just want some privacy. maybe they could put water bottles in room daily? or a water kettle? it’s a great hotel for if you are travelling into amsterdam for a short trip and have tight schedules to the airport, such as late night or early morning flights, and you are a younger solo traveller, who wants the privacy of their own room which is a step up from a nice hostel, and doesn’t mind figuring things out a bit as part of the journey

GGuest UserIt's a budget-friendly option, but they don't provide slippers. The location is convenient, with a free airport shuttle. There's a McDonald's about 100 meters away. One night, someone tried to swipe their card to get into my room. A heads-up for check-in: once you're in line at the front desk, stick with it and don't try to switch to another agent, or you'll lose your spot.

The only thing is that they have no shoes and the water pressure from the shower is not very strong, but I suppose it is because if it were stronger all the water would go out. Even so I recommend it is good to stay in bed one night if you come late on a flight or you have a very long scale.
